It is due to a racketeering system in place set up by corrupt officials from the top echelon of the Nigerian football federation down to the national teams.
This problem is from file to field problem.
How then does this racketeering system work?
We know that down the years the problem of team players in major competitions have always been the following
1)Non-payment of match Bonuses
2)lack of Condusive enviroment for training and incentives for players
3)Late preparation for major events
4Player selection by bribery and corruption
5)Non-patriotism by Players who have achieved Fame and popularity
6)Captaincy problems
7)Indiscipline
Lack of funds for team logistics and accomodation among others.
9)Disbandment of winning teams
10)Camping
Amongst others.
However one problem that has always been recycled is racketeering!
This is what we call a system whereby players and coaches are appointed national teams responsibility not on merit or patriotism but by Bribery and corruption and connection!
We see that this system is from the oga at the top to the team players and coaching staff and crew.
It is faulted from the top because people who have no business with football administration have also been appointed the jobs based on the same methods so they see Football as a business process than as a developmental process based on merits and patriotism with hardwork.
We discover that this is peculiar to all competitions.
This system begins from the appointment of coaches!!!
A corrupt official would intervene in the selection process of coaches and put his own person as coach of any of the national teams because it was based on a deal between the coach and the official no matter the department the corrupt official is heading.
Meanwhile when camping begins and bright prospects are discovered on merits and hardwork,they are not always included in the final team list selection unless they bribe their way into the final team list selection.
This is why many age grade category competitions are filled with overage players beyond the minimal age limit.
Such things are kept a secret because the coach thar was appointed by the corrupt official already understands the corrupt process of picking final team players.
The only exception to bright prospects is Injury!!!
The other reason why this corrupt process thrives more is due to the disbandment of winning teams who understand themselves and the inclusion of new players with old winning team members who do not understand themselves .
This selection process alone can mar the team performance in any competition.
If the press were to know the secret of all the dirty and shady deals between corrupt players and team coaches and staffs among themselves we would be shocked at how age cheating is just the beginning of the whole cycle!!
The result of such process is that at the end of such age grade competitions,those players are no where to be found again whilst their counterparts progress in their various countries and other elite leagues AROUND the world!!!
The second stage of this process is the issue of corrupt officials and foreign scouts who give orders to a coach at very crucial stages of a competition to field a certain player who is their prospect .
It is unfortunate that sometimes though the player may not be guilty,the coach in charge is guilty because he too has been paid to do such thing.
The result of this is that it costs Nigeria trophies or advancement in major competitions!!!
An example is the fact that in 2015 WYC, the then Nigeria U20 coach Manu Garba refused to field star player Kelechi inheanacho in a quarterfinal match against Germany U20 team.
Nigeia went on to loose that match not knowing it was an off field problem behind the team selection.
It is unfortunate that just as the bribery cycle sometimes benefit Nigeria at age grade competitions ,it sometimes doesnt because players who were already overaged at the U17,U20 level are not able to transform to the senior national teams.
Iam not surprised that the third stage of the racketeering system occurs at competitions sometimes.
This is what makes Nigeria sometimes loose a match.
The coach has the final say in some matches ,but sometimes there is a problem between coach and player who have bribed one another!!
A deal is always a deal and as soon as the corrupt player notices that the coach did not honor his or her own end of the bargain,they fail to play or show up or they show up and do not play with patriotism but they play with villainy to destroy the team.
No player can be bigger than a team except he has seen the dirty linen of a corrupt coach!!!
This is why at the end of such age grade competitions no matter how Nigeria is awarded ie even if they win the competition,it doesn't transmit to future glories from a developmental stage
Are u surprised that in 2007 ,a player of the under 17 winning team allegedly payed 100k to the corrupt NFF officials to be a part of the team.
The then late coach yemi tella had no idea because he was a father who accepted everyone not by bribery but by merit and hardwork.
However,the Nff had some shady deals with some of the players during the camping period.
Till today,we dont hear of that player as he is now wasting away in a third division in a foreign country.
His past achievements and glories have all been forgotten.
Nigerians should remember that it was only in 2013 that age grade competitions began to yield fruits for Nigerian football.
This was due to only a check and balance method adopted by the world governing body FIFA called the MRI!!!
However,this does not stop the Nigeria U20 and U23 from such corruption because it is the coach that knows what is going on.
We thank God for a player like Victor Osimhen who has now been 8 years in the transformation era!!!
This shows that he was truly an U17 aged player at that competition UAE 2015!!!
The fifth stage of the corruption cycle is the Issue of INVITATIONS TO FOREIGN BASED PLAYERS WHO WANT TO SWITCH ALLEGIANCE TO THEIR MOTHER LAND NIGERIA!!
Some years ago ,a nigerian player failed to honour an invitation to the U23 mens football team because the NFF was asking him to pay for his own flight ticket!!!
Are you also not aware how the NFF treated Victor Moses and used him till he had to retire from international football
There is also the saga of vincent enyeama and coach Sunday oliseh!!
It is a shame at how many parents of foreign based players have turned down Nigeria because of the milking system put in place by the nff!
We just notice that they would never ever want to do what is right for Nigerian football but only for their own pockets.
A lot of them have no business in running the glass house at all!!
If players are now paying flight ticket for Nff officials then there is a problem as the contempt these players would have no matter the favoritism by officials would be so high when the chips are down
The U23 olympic team that won bronze in 2016 led by coach samson siasia painted a gory situation of the rot in the NFF.
That team was filled with all the problems of the NFF.
The players were owed match bonuses from qualification to competition and if not for John Mikel obi and one wealthy japanese business man who payed motivation money to the team, things couldn't have been better at all.
It was a total disgrace entirely.

