If you are within or out of warranty, you can still take it to Felicity & they will fix it but if you are out of warranty, the fixing may come at a cost. Alternatively, you can buy Heltec 8S 5a lifepo4 battery balancer from AliExpress & it will most likely resolve the issue. I have 4 Felicity batteries & I fixed the battery balancer on all 4.
