This man is just doing extra time. He's not fit to be there! As far as I know, he's corruption incorporated. Imagine a man having vehicles worth over N400million naira and he still want to buy 10 new ones valued at over N300million while Buhari decided to continue using the vehicles GEJ left behind. I smile in 3D. Waiting for Feb 5. |

Mr President is more considerate than this, I bet you. He's already promised to convert the Fleet to a national airline and I believe he'll do just that! The committee he set up in this regard have submitted its recommendation to the FG and next year we shall see his action. Unlike Saraki who's bent on buying 10 new cars worth more than N300m to satisfy his penchant for luxury, Buhari chose to continue with the ones GEJ left behind. Now, what do we call that?! God bless Buhari and Nigeria! 1 Like 1 Share |

Yes, that's good. But they should remember that NCC will table before the court the document issued to all of you telecoms operators since 2012 where you were warned that failure to disconnect any unregistered line is an invitation for a fine of N200,000 per line. Now multiply that by 5.1mn lines you people fraudulently refused to deactivate thinking it was business as usual. That gives over 1 trillion naira - appropriate fine; it wasn't just conjured up overnight. Anyway, with Christ-like compassion, I'm hoping they allow you people to pay the fine over a 10-year period. God bless Nigeria! 3 Likes 2 Shares |

You see? This shows the man's followers has always been known for this. It's incomprehensible that they were saying that not even the President would be allowed to pass! How ridiculous! It would have been a great shame if the COAS have had to turn back because a machete-wielding group blockaded the road. FYI: For more than 9 minutes, they were begged, but refused to bulge. Haba! The deaths were unfortunate, but they caused it. 2 Likes 1 Share |

If you ask me, I'll say that the new Administration of Criminal Justice Law signed 6 months ago is all that's really needed in the mean time, to fight corruption to a standstill. I hope the Attorney General will stupendously make use of it. Viva Nigeria! 4 Likes |

That's it. We know people trending #Buharigate abi na #Buharidoor, are just trying to hold on to straws to prevent them from sliding down for their greed. Thumbs up, Buhari! 1 Like |

What's this man really saying? A probe has been carried out and prosecution is already ongoing and he's saying they should probe; is he just coming from another planet? By the way, I think you're more culpable because you were his political adviser, probably the closest of all his advisers. So, what are you now saying? |

Let's always have it at the back of our mind that power is transient: today you're the indisputable champion, the next, it's someone else. See Wike's speech crediting Amaechi.... And Amaechi should not pridefully think he's now the Oga too, this life is a mystery. Let's fear God! 1 Like |

Justice Abubakar Talba of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Gudu, Abuja, on Monday, December 14, 2015, warned counsel to the accused persons in the ongoing trial of a syndicate that allegedly swindled the Federal Government to the tune of N1.2 billion in a pension scam not to broach the idea of plea bargain in his court. The accused persons-Ibrahim Ahmed Mazangari, Muhammed Sani Sulaiman, Hajia Fatima Mazangari and Saleh Yerima Tsojon- are being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on a 29-count charge bordering on conspiracy and collecting by false pretense. The accused persons, who were offered a biometric contract by a former Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Steve Oronsaye, to regularize names of pensioners on the pensions’ payroll, allegedly smuggled in names of fake pensioners and collected unearned pension. Counsel to the first and fifth accused persons, Sale Sule, had informed the court that his clients had opened a plea bargain discussion with the prosecution. However, Justice Talba forbade him from broaching the subject of plea bargain in his court, saying, “Don’t mention plea bargain here. I don’t want to hear about it.’’ At the resumed hearing today, counsel to the second accused person, Haruna Eze, pleaded that the case be stood down, as the lead counsel, Sule, had not yet arrived the court before the proceedings started. Also, counsel to the third accused person wrote a letter to the court, saying that he was ill. However, prosecution counsel, Atolagbe, told the court that “I just received the letter, asking for adjournment. Given the nature of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, Section 396 (3) and (4), which stipulates speedy trial in any criminal matter, I urge my Lord to adjourn the matter to tomorrow because our witnesses are available. Also, on the issue of stand down, I don’t see it as necessary.’’ Justice Talba adjourned the matter to February, 23 and 24, 2016 for continuation of trial. www.saharareporters.com/2015/12/14/n12bn-pension-scam-court-kicks-against-plea-bargain |