But why are aged people this way?
Some won't want to use the water closet and some find it so hard to flush the water closet after use.
Some aged women find it hard to sit on a water closet to poop but find using a potty easier and later dumping the poop to flush into the toilet.
I know how hard it is to be pressed but i would never eat something to put me into an uncomfortable situation where by i have to download into a potty.
I remember the last time it happened to me,i ate a very foul smelling kuli kuli on an empty stomach.
It was on a friday,i ate it and then i remember rushing back home from school .
I was so pressed that i had to openely defacate
near an open bush in my school uniform.
I hate myself anytime i remember such.
It looks so denigrating!!!
I think the only solution to this issue is to either make toilet available in each room for old parents and children also in general.
One must not put toilet in a place where it would smell into the bedroom!!!
Secondly,aged parents must eat latest by 8:30pm supper and not by 9 or 10 or 11 pm even most especially if its a house with no water system where by one has to go and fetch water from outside.

This also occurs because of the bad culture of the youths and this generation.
Some fail to take care of their parents until they now get to 70 years of age.
Also,poor orientation or upbringing is also a factor that contributes in this open defacation and also closed defecation in a potty.
The digestive system of the aged ones are not as strong as when they were young so it is a bit slow and takes time for their food to digest!!!
Waking up to pee or poop in the toilet is so stressful sometimes so they retort to using plastic to poop in!!
Let youths who are well educated and who care for their parents take note of these things!
1)NEVER BUILD A HOUSE WITH NO WATER CLOSET IN EACH BEDROOM
2)NEVER BUILD A HOUSE WITH WATER CLOSET IN THE PASSAGE!!
The aged parents may opt for potty because of the distance of the toilet to their rooms!!!
Also the aged parents with wrong upbringing can never change except the change is effected by what is being built.
3)Never build or rent a house with no pipeborne water or pipe water
4)Never allow your parents or aged ones to eat after 9pm except there is a situation
5)Maintain strict drinking of warm water for them to open up their bowels
6)If there is a source of water that can aid their defecation with quick flushing then this is not a problem.But if there is no source of water it becomes a problem.
The odour of poop would win the war against air fresher!!!
Always do things ahead for your aged parents to avoid embarrassing situations regarding defecation
7)Care for your parents ,so that your children would also care for you!!!!
Once your parents reach 60 stop them from doing any tasks that may make them too heavy to wake up and go to the water closet and resort to using plastic for pooping!!!

