TEXT: "And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before" (Job 42:10)

God is committed to restoring this month and onwards (Joel 2:25-26). God doesn't lie (Num 23:19). A day is too much for Him to fulfil His promise of restoration in your life. Today's anchor scripture shows us one important key Job applied that manifested his doublefold restoration!

1. COMMIT TO PRAYING FOR OTHERS
Some Christians are too full of: "me, I, myself mentality" and this has robbed them of God's intervention in many ways. Hey! You focus on yourself and needs too much and this has prevented the Hand of God from reaching you. Until Job shifted his focus from self to his friends, his restoration did not happen. He shifted his focus from his problem to the problems of his friends and his doublefold restoration manifested. Job did not know that his restoration was tied to his intercession for his friends. That may be true of you today.

Stop praying for yourself and needs and pray for the needs of others. This is the secret that Job traded. It worked for him, it will work for you too. This means, instead of praying for God to restore your marriage, pray for those who are having challenges in their marriages and pray for the unmarried for God to connect them to their ordained spouses. And for you who need a life partner, pray for those who need life partners like you and for those who have challenges in their homes. You want a job? Pray for the jobless. Are you waiting for fruit of the womb? Pray for others who are also waiting.

What you make do for others God will make do for you. Whatever area you need restoration, look for someone in that line and start to pray for them this week.

PRAYER: I see God filling every vacuum in your life as you stand in gap for others in Jesus name!

TEXT: "And it came to pass after many days, that the word of the Lord came to Elijah in the third year, saying, go, shew thyself unto Ahab; and I will send rain upon the earth" (1Kings 18:1)

From the Bible, we learn that when God wants to perform miracles, many times, He gives instructions. It could be directly through the written word of God, the Holy Spirit dwelling in the believer, or the Holy Spirit speaking through the servants of God. If man fully obeys divine instructions miracles are birthed. If he fails to fully obey divine instructions, God is limited.

You must be ready to obey divine instructions fully/totally, not partially. Partial obedience is as bad as outright disobedience. Now, be aware that God's instructions most times may not be connected to our needed solution (Read John 2:5). In the above anchor scripture, God told Elijah to go show himself to Ahab! That instruction doesn't sound like a solution, right? Elijah however, obeyed. 

Divine instructions are always foolishness to man's senses but, when these instructions are obeyed, solutions are always the end result. 

What are the instructions of God to you that you are yet obey? Are you still contemplating whether to obey or not because you feel it is not connected to the situation at hand? That was the case with Elijah in today's text. Perhaps, you are not obeying that instruction because it is not in line with what you expect, like Naaman in the text below:

"So Naaman came with his horses and with his chariot, and stood at the door of the house of Elisha. And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean" (2Kings 5:9-10). Just like that?

Remember, divine instructions are always foolishness to man's senses. 

What was Naaman's response? 

"But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the Lord his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper" (2Kings 5:11).

So many are like Naaman today? Hear me, God has more than one million ways to end the drought in your life right now. Stop questioning His methods. His instructions may not make sense to you, just obey.

Thank God for Namaan's servant who prevailed on him.

"Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean" (2Kings 5:14).

Don't disobey divine instructions through God's servants. God's instructions are always foolishness to man's senses. Obey that instruction because in it is your restoration. The instruction given in the MTD Hour of Mercy on Monday 18th could be what you need to do to breakthrough.

PRAYER: Grace for prompt, total and delightsome obedience is yours today and always, in Jesus name.

TEXT: "Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God,...that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth" (Deut 28:1 - NKJV)

If you will see the fulfillment of scriptural promises in your life, you must be ready to take responsibility. No promise of scripture comes to pass without playing a role as the receiver. To be restored totally this month and onwards, there are certain demands of scriptures that we must meet. This has been our focus since last week Friday.

One of the scriptural demands that guarantees total restoration mentioned in the above anchor scripture is:

4. OBEDIENCE TO DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS
If you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, His blessings which include restoration of what you lost to the devil will flow into your life. Obedience to God's commands is what makes you a commander on the earth.

What is obedience? Obedience is a total compliance with God’s instructions. You must be ready to act in accordance to God's instructions even if they sound foolish. Abraham is our perfect example of this (Read Gen 12-22). In chapter 12, he left for a land he was not sure of. But because God said so, he moved. Now, it is not enough to obey you must know how to obey. Your obedience must have the following for it to be acceptable to God:

1. YOUR OBEDIENCE MUST BE TIMELY
Obedience to divine instructions does not count until it is timely. Abraham was a timely obedient servant of God. When God told him to sacrifice his only son, the Bible recorded that: "Abraham ROSE EARLY IN THE MORNING and saddled his donkey, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son..." (Gen 22:2-3). Every instruction of God has time limit. You have to obey within His timing and not within your own timing.

2. YOUR OBEDIENCE MUST BE TOTAL
In our walk with God, total obedience is the key to success. If you will walk with God, then you must be prepared to obey Him completely and not partially. If you decide to obey some instructions, delay in obeying some or even discard some others, you will not enjoy God's best. King Saul is a perfect example (1Sam 15:16-24). From King Saul's experience, we can see that partial obedience is the same thing as full disobedience before God.

Dear child of God, obedience can be tough; many times it means taking the longer route even when there is the shorter way out as an option. Obedience may require sacrifice; discipline and stretching yourself outside your comfort zone. Obedience maybe costly but the end result is priceless.

PRAYER: Receive grace for prompt and complete obedience in Jesus name.

TEXT: "And the king went to Gibeon to sacrifice there;...a thousand burnt offerings did Solomon offer upon that altar. In Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee" (1Kings 3:4-5).

Today is MTD Hour of Mercy. An hour that God turns our mourning into dancing, our tests to testimonies and our trials into triumph. You, I mean you that is reading this message this morning, shall be visited by God today, in Jesus name.

Today, our focus is on the need to raise an altar of sacrifice to God so as to attract our desired answers from Him. This is what I seldom teach. The Holy Spirit instructed me to examine it today because something is about to happen in your life. There are forces that when we apply them, they naturally attract God's help to us. Altar of sacrifice is one of these forces.

Sacrifice may be painful but, it is equally gainful. Sacrifice always touches the heart of God. It moves Him to act on our behalf in a supernatural way (E.g. Noah - Gen 8:20-22). Sacrifice is what you do or give that goes beyond your convenience. It is an offering that touches both the giver and the receiver. For instance, God offering Jesus - His only begotten Son, on the Cross of Calvary for the salvation of mankind is an epitome of sacrifice (John 3:16).

