Yes I did an ultrasound at 7weeks plus and I saw the baby’s heartbeat. I don’t know why my symptoms disappeared. Currently at 9 weeks. Anyone with similar experience, pls let me know if the symptoms came back.

Don't think you need to panic, my symptom also vanished at 9 weeks. Just enjoy it before your bumb start showing.