They do not attend to the less privileged among the poor masses!!!

Deuteronomy 11:6 And what he did unto Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, the son of Reuben: how the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their households, and their tents, and all the substance that was in their possession, in the midst of all Israel:
So Dathan,Abiram and korah became the first men to enter hell alive and Also their families and all those who conspired against Moses.
For Satan also is the origin and did such in Heaven but was cast out and he'll is now his final destination.
Any church or any rebels in a church that divide the body of Christ becomes Marked and has conspired.
Romans 16:17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
One should be careful of such people!!!

So the question is why does a man of God fall?
1)PRAYERLESSNESS: Our master and Lord Jesus Christ started with prayer and he ended with prayer.He prayed so many prayers until the end.
Today,Ministers themselves dont have personal time to pray for themselves ,talkless of their Families.
Let's see how Jesus prayed personally to God while he was on Earth.
Matthew 14:23 And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.

Jesus Christ was not a man of the multitudes.He knew that if the multitudes where with him he won't have a personal time with GOD his father in fellowship and devotion.
Even so today,many men of God who do not have personal fellowship,communication,devotion or meditation in God's words and prayer would burn out spiritually .
This is because to deal with the multitudes is tasking and exerting!!
Unfortunately ,today,many men of God who are true want their church to be filled with multitudes at the expense of their salvation and devotion.
They forget that even in the multitudes lies a lot of dangers and agents of Satan.
There fore God is not able to speak to such men of God,but he is able to speak to multitudes who are not born again.This activity would not bring spiritual growth nor refreshment to the Man of God.
Instead it would bring total stress,weakness,irritation.
Just as Jesus said "watch and pray lest ye enter into temptation,so also must a man of God's prayer life be charged and hos personal devotion with God be tripled and not taken for granted.
Again Jesus Christ only fed the multitudes twice and that was all.He knew that if not they would take him by force to do what God never sent him to do.
The truth is ,a man of God must not be a man of the people or else he would fall and die before his time.The people would not be willing to pray but would be willing to drain the man of God and use him.


Jesus Christ had to excuse himself from the multitude.
John 6:15 When Jesus therefore perceived that they would come and take him by force, to make him a king, he departed again into a mountain himself alone.
He left them to go and pray to God.

So also that is for the man of God.but now let's see the church members and their prayerfulness or prayerlessness affects The Man of God and their spiritual leaders.

Apostle Peter was rescued by the angel of God because the church members kept praying continually for him when he was arrested by Herod the King and put in prison.
Acts 12:1 Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.

12:4 And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.

12:5 Peter therefore was kept in prison: but PRAYER was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.
APOSTLE Peter was a pillar in the church.The members prayed ceaaingly for him.It wasn't only because he was imprisoned but also that he would be saved from Herod.

This experience opened the eyes of the church members to always pray for their spiritual leader

ANSWER TO PRAYERS

Acts 12:7 And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.
12:8 And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.

12:9 And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.

12:10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.

12:11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the LORD hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

12:13 And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a damsel came to hearken, named Rhoda. 12:14 And when she knew Peter's voice, she opened not the gate for gladness, but ran in, and told how Peter stood before the gate.

12:15 And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel.

12:16 But Peter continued knocking: and when they had opened the door, and saw him, they were astonished.

12:17 But he, beckoning unto them with the hand to hold their peace, declared unto them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, Go shew these things unto James, and to the brethren. And he departed, and went into another place.

Apostle Peter was set free because of the prayers of church members for him continually.
Are church members only willing to pray for their spiritual leaders or men of God only at church programmes? Only at retreats
Are they only willing to do so like that!
Or are they willing at all times without persecution?
Is it until a man of God falls into fornication,adultery or into a great temptation that the church would then be willing to pray for him?
A lot of the apostles in the New testament wrote the the church members to always pray for them.
1 Thessalonians 5:25 Brethren, pray for us.


2 Thessalonians 3:1 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:

1 John 5:16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
If the church members are prayer less,then there is a tendency for the man of God to fall.
Apostle Paul knew the power of prayer.He also began to pray for the church when he was absent from them.