In your difficult times, engage the altar of sacrifice. You want an end to that affliction? Engage the altar of sacrifice. Sacrifice is what you give to God and for the sake of His kingdom that is beyond your best. Sacrifice is the money, the time, the talent, the material resources you give to God and His kingdom that touches you. If you have prayed, fasted, sought the face of God and your situation hasn't changed, raise an altar of sacrifice today. Is it because God needs your money or material resources? No! It is because you need His intervention. This is what David did that made plague to cease in 2nd Samuel 24:24-25. Give something to God today/this week that touches you and watch what He would do in your life before the end of the month.

We saw Solomon offering a thousand burnt offerings unto God, an act that no king ever did in his days and the result that followed. It is when you do or give what is beyond your convenience that makes God to look your way to help you in times of needs. From scripture, we found out that God never looked away from a man who raised an altar of sacrifice to Him.

BIBLICAL EXAMPLES:

2. Abraham - Gen 22:1-18
3. David - 2Sam 24:24-25
4. The shunemite - 1Kings 17:9-16
5. Solomon - (Today's anchor scripture).

ACTION STEP:
Come to God in prayer between 12pm - 1pm today with a sacrifice. As you lay it on the altar today, watch out, before the week is over, your desired testimony shall manifest, in Jesus name. MEDITATE ON THESE POINTS AS MENTIONED THIS WEEK:

MONDAY:
* Whatever it is that you want, the mercy of God can make it available for you.
* It is God's mercy that gives us access to His blessing, not our self efforts.
* When God shows you mercy, your needs will be met.

TUESDAY:
* The Sound you hear determines the sign you will see.
* The positive sound you hear is a sign that rain is on its way.
* If you can hear the sound of rain, you will soon see the sign and the downpour.

WEDNESDAY:
* If you will keep your hope alive, God will take the loss in your life and use it to promote you.
* Nothing you’re facing that is a surprise to God. He had the solution before you had the problem.

THURSDAY:
* Don't allow negative thoughts to play in your mind so long that they become stuck in your mind and you become too discouraged to believe God.
* If you will have the right approach to your situation, God will take what was meant for your harm and use it to your advantage.

FRIDAY:
* You have to stand on Biblical truth if you will recover all that the devil stole from you.
* God is willing to restore you more than you are willing to be restored.
* If He brought out Lazarus from the grave after four days, your restoration won't be difficult for Him.

PRAYER: All that the devil took from you shall be restored in full before the end of the month, in Jesus name.

TEXT: "Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord..." (2Chro 20:17)

At this juncture, I want to point out two covenant positioning that guarantee all round restoration. You must understand these covenant positioning if you will experience your own restoration. You have to stand on Biblical truth if you will recover all that the devil stole from you. The Bible says: "Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand" (Eph 6:13).

What are these covenant positioning?

(1) BELIEVE THAT GOD IS WILLING TO RESTORE YOU.
Not just to restore you, but to restore you fully. Many people are suffering today because they are ignorant of the will of God concerning their situation. God is willing to restore you more than you are willing to be restored.

One biblical story that explains this point is when a leper came to Jesus to ask if He is willing to heal him. The response of Jesus was that He put forth His hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed (Matt 8:13). Believe that God is willing to restore you and He is doing it for you this month, in Jesus name.

(2) RECOGNISE THAT GOD IS ABLE TO RESTOR YOU.
The Bible says:" Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?" (Jer 32:27). The Prophet answered the question when he said: "Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee" (Jer 32:17). Your restoration is not beyond God's ability. If He brought out Lazarus from the grave after four days, your restoration won't be difficult for Him. "And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible" (Mk 10:27).

With God, ALL THINGS, including your broken marriage, breakthrough, miracle marriage and babies, etc. All things are all things. The case that is considered closed by your close friends is included in the all things. All you need do is to believe God and prove that you believe Him by your speech and actions. You can be restored!

PRAYER: As you believe this, I see your undeniable restoration this month, in Jesus name.

TEXT: "So Moses told the people of Israel what the Lord had said, but they refused to listen anymore. They had become too discouraged by the brutality of their slavery" (Exo 6:9 NLT).

I want to remind you again that God who restores all things is restoring all that the devil stole from us this month. I cannot overemphasise this truth, the reality of this prophetic word is dawn in my spirit.

Yes, someone may have done you wrong or walked out of a relationship, I want to announce to you that you are going to meet someone better in this month of restoration. That they walked out doesn't mean the end has come. The medical report may be scary but, the good news is that God is restoring your health right now. I believe God for all of us in the Morning Tea Devotional Family to have a memorable encounters this month because we are in our season of total restoration. You will not miss your own portion, in Jesus name.

For everything that you’ve lost, every person that did you wrong, every unfair situation that you have gone through or still going through, every sickness you had to endure, today, God said I should tell you that it is not the end of the road for you. He still have something amazing in your future. If you will keep your hope alive, God will take the loss and use it to promote you. He will even use the person that did you wrong or the mistake you made to take you to your new level of existence. Yes, watch out, it will happen, in Jesus name.

Do your part and get your hope up. Quit telling people how it’s never going to work out. No, shake that off and have faith in God and His Word. He is a God of restoration. Nothing you’re facing that is a surprise to Him. He had the solution before you had the problem. He wants to bring you out stronger and better if you will allow Him!

Keep your hope alive! Don't be discouraged like the children of Israel in today's anchor scripture.

PRAYER: I see you coming out of that challenge better, greater, more glorious, in Jesus name!

TEXT: "And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of  rain" (1Kings 18:41)

My assignment this morning is to announce to you that there is going to be an abundance of rain in your life in this season of restoration. I can hear the sound of abundance this season and onwards in your life. Don't be discouraged by what is happening around you now! Maybe you're experiencing drought at the moment, never mind. You may not see any evidence of rain in the sky, it is inconsequential. Elijah in the above anchor scripture did not see the sign, he only heard the sound. In this month of restoration, what sound can you hear? The Sound you hear determines the sign you will see. I can hear the sound of abundance of rain of blessing in the Morning Tea Devotional Family this month. Can you hear it with me?

Remember, Elijah spoke those words in today's anchor scripture when there was neither a drop of water from the sky nor dew on the ground, in three and half years. Beloved, the positive sound you hear is a sign that rain is on its way. Elijah did not see sign of cloud gathering, but the sound he heard produced the sign.