If truly we believe that no one is above the law then questioning Sanusi should not be a headache or what you need to take two months to think about!!! Few weeks ago, a highly placed king by name, King Dalindyebo, was jailed in South Africa for 15 years! |

Pls, go and do your work. The first set of revolution was when Nigerians butted out your thieving party from the Presidency. And the person we've put there will by the grace of God complete the rest revolution by sending scores of your party faithful looters to jail beginning next year, including your Oga, Saraki, the luxury man with more than N250 million naira worth of vehicles and mansions allover London. |

And this is the man (GEJ) many are calling hero for conceding defeat and having said that his ambition is not worth the blood of any Nigerian. How deceitful that man really was/is! There was no way all these wicked withdrawals would have taken place without assenting to them - not forgetting that he just used Dasuki as a front. "My ambition is not worth the blood of any Nigerian." - Jonathan But thousands of civilians and soldiers died because you embezzled the monies meant for weapons procurement that would have annihilated BH. What a malady!!! 4 Likes |

Who says PDP is not fraudulent? I bet you that they've budgeted over and over again to complete that building, but the monies were cornered into private pockets. What's N11bn to PDP which has embezzled trillions of naira from our coffers? Smh. |

Media mogul Raymond Dokpesi has been formally arraigned at the Federal High Court in Abuja on a six-count charge which includes money laundering. Dokpesi, the Chairman of DAAR Communications, owners of African Independent Television, AIT and Raypower, was earlier invited and arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja, over money disbursed by the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki. Shortly after he took his plea, Justice Gabriel Kolawole ordered that he be remanded in EFCC custody pending the hearing of his bail application by 12:30pm on Thursday. The prosecution led by Mr. Rotimi Jacobs (SAN), accused the defendants of receiving, N2.1bn from the office of the National Security Adviser between October 2014 and March 19, 2015 for the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential media campaign in breach of provisions of the Public Procurement Act, Money laundering Act and the EFCC Act. Justice Kolawole has fixed trial for February 17, 18 and March 2 and 3. http://saharareporters.com/2015/12/09/ait-owner-dokpesi-arraigned-abuja-federal-high-court-money-laundering ![]() ![]() ![]() 5 Likes

Justice Adeniyi is a clog in the wheel of progress of anti-corruption fight. If you hear that a Federal High Court Judge has struck out a corruption case or given Dasuki freedom to flee or adjourned a case for many weeks, check the name and see that it's him. I hope he's not given any of the upcoming cases to handle, he may likely mess them up. |

OsusuMustFlow: Fellow, didn't you read that the committee chairman is a PDP lawmaker? Smh. |

Vikkie14: That's not true. Mr Sanusi was very independent-minded. He once went to the Senate to challenge them on their humongous salaries and allowances. 4 Likes |

This is the list of culpable and jail-candidate people when this case finally gets to court: Goodluck Jonathan Dasuki CBN governor All past military Service Chiefs Dokpesi Bode George Bafarawa and at least 10 more.... Young soldiers' lives were been wasted by BH's superior firepower while these people went on a sleaze of sharing the money meant for arms! Heartbreaking. 1 Like 1 Share |

Oh yeah!!! Someone should tell me if this was not what Nigerians happily vowed was going to happen if Buhari won. That's it,we are moving. Next....Could it be Goodluck Jonathan himself? 1 Like |

This is the better of options... . Self-interest cannot be denied in politics, but it must never be allowed to have its way all the time. I kindly advise Tinubu not to push his luck and clout too far. |

I lose no sleep over this govt. Let the good-hearted continue to pray for Nigeria. We shall disappoint those wishing failure for the President. He may have been slow, but we're getting there. |

Buhari over to you. What I'm steel-sure of is: many many big men will spend the rest of their lives in prison, and that might include Dasuki, Minimah, Badeh, etc. Buhari may just spare Goodluck thru plea bargain, if not he's very culpable. |