He prayed for the new Christian faithfuls ,prayers of edification and perfection.

Colossians 1:9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;.
This is one of the major reasons the church can grow spiritually,prayers of intercession are the greatest that a man of God must do for his church!!!
It is the HolyGhost that can quicken a church to become prayerful.
Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Jesus has been interceding for the church on the right hand side of the Father ever since he left the world.
So that is why church members should pray for their leaders.
Instead what we have today are people who surround spiritual leaders ,all Tom,dicks and harry who are physically,materially and financially minded than spiritually minded.These people make up the so called uneccesary protocol guarding and preventing the man of God from hearing from God and having personal devotion with God!!!
These people are the so called hell brigades that have become security and administrative unrecognized by heaven people that have blocked the man of God from also reaching out to the right people.
These people who are mostly agents of darkness are not after the church to grow spiritually but to grow physically ,materially and financially so that they can reap the benefits .
It's a pity that most big men of God have fallen into their traps
Spme at being guided and guarded by agents of darkness than angels of God.
Prayer must first of all be made for all men.

1 Timothy 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;

1 Timothy 2:2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
It is unfortunate that church programmes have become a relaxation spot,a lesirue spots,a sigh seeing zoo and entertainment center nowadays instead of a spiritual battleground,an army barracks and a deliverance and breakthrough center and a HOUSE OF PRAYER!!!
HAve you prayed for your pastor today? That's the most simplest language I can use!!!

Jesus Christ prayed for is all.prayer consists of supplications,prayers and Intercessions.
Intercessions are the greatest and the most Heavy.

1 Timothy 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;

Intercessions bring one into the office of a High priest !!! All other high priests or men of God are limited by death,Jesus Christ is not limited and he liveth forever to make intercession for us all.
Hebrews 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Many other great patriarchs and Apostles ,prophets who made Intercession for people are listed below.
Abraham,Moses(40 days +40 nights twice),Nehemiah,Daniel ,Jeremiah,Ezekiel,Isaiah, Elijah,David,Samuel, Solomon, Apostle Paul,Thychichus, Etc...
Where there women too,yes!!!!
Esther was a great intercessor,she rescued a whole nation.

If women can use that gossiping mouth to pray for men of God it could have been Good.Bit it .must not be any woman just selected to be a prayer leader.it must be appointment by the HolyGhost.

Appointment by the HolyGhost.Nowadays you have many churches being fooled by false zeal into appointing women prayer leaders who are agents of darkness into positions that would make them easily accessible to attack the man of God himself.
Church administration plays a whole serious role in his pattern if it is HolyGhost Lead!!

We know that we are in the last days,Jezebel's are always after True men of God to bewitch,then entice and seduce them and Their spiritual anointing!!!
The. Some ladies or even married women have seducing spirit that they use to seduce men of God.
Lastly,any Christian single lady or married woman that is too Domineering or controlling would love men of God!
They use their zeal as camouflage and to break down a man of God's defences.
Some also use men of God as their defence wall or do eye service to men of God.
IAM not surprised that ladies who have seducing spirit use it on any man so he would bed them.
Lastly ,Marriage is the first .single men of God normally suffer this temptation.
You would see single sisters or married women hovering over them or always around them via envy or jealousy.
Some bring food to a man of God which is not bad but there must be always boundaries to be set!!!!

It is no news that the greatest conflict in the History of Humanity has been that of the Farmer/Herdsmen.
Even from the Bible Cain a farmer didn't love his brother and murdered him but that case was different because the two were not Herdsmen.
The book of jasher explained that Cain complained of Abel bringing his herd to feed on his farm.
The conflict had begun for long before Cain took an object and hit his brother and killed him.

Some time later The herdsmen of Abram and lot both had a strife and it was because the herd of lot was roaming about eating on peoples farm and land why that of lot stayed in a place.
So when the two now stayed together,there was now strife between them.