Hear me; the rain of favour is certainly coming. I can hear the sound of it. When it falls, all you've lost to Satan shall be restored sevenfold. There should not be any cause for anxiety or alarm anymore. If you can hear the sound of rain with me today, I assure you by the word of God, you will soon see the sign and the downpour.

I prophesy this to your life and destiny; there is a sound of abundance of rain coming upon you this season. Rain of help, healing, righteousness, testimonies, answers, blessing, breakthrough, favour, restoration, etc, is about to fall.

Can you hear the sound?

PRAYER: You shall be drenched with your own rain of restoration, in Jesus name.

TEXT: "And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me....And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; He calleth thee" (Mark 10:47 and 49)

Today is Morning Tea Devotional Hour of Mercy. It is an hour that we individually present our issues before God believing that He will look on us with mercy and grant our desires. You shall have what you desire today by His mercy, in Jesus name.

There is one thing to have and we will have all our needs met, it is the mercy of God. You need forgiveness, a job, career breakthrough, connection, favour, marital breakthrough, preservation, etc, whatever it is that you want, the mercy of God can and will make it available for you today. Many people are struggling today to obey the laws of God. Obedience to the laws of God is not bad but, you must understand that if God is to deal with us on the basis of our obedience to the law, none of us can stand. His mercy found us!

First point of notice in today's anchor scripture is that it is God's mercy that gives us access to His blessing, not our self efforts. Mercy means "Being accepted irrespective of who we are, what we have or don't have." Maybe you have been denied of a position because of your background, qualification, race or colour. The good news is that the mercy of God is locating you this week and all your disqualifications shall be overruled by the mercy of God. His mercy will qualify you in the name of Jesus Christ.

Another point of notice in the above anchor scripture is that all we need in life are with people here on earth just as the answer the blind man above needed was with Jesus. You automatically draw the attention of these people who are in possession of what you need when God shows you mercy. Jesus who was holding the answer to this man's problem attended to his need because the mercy of God located him.

As you call on God for His mercy today, I see men attend to your needs this week, in Jesus name. From now on, before a need arises in your life, men shall be waiting and willing to meet it, in Jesus name.

ACTION STEP:
From 12pm to 1pm today, go to God in prayer and ask for His mercy on your life. His mercy will locate you and give you answers to your requests this week, in Jesus name. Also give us a call on +2348167589854 when you're done praying for prayer of agreement.

TEXT: "And it came to pass at the seven years' end, that the woman returned out of the land of the Philistines: and she went forth to cry unto the king for her house and for her land. And when the king asked the woman, she told him. So the king appointed unto her a certain officer, saying, Restore all that was hers, and all the fruits of the field since the day that she left the land, even until now" (2Kings 8 verse 3 & 6)

The God that I serve is the God of restoration. The story in the above anchor scripture is a proof that God can restore lost years. What the woman lost for seven years was restored to her in one day. God payed her back for what she lost for seven years. Beloved, I want to announce to you by the Spirit of the Lord that you are due for payback. You have lost some things in your journey in life but, the good news is, those things you lost still have your name on them - your health, your dreams, your finances, your relationships, etc. If you will have restoration mentality as mentioned yesterday, God will pay you back for everything that you lost.

God can make up for seven years of loss with one good breakthrough. God can take fifteen years of struggle and lack, and cause one person to show you favour that will make up for those fifteen years. That is what I trust God to do for every MTDian this month. You may have struggled in your health, relationship, marriage, mind and no peace, but get this down in your spirit, it is your payback season. God is going to start restoring everything that are yours from now.

You may have missed out temporarily but, you need to get ready now, what you are owed is still in your account, and God knows how to get it to you. You may have put up with an illness for a long time or worked in an office where you are not being treated right; be encouraged today, payday is on your way. God is not only going to turn it around, He is going to restore everything back to you multiple fold, in Jesus name.

TEXT: "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.." (Prov 23:7).

I will like to say that it is your mentality that will determine your lot in this season of restoration. In life, we all experience times of loss or have situations where it feels like something has been taken from us. Sometimes it's because of other people's choices. Other times, it's because of our own choices. But, the the good news is that, God is a God of restoration. He did not say we would not have unfair situations, He promises if we would stay in faith, He would restore everything. That's what He did to Job. When God restores you, He doesn’t bring you out the same, He makes the enemy pay for bringing the trouble into your life.

God is so merciful, whether it was your fault or somebody else’s fault that brought you into the situation you're currently in, the good news is that God is not only going to bring you out, He is going to bring you out better than before. Get that down in your spirit. You may have made mistakes yes, God’s mercy is bigger than your mistakes. I want you to possess a restoration mentality this month and onwards.

Now, say to yourself: "God is going to bring me out better."

"People do not despise a thief if he steals to satisfy his hunger when he is starving. Yet if he is caught, he must pay sevenfold, though it costs him all the wealth of his house" (Prov 6:30-31 - NIV).

Like I pointed out before, God's idea of restoration is to increase, to improve, to promote and to make better. You may have gone through a loss or someone did you wrong or maybe it was even your fault, you made poor choices. The enemy would want you to believe that things are never going to change. My dear, shake off that doubt and self-pity. You may have suffered a lot, your attitude should be: "I know my God is a God of restoration, and I’m coming out stronger, better off than I was before. Hallelujah!"

PRAYER: Your restoration happening now, in Jesus name.

TEXT: "And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son. But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet: And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry" (Luke 15:21-24).

Do you need the God of Restoration to work in your life this month? Are you in a situation now in which you have lost your way or feel you have just totally messed things up? Perhaps you have broken relationships with your spouse, children, or other family members.  Maybe you have lost your job or your health has taken a negative turn?

We serve the God of restoration! 

Whatever life has taken from you, the God of restoration will restore it to you this month. Even if what you are going through is as a result of your disobedience to God and His instructions, if you will repent this moment, He will reinstate you to a place of blessing. Or are you saying: "But what about the time I have wasted, the opportunities I have missed, and the mess I have made of my life, can God still reach me after all my mistakes?" Yes, God can reach you no matter how far you think you have gone.

The Bible says: "Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear" (Isaiah 59:1).

The prodigal son in our anchor scripture today after wasting all that he had inherited from his father, returned home broke and embarrassed. All he wanted was three square meals and a job as a servant. But the moment he said, father, forgive me, his father called for the best robe, the fattest cow, the newest shoes, and a ring of son-ship restoring him to his rightful place as a member of the family.

Even under the Old Testament law, God said: "If a man steals an ox or a sheep…he shall restore five oxen for an ox and four sheep for a sheep" (Ex 22:1). Hey! If God would do that for those who lived under the Law, how much more will He do for those He has redeemed?

I want you to keep hope alive, knowing He is the God of restoration. He is set to restore you.

PRAYER: I decree all round restoration for you this season, in Jesus name.

TEXT: "And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before" (Job 42:10).

I discover from scriptures that when God restores, He always brings an increase! When He restores, He multiplies! There is something about the restoring nature of God that we need to understand. When He's set to restore you, He brings increase along with it. God always bring the object of restoration back in a better way than it was in its former state! That's what I trust God to do for everyone in the Morning Tea Devotional Family this month of March. When God restored Job, He gave to him double of what he lost to the devil (Job 42:10). That's just the nature of God. He will do same for you this month, in Jesus name.

In the Old Testament, we see that if harm came to someone or something was stolen from someone, God would always command that the return be greater than what was damaged or stolen. It could be a double, triple, four or five times greater (Read Exo 22:1-4; Lev 6:5, 22:14 for better understanding).

In addition to the above truth, there is a "sevenfold" principle in connection with restoration. Prov 6:31b says: "Yet when he (the thief) is found, he must restore sevenfold.” I believe that God ordains it like this in the spirit. When the thief steals, he must give back sevenfold.

Hear me! What the devil stole or destroyed in your life, God has set it forever in eternity that you must get back sevenfold, and that will happen this month of March 2024, in Jesus name. God will restore you in a better way than you were at first. Your marriage, relationship, connections, favour, blessing, etc., that the devil stole from you shall be restored sevenfold.

Therefore, I say unto you, rejoice!

PRAYER: Receive sevenfold restoration in your life, marriage, business, career or relationship, in Jesus name!

TEXT: "And I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you" (Joel 2:25)

I welcome you to our week of restoration. This week, the Lord will restore to you all that was stolen by the enemy, in Jesus name.

Today is MTD Hour of Mercy. It is an hour that God looks on us with mercy and turn issues of concern in our lives to testimonies. Today, He will visit you and restore your wasted years, in Jesus name.

God knows how to make up for years of one's life. Obviously, you can’t relive your childhood, but God can make the rest of your life so fulfilling, that you don’t even miss the years that you lost. Perhaps, you have wasted years in a relationship that didn’t work out, God of restoration is set to bring somebody into your life so great, so fun, so friendly, so attractive, that you won’t remember the years that you’ve lost with the other fellow.

Maybe you have lost some connections and opportunities and you are wondering if you can still get another chance. I have good news for you, the Lord shall give you a better chance and opportunities this week, in Jesus name.

Even if it is your fault that made you to find yourself in this mess, God is merciful, He will give you another chance this week. I want you to quit worrying about what you lost, and how you’re not where you should have been and believe God to restore the years that you have lost this week. Opportunity comes but once, but we serve a God who can bring back opportunities our way in order to fulfill His purpose in our life. Have you lost out? Did you miss that opportunity? God is restoring it this week, in Jesus name.

ACTION STEP:
Go to God in prayer today (Between 12pm - 1pm) and ask Him to restore what the enemy stole from you. After your prayer, give us a call between 1pm - 2pm for prayer of agreement. I see double restoration of what you have lost to Satan, in Jesus name.

Praise the Lord! I was down with low blood pressure last week. I was feeling week, heart palpitations and headache. I connected to the Hour of Mercy on Monday 26th February 2024, called you and you prayed for me.

All glory to God Almighty for preserving our lives to see another month. I have no doubt that the Lord blessed us by His word all through last month, our month of Light. He shined His light on our paths and our flight to realms of sustainable progress has taken off. You will arrive your the destination, in Jesus name.

What is God saying to us in the Morning Tea Devotional Family this month of March?

We discovered from the above scripture that our God is a God of restoration. He specialises in the restoration of things. He specialises in bringing back something that was lost to its former owner or condition. Are you down with a lot of “worms” in your life. Have you lost years to a bad marriage or relationship? Perhaps, you have lost years to health challenges. I am sent to tell you this morning to rejoice because your time of restoration has come.

Furthermore, it has been proven both in the scripture and in our world today that those who hold on to God in the midst of challenges are always restored by God. For instance, Job was restored by God after going through many trials. The Bible says: "And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the l Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before" (Job 42:10).

Are you going through some stuffs right now and it seems there's not going to be a way out? Anything that is lost or missing in your life and destiny can be restored as long as God is involved. Get ready because the testimony of Job shall be replicated in your life this month. "For your shame ye shall have double restoration..." (61:7a).

In view of the above, the month of March 2024, in the Morning Tea Devotional Family, is our month of: "RESTORATION" (Joel 2:25-26). As we journey together in scriptures this month, everything the devil stole or denied you shall be restored sevenfold. Your peace, joy, favour, sleep, finances, that the enemy stole shall be restored, in Jesus name.

TEXT: "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path" (119:105)

We give glory to God who provided a temporary solution to see that His Word goes out from today. Satan has failed a big time and he will continue to fail in our lives as individuals, in Jesus name.

This month of February, as a reminder, is our month of Light for Flight. With the light of God shining on our paths this month, nothing shall stop our flight from taking off, in Jesus name.

We mentioned on Tuesday before we had the challenge with our gadget that the light of God is what enhances our speed in life and destiny. God gave the children of Israel a pillar of fire (light) by night to ensure that their forward movement to the promised land was not hindered. I prophesy today, no power of darkness will be able to hinder your advancement this year, in Jesus name.

Today, I want to let you know that the light of God on your path assists you to take right direction in life. The meaning is that, with light, you cannot miss your way in your journey to destiny fulfilment. You cannot be confused as to what to do or where to go with the light of God shining in and around you. In the natural, light helps you to see where you are going so as to know when to turn and when you arrived your destination. So also in the realm of the spirit. The light of God helps you see correctly. It helps you to know where pump is so as to when to apply breaks and when to accelerate in your journey to destiny fulfilment.

If you don't see clearly, you cannot gain acceleration. So also, if you don't see your future clearly and correctly, you cannot gain acceleration. Light helps your vision and with vision you gain motion without hindrance. I pray for you today, your life and destiny shall gain motion without hindrance this year and beyond, in Jesus name.