Genesis 13:7 And there was a strife between the herdmen of Abram's cattle and the herdmen of Lot's cattle: and the Canaanite and the Perizzite dwelled then in the land.

Genesis 13:8 And Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdmen and thy herdmen; for we be brethren.
It was a strife between Herdsmen of both cattle owners.

So what happened?
Abram stayed in the land while lot chose the well watered land up .Lot left Abram.
Genesis 13:9 Is not the whole land before thee? separate thyself, I pray thee, from me: if thou wilt take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if thou depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left.

13:10 And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, as thou comest unto Zoar. 13:11 Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other.

13:12 Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom.

So we see that it was because of land,green pasture and water limited in demand and supply that caused the strife.
We know what happened,God blessed Abraham as he went to a dry land and God blessed him.
But lot chose the wet land ie the green land.

The strive ended there,we didn't hear that there were killings .
However,today now,we see that the case of the Fulani herdsmen is different because it is an effort to take over peoples land unlawfully and by force and violence.
They have left their dry lands and are coming to take over green lands to feed their cattle with force.
What is most painful is the destructive power of their herds and also the Herdsmen themself.
This kind of aggression has a religious undertone mostly.
We know that these people are the descendants of Ishmael -Esau-Edom,Moab and also were the illegitimate son descendants of Abram.
They were not blessed in land by God but we're only blessed in cattle.
So they became roamers or nomads always seeking pasture for their herds.
However,it is so sad that their violent nature has a tone of criminality in it.
Attacking people in their own lands,raping indigenes wives,killing children and harlots ,taking over territories and large swathes of arable land for their cattle is a religious ploy by those of Islamic faith.
The Islamic religion has sort of rubbed on them all and we now see that Muslims are leaving their conflict ridden countries,their dry land to come over to Christian wet and green pasture not for only feeding but to take over their lands.
I put this under culture because it is not their culture generally but it has an Islamic connotation in it's agenda.
The blood of slain Christian's and other Nigerians killed by Fulani Herdsmen are numerous in nature.
But how did this infiltration began in other parts of the country?

It began when The Yorubas and other tribes or so educated ones began hiring the services of Hausa/Fulani people as Gatemen,security guards and doing menial jobs while we ignorantly left them in care of our houses and whole properties behaving like their boss!!!
Then they started studying our environment and people and how unguarded we are.
Later we had a lot of scavengers who were scrap men freely roaming streets of Yoruba states in the name of finding scraps.
Turns out because we found their labour cheap or so we took our security for granted.
Worse of all in the last five years back to 2014 then the Yoruba traditional rulers and politicians began taking bribes from Fulani associations in exchange for lands and cows.
So the Yoruba monarchs and many politicians own many of these cows.
It's a shame there was no laid down rules for herding.
Worse of all then a whole area was given to these Hausa / Fulani people to settle which was right.
But what we failed to do is to be security cautious.
We failed to also educate them and failed to also supervise them .
This is why now it is very easy to be attacked by these Herdsmen.
Furthermore ,the security operatives cannot match them because they have a structure in place that favours their movement.
What can a Yoruba or Igbo or other tribes man do to heavily armed Herdmens who come in the dead of the night to attack their community or their state??
Certainly nothing.
It is unfortunate that it is happening and until the Yoruba nation stop patronizing these Fulani herdsmen or accepting bribes for their lands,these killing would continue.
What would also continue is the fact that we have not mapped out our land borders thoroughly.
These people have taken our Hospitality for granted.
Yoruba borders are so porous.
What then can be done
All security apparatus has failed!!!
The only thing that can be done is the embrace of diabolical powers or metaphysical means to phase out these attackers.
But not only would I encourage that,on the side of the Christian states it is time for spiritual warfare.
Psalm 34:7 is the answer.No angel of God would be compromised unlike the physical security apparatus.
Now it is time to pray and unleash this spiritual warfare on the Fulani Herdsmen.
Without this,all efforts of physical warfare would prove abortive.
Just like their ancient father Ishmael ,so are the Fulani herdsmen,wild ,destructive and killers only with a little exeception.
So that is the solution to stop these attacks.