What is light? In today's anchor scripture, the Word of God is light. The more of the word you have in you the more illuminated you become. The more you see the picture of future from scripture, the more you receive inner strength to forge ahead against all opposition. Many people get stagnated because of the way things are and it is because they have not been able to see the true picture of their situation from the scripture. Everything becomes possible the moment you lay hold to the Word of God. The more the Word of God in you, the more the light in and around you. I pray that God will saturate you with the light of His Word this month and onwards in Jesus name. Your responsibility however, is to study your Bible daily. Meditate on it day and night so that your advancement will appear to all (Joshua 1:.

PRAYER: Receive grace to study the Word of God so as to gain light that will quench every darkness in your life, in Jesus name.

TEXT: "And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God" (Luke 1:31, 34-35)

Many prophetic words go unfulfilled because many people are unaware that the fulfillment of prophetic words is not automatic. There are steps you must take to make them come to pass. God’s prophetic agenda for us in the MTD Family this year 2024 is for us to advance in adversity and to flourish like the palm tree. To secure this agenda, you must be fully aware of the conditions and be ready to fulfill them to the letter. This is so important. If you meet God's conditions, He will change your condition. It is your responsibility to work out your own advancement this year by knowing what to do.

So, if you will see prophetic words for the month and for the year fulfilled in your life:

1. Believe the prophetic word.
2. Engage the altar of warfare prayer.

What more?

3. ENGAGE PRAYER OF ENQUIRY
Prayer of enquiry is prayer that you go to God to ask Him to show you what you must do to see the fulfilment of His Word in your life. Go to God and as Him to show you steps to take to secure His advancement agenda for this 2024. Only those who ask questions receive answers. "Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?" (Luke 1:34). That was her prayer of enquiry and she got the answer.

Many have not been able to secure God’s agenda because they have not found out how God intends to make it happen. Mary rested because she knew how her pregnancy was going to come about without meeting her husband. She did not have to go about it the wrong way. The truth is that if God is sending you somewhere, He will choose the best route for you if you care to ask Him. If God says something concerning you this year, go to Him and ask what you must do to see it come to pass. "...it shall be told thee what thou must do" (Acts 9:6).

PRAYER: Every prophetic agenda in the MTD Family this year shall find speedy fulfillment in your life, in Jesus name.

TEXT "This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare" (1Tim 1:18)

We understand from scripture that every prophetic word is ordained for fulfillment and this includes the prophetic words from Morning Tea Devotional. The book of Isaiah 55:11 says: "So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." But the truth is that any prophetic word we do not genuinely engage its covenant requirements will not see the light of day.

When we receive and believe any sent word and align with its demands, we are sure to experience the fulfillment of it. So beloved, we must be ready to take spiritual responsibility because no matter how potent a prophetic word is, it cannot fulfill itself, we the receiver has a role to play. This we must establish in our hearts this month and this year. It is our month of Light for Flight into realms of inexplainable but undeniable advancement in life and destiny.

To see this prophetic word fulfilled, as mentioned on Friday:

1. BELIEVE THE PROPHETIC WORD.
The Bible says: "Blessed is she that believeth, for there shall be a performance.." (Luke 1:45). If you don't believe, there won't be performance. The truth is, every prophetic word delivers primarily by faith. If you don't believe it, you will never experience it (Refer to MTD Friday 2nd for details on this).

What more?

2. ENGAGE THE ALTAR OF PRAYER
For you to see prophetic words come to pass in your life, you must engage your faith through warfare prayers. There are many forces in life that will contend with your inheritance in Christ, that is why you must fight to posess your possesion.

In Deuteronomy 2:24, God told the children of Isreal that He has given them the lands of nations for an inheritance, but He still instructed them to contend with those nations in battle to possess their land. It is one thing to receive a thing, it is another thing to posess it. Posession involves warfare. To see prophetic words concerning your life fulfilled, you must wage war, you must fight the good fight of faith, you must engage in spiritual warfare prayers to destroy every opposing forces that will attempt to stand between you and the prophecy of God concerning your life. This is not the kind of prayer you pray just once, you pray it until you see the fulfillment of everything God says concerning you.

PRAYER: As you engage prayer altar, you shall experience practical and definite shifts in all areas of your life this month and this year, in Jesus name.

TEXT: "And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord" (Luke 1:45).

I welcome you again to this month of February, our month of Light for Flight. The Light of God will shine on your path this month and you shall advance in all areas of life irrespective of adversities or adversaries, in Jesus name.

Before we start to examine the prophetic focus for the month, I want to make it known to you today that all prophetic words from Morning Tea Devotional are not for our entertainment or to make us feel good. All prophetic words released here are divine words ordained for fulfilment. They are the expressions of God’s thoughts and God’s purpose for us as a Devotional. It is for us to have pre knowledge of what is going to happen in our lives per time.

The Bible says:
"The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand" (Isaiah 14:24).

Take note of these if the prophetic word for this month will find expression in your life and destiny:

1. BELIEVE THE PROPHETIC WORD
Any prophetic word you don't believe will never come to pass in your life, no matter who gave it. I want you to understand that every word of Scriptures is a sure word of prophecy. The Bible says: "We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts" (2Pet 1:19). If this is true, why have some prophetic words not come to pass in the lives of some people? It is because they have not met the covenant requirements to make them come to pass. Today's anchor scripture says: "Blessed is she that believeth, for there shall be a performance..." (Luke 1:45). If you don't believe, there won't be performance. The truth is, every prophetic word delivers primarily by faith. If you don't believe it, you will never experience it.

Beloved, I encourage you, let your faith come alive this month and your flight shall take off without hindrance, in Jesus name.

TEXT: "Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee" (Isaiah 60:1-2)

I welcome you and every lover of Morning Tea Devotional to February 2024. We are grateful to God for seeing us through our annual 21 Days Prayer and Fasting and for all the encounters and answers received. To Him alone be all the glory, in Jesus name. Pls note that we are in our season of harvest of answers. Your fasting is not in vain, expect answers to begin to drop.

What is God saying to us in the Morning Tea Devotional Family this month of February?

It is naturally known that there is no speed without light and no beauty is appreciated without access to light. No matter how beautiful a woman is, the beauty cannot be seen in the dark. No matter how a car is built for speed, its speed is limited without light. This means, our access to light is what guarantees our acceleration and advancement in life and destiny.

It is also a common knowledge that the dominion of light cannot be contested by darkness. The Bible says: "And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not" (John 1:5). If you turn on the light in your room, darkness flees naturally. A man in the dark suffers frustration as a way out or forward is not in sight. Darkness breeds frustration and suppresses celebration. When light comes, frustration ends and celebration begins. No matter how hard you try in life, without light, your effort cannot yield the desired result. There are people who make lots of efforts, but cannot see the effects of their efforts. That is not advancement! This most times, leads to frustration, loss of self-esteem and comparison. Why? They have no access to light. It is light that determines flight.

In veiw of the above, February 2024, in the Morning Tea Devotional Family, is our month of: LIGHT FOR FLIGHT (Isaiah 60:1-7).

I pray for you this morning, by the light of God this month, your efforts will pave way for your advancement. You will have constant progress. When you push, it will move. When you apply force, there will be a change of position in Jesus name. Your life and destiny shall be full of light and you shall advance in adversity, in Jesus name. Your flight is taking off this month by the light of God - Amen.

As we bring the subject of vision to a close today, there is a force that must be in place in your life to see the fulfillment of the vision your received from God. It is called the force of faith. Vision is of faith because vision is the ability to see things as they should be and not as they are.

You need to walk with God by faith for the fulfillment of your vision this year. He is the source of it and if you must achieve it, walking with Him faith is a must. Hebrews 11 verse 6 says "For without faith it is impossible to please Him; for he that will come to Him must believe..." You must believe in God to fulfill that vision in your heart. If you operate by sight, all you will see are challenges that will tell you it's not possible.

Faith must be your guard as you take steps towards achieving your vision and that same faith must be your driving force to see it fulfilled under God. I want to establish the fact that God doesn't need your savings or the support of mortal man to fulfill His vision in your life. He is all Sufficient God. He is God all by Himself. He doesn't need assistance from any man to be the God that He is. He owns the universe and everything in it.

So, you've got to stop calculating how much you have in your savings or how many people you know. It is not about how much you have or how many connections you have, it is having God that guarantees the fulfillment of your vision. Walk by faith and not by sight and you will see your vision fulfilled, in Jesus name!

Let me conclude with this: Every genuine vision you receive from God leads to your advancement. However, accessing God’s plan through vision cannot be possible until you are born again. If you're not born again, you cannot discover divine purpose for your life. So, my question to you this morning is, are you born again? If you are not, this is an opportunity to do so.

Say the following: "Lord Jesus, I come to you today. I am a sinner. Forgive me my sins. Cleanse me with your precious Blood. Today, I accept you as my Lord and personal Saviour. Thank You Jesus for saving me! Now, I know I am born again!"

TEXT: "Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom" (Prov 18:1)

As we draw close to the end of the month, I want to quick answer some questions in the heart of some of us in the MTD Family today. Questions like: "How do I discover my vision from God? Or how am I sure the vision I currently have is from God?" I want to make it clear again this morning that answer to questions like this is very important because your future depends on the discovery of your vision from God. You make it effortlessly in your place of assignment because everything you need to succeed is supplied by God as backups.

Beloved child of God, in case you don't know your vision for the year yet, the truth is that you cannot know it without first having a burning desire. What you don't desire you don't deserve. You must desire to know the plan of God for you this year. It is this desire that will drive you into your closet where you are left alone with God until your answer drops.

Prophet Habakkuk when found in similar situation said in chapter 2 verse 1 that: "I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and I will watch to see what He will say unto me..." If you're yet to know your God-given plan for the year, be ready to separate yourself and be alone with God to discover His plan for you. The truth is that it is not too late to do that. Go to God in prayer.

And to the MTDian that says I don't know whether the vision I have is from God or not. I want to let you know that the vision that comes from God comes with peace. If you lose your peace for taking certain steps, check it, the step is probably wrong or taken prematurely. The vision from God comes with peace, seeks to glorify God the Giver and to promote His kingdom on earth. If you're at peace and if to promote God's kingdom is your priority, then that vision is from God and He is ready to back you up to fulfill it. God revealed the plan to prophet Habakkuk, He will show you your own. Go to Him in prayer.

PRAYER: You shall not miss your place in destiny, in Jesus name.

I welcome you to a fresh week of the manifestation of answers to prayers. By the mercies of God, there shall be harvest of answers to prayers prayed during the 21 days fast and your own shall not be denied, in Jesus name.

We shall yet put on hold our weekly Hour of Mercy today. The reason is because there are things concerning vision that we must still examine before the end of this month. As the Lord lives, non of us will miss our steps this year, in Jesus name.

Vision is a key to a successful life. Life without vision will be full of frustration. Suicide in our society today is rooted in lack of vision. A man/woman who sees tomorrow will not kill himself/herself today. Let me make something clear to you this morning - a lot of people have mistaken an ambition to be a vision from God. Today, I want to show you by the Spirit of God what vision is and what ambition is so you will know whether what you carry in your spirit is a vision worth pursuing or ambition to lay aside. This is so important because God will only supply provision for the vision that originates from Him.

Now, there is a clear difference between vision and ambition. The truth is that a lot of people today are not visionaries, they are ambitious. What is vision? Vision is a revelation of a God's plan as related to you. Ambition on the other hand, is your strong desire to want to achieve something, probably because you admire someone who achieved that. Ambition can be totally different from the original purpose of God for your life. So, vision is from God while ambition is a self-made plan.

Ambition is liable to failure and if care is not taken, it can even destroy the ambitious person. Absalom, the son of David was ambitious of becoming a king contrary to the original plan of God for him. Instead of going to God to receive God's plan, he devised his own plan against his father David and he ended his life shamefully. It is ambition that moves you to want to achieve things by all means and not by God's means.

Hey! God is capable of handling His vision for you. Whatever you want to achieve in an unholy manner and at all cost is a proof that you are by ambition. Be very sure that what you are pursuing this year is the vision of God for you and not your self-made plan.

PRAYER: I pray for you today, you shall not be misled this year, in Jesus name.

DAY 19 (MTD ANNUAL 21 DAYS FAST)

TEXT:"Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations" (Jeremiah 1:5)

I want to assure you by the word of God that God has the best for you and I this year 2024. God has the best job, best home, best marriage, best relationship, best business, best connection prepared for you this year but, you have to run your life as intended by God (vision) to enjoy the best of God this year. When you live your life based on a vision received from God and not based on your own desires, what other people think or on the world’s standards, then and only then will you experience the best God.

What is vision? In this context, vision is the revelation of God’s intention concerning you. Why is vision so important?

4. IT GUARANTEES DIVINE DIRECTION
Vision guarantees a profitable direction in life. That is, you can't miss your way following God/vision. You can't be killed following God's direction. Vision orders your steps to where it matters per time.

Below are some biblical examples of men that were directed God through vision:

Firstly, it was vision that guided Joseph and Mary into Egypt to escape Herod's plan to kill baby Jesus (Matt 2:13-16). Secondly, it was vision given to Prophet Agabus who foretold a devastating famine that was to come that helped the disciples to prepare and to overcome it (Acts 11:28-30). Thirdly, it was an angelic vision given to Paul during a storm that gave the crew enough encouragement to sail on to safety (Acts 27:22-25). It was in a vision that the Holy Spirit spoke to Paul warning him not to go to Asia. Paul immediately changed his plans to comply with the Lord’s instructions. Shortly after, God showed him another vision of a Macedonian calling for help. So, Paul re-charted his course, headed for Macedonia, and God blessed his ministry. Vision will always give you divine direction.

Now, it is scripturally proven that God answers when we call. Jer 33:3 says so. But how do we lay hold to these answers? As mentioned yesterday, give quality thanks to God. What else?

2. SPEAK OUT YOUR ANSWERS (Prov 18:21). After prayers, what we say is vital in determining what we will see in reality. In order to have your answers delivered in the physical, you must make bold declarations in line with your expected answers. If what you say is contrary to what your expectations are, the answers won't come. It is time to express your expectations with your declaration.

PRAYER: Every answer you call forth today shall manifest in your life suddenly, in Jesus name.

DAY 18 (MTD ANNUAL 21 DAYS FAST)

TEXT: "And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever" (Gen. 13:14-15)

What is vision? Vision is the ability to see what God is showing from His word. It is the ability to see the future from the scripture. Bishop Abioye said: "Whatever that is too much for you to see will be too much for God to do." If you can't see your future from the scripture, you can't arrive there. The vision you received from God via His word is what guarantees a successful future. What you see today is the reality of your tomorrow. Dr Pst Paul Enenche said: "If the devil cannot prevent you from seeing the future today, he cannot stop you from reaching that future tomorrow." Beloved, it doesn’t matter what you're going through today, don’t focus on your situation, focus on your destination, focus on what God showed you because it will determine where you will end. Your situation does not determine your destination, it is your vision that does.

What is another benefit of vision?

3. IT GUARANTEES POSSESSION
What you see is what you're entitled to have. What you see determines what God gives to you. Your vision determines your possession. What is not in your heart cannot pass through your hand. Today's anchor scripture says: "And the LORD said unto Abram....all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever" (Gen. 13:14-15). It is what you see coming that will come. That's why you must be careful what you see ahead of you in any situation because it will happen.

However, I want to assure you that God has answered our prayers according to Daniel 10:2. The angel of God said to Daniel: "Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words." But how do we take delivery of these answers?

1. BE THANKFUL (Phil 4:6). Thanksgiving is the sickle with which we draw answer to our prayers into the physical. As long as you have prayed in faith, and according to God’s will; don't wait to see the physical manifestation, dive into thanksgiving to force the answer into reality.

PRAYER: There shall be harvest of answers in your life this season, in Jesus name.

DAY 17 (MTD ANNUAL 21 DAYS FAST)

TEXT: "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light" (Matt 6:22)

When I say importance of vision, I mean benefits we derive when we run our lives on vision. What is vision? Vision is the unfolding of God's plan for us as individuals. God always have a plan for every of His child. There is no two you in the whole universe. Even twins has different destinies. You are not like every other person, you are unique in every way. If you don’t know that you are different, you will never make a difference in life. Vision is the discovery of God’s purpose for your life. I prophesy that the plan of God for your life this year shall manifest, in Jesus name.

Let's see another importance of vision.

2. Vision eliminates distractions in your journey in life. Jesus said in today's anchor that: "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light" (Matt 6:22). Distraction is an enemy of any destiny that is glorious. This is because you can't gain speed when you are distracted. Vision assists you to focus and to channel your life’s energy, abilities and resources to that which really matters to your destiny. There are visions within you waiting to be released. You have an important destiny to fulfill and a Kingdom assignment to complete. So, what is still holding you back? What is still distracting you from pursuing your purpose in life? It's time you identify them.

Bishop Abioye said: "If satan can distract you then he can slow you down." The Bishop defines distraction as branching here and there, not facing one’s duty or assignment. So staying focused is key to your unhindered progress. No one can make much of any task without being focused. So for you to maximize life and destiny, you have to be focused.

However, what is in this prayer and fasting?

SPIRITUAL SENSITIVITY:
Prayer and fasting facilitates spiritual sensitivity. It helps us to be aware of the mind of God per time. It sharpens our spirit to catch what God is saying per time. Habakkuk said, I will set myself apart in prayer and fasting to know why this situation remains and he got the answer he needed. What about the apostles? It is in praying and fasting that God said to them to set apart Barnabas and Saul for the work of the ministry (Acts 13:1-3). Prayer and fasting helps us to stay tuned with God concerning any issue of concern to us. You will not be ignorant of God's moves in and around your life this year, in Jesus name.

PRAYER: You shall not end your journey with God halfway. Grace to forge ahead is yours today, in Jesus name.

3. Father, arise in your power and deliver me from the suffering that came as a result of my past errors, in Jesus name (2Cor 5:17).

DAY 16 (MTD ANNUAL 21 DAYS FAST)

TEXT: "Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he" (Prov 29:18).

Destruction is inevitable where there is no vision. People of great destinies both in Scriptures and in our world today were/are people of great vision. Great vision gives birth to great destinies. Life can be at risk without vision. Beloved, I beg of you, don't run your life without definite vision from God. This is because both the quality and durability of your life are determined by vision. Men of old like Abraham, Moses, Joshua, David, etc, fulfilled quality life by the vision they received from God.

What is vision? Vision according to Bishop David Oyedepo simply means "taking delivery of God's plans and purposes for our lives." Dear child of God, until God's plan for your life unfolds, your destiny remains hidden.

Let's examine one importance of vision today.

1. Vision helps us to make quality decisions in life. The decisions or choices you make in life will either shape you or maim you. One wrong decision can wreck a whole life. I pray for you this morning, you will not be a victim of wrong decision or choice, in Jesus name. A man or woman without vision is an indecisive person. You cannot but make wrong decisions when vision is absent. Many people are hanging around people they are not supposed to because they lack vision.

Hear me; anybody that is not going in your direction this year 2024 is not qualified to be in your association. It's time you scan your life and detach yourself from certain associations, especially the one that is headed opposite direction of your life. Let your vision determines the friendship you keep.

However, what is in this prayer and fasting?

DIVINE HEALTH
Prayer and fasting is the key to divine health. Serving God guarantees divine health. The Bible says: "And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee" (Exo 3:25). Ana at 82 was serving God with prayer and fasting in the temple (Read Luke 2:37). Prayer and fasting is one of the cheapest and profitable platform of service to God and it guarantees divine health.

PRAYER: Sickness is an oppression of the devil. I decree that thou shall be far from oppression this year in Jesus name (Acts 10:38, Isaiah 54:14)

DAILY CONFESSION:

DAY 16 PRAYER GUIDELINES:
1. Father, we thank you for diverse encounters and visitations in the ongoing prayer and fasting, in Jesus name (1Thes 5:18).
2. Father, by the blood of Jesus, every root of sickness, pain, aches, disease and infirmity in my life, is uprooted and consumed by fire, in Jesus name (Matt 15:13).
3. Father, we declare that no MTDian will lose his or her life to sickness this year and beyond, in Jesus name (Acts 27:22).

TOPIC: ENCOUNTER WITH GOD OF SOLUTION VIA PRAISE

TEXT: "And at midnight Paul and Silas Prayed, and Sang Praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake..." (Acts 16:25-26)

Genuine praise to God has the power to move the Hand of God for sudden intervention in moments of trials and difficulties. God's General, Bishop David Oyedepo says: "There is no obstacle that praise cannot tackle! There is no obstacle that will not bow at the instance of praise. You know why? God is in praise." The Bible says: "But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel" (Ps 22:3). Hear me child of God, there is no obstacle or situation in life that will not bow at the Presence of God (Psalms 114). When praise shows up, God shows up!

If your mountain or problem is not bigger than God, then praise can handle it. Many are eager and quick to pray when they are in difficult situation, don't get me wrong, there is absolutely nothing wrong with prayer. Prayer has its place and praise has its place. Prayer delivers your solution gradually but praise delivers it suddenly. Hallelujah! 

God dwells in our praise. Praise attracts and moves Him anytime and anywhere. Praise creates a joyful and conducive environment for God to operate. When you are joyful, you will be sensitive enough to pick the wisdom words from God for victory over the challenges at hand. Praise takes your mind off the problems and focuses it on God the Solution. Praise recounts God’s power, greatness and ability. God’s name is exalted when we praise Him. This gladdens Him and provokes His intervention.

Earth-shaking praise provokes earth-shaking interventions of God. The city was moved into praising Jesus and Jesus removed all forms and manner of sickness and disease from them. Their earth-shaking praise released all the earth-shaking anointing in Jesus to heal them (Read Matt 21:10-14)!

Today, I want you to take some time to praise God for what He's about to do concerning that situation in your life. 

PRAYER: Your praise shall raise you above all afflictions of the devil today and always, in the name of Jesus Christ!

TOPIC: THE PLACE OF OBEDIENCE

TEXT: "And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine...His mother saith unto the servants,  Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it" (John 2:3-5)

Let me start this morning by saying that majority of us have prayed and prayed and are still praying for divine visitation to happen but, it seems as if the prayer is not been heard by God. Hear me; the root cause of many unanswered prayers is disobedience to divine instructions. Disobeyed instruction was what caused Adam and Eve to lose their place in the Garden of Eden and nothing God could do about it. When pray, instructions will come. Prompt obedience to those instructions is what brings the release of the answers.

Every delayed answers to prayers you are experiencing today is not just the devil that is behind it; some are as a result of one instruction or the other that you either disobeyed, ignored or misunderstood. The Bible says: "If you are willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land." The greatest blessings from God come when you obey Him.

Your answers to prayers are in the place of your obedience to prophetic instructions. For instance, in today's anchor scripture, when Mary, the mother of Jesus came to ask Jesus for wine (prayer), it was obedience to Jesus' instruction that manifested the expected answer (John 2:1-7).

Beloved child of God, God always rewards obedience to instructions. God's instructions can either come to you through personal study of the Bible or through His sent man. Take heed to God's instructions from these channels because answers to your prayers happen when these instructions are obeyed promptly and properly.

PRAYER: You will not miss your encounters this season, in Jesus name.

TOPIC: CHANNEL OF VISITATION

TEXT: "Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city" (Matt 23:34)

What a glorious month this has been for us! I have confidence in God that this month of the visitation of God, we shall experience most humbling testimonies in Jesus name. Don't joke with this month beloved. Be sensitive to the moves and instructions from God as you pray, study, work, drive, etc. God still assured me by His Spirit that He will visit us suddenly. Get ready! You shall not be left out of these encounters, in Jesus name. 

I want you to know that God visits us using different channels. One of these channels is through His messengers. We must pay attention to the Pastor/Prophet God sends our way per time. The man/woman God sends to us is His agent through which He reaches out to us per time. He is a carrier of divine mandate to distribute God's blessings in our life.

However, we must be sensitive to recognize these divine messengers in our journey in life. Lots of people are struggling today not because they don't pray but because they are insensitive to channels of encounters. Acts chapter three contains the story of a man at the gate called Beautiful who was lame from his mother's womb. This man recognised Peter and John as God's sent men to him, he drew their attention and got his healing that ended his begging. You too need to be spiritually sensitive to know God's sent man over your life.

How do you recognise God's sent man over you?

He is someone:
* Who always speaks prophetically into your life. 
* Who prays for you always.
* Who brings the word of God that uplifts, delivers and brings you out of your predicament!

When you have identified him:
1. Believe in him irrespective of his status, stature, race or colour (2Chro 20:20). Believe him and his ministry. Your profits in life is tied to this.

2. Obey every instruction he passes to you with delight (1Kings 17). Your obedience to instructions from him is a proof that you believe him. Example of this is the widow of Zarephat who obeyed Elijah even when his instruction to her was illogical. She obeyed and lived in plenty in the midst scarcity.

3. Be a genuine follower. Elisha was a tireless follower of Elijah. The end result was the impartation of the double spirit of Elijah on him. Jesus says, follow me and I will make you...(Matt 4:19).

4. Bless him with your resources. Example of this is the woman in Shunem (Read 2Kings 4:8-17).

PRAYER: As you put these to work, I see God decorating you with undeniable testimonies before the month is over, in Jesus name.

DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2023, I am finally on a Covenant Highway, Jesus is giving me Answers and I am enjoying Rest Round About - Amen and Amen!
