It wasn't a child's play, the experience broke me down that I had to immediately enrolled myself with NOUN for PGD. I told myself if I didn't get mastes with HND this year, for sure I'll get it with PGD next year.

My brother it's not easy. The way the refusal kept coming could be so frustrating. I have over eight years progressive working experience. I am a Chartered Accountant also.

Some can give me MSc with my ICAN for a six months MSc but I won't have to stay after the program nor come with dependents.

University of South Wales is still reviewing my Application after trimming it down to MSc Finance and Account. I hope they give me.
Sheffield Hallam and RGU stated it clear that they accept HND for Masters program.

Honestly what you have said is not far from the truth, I applied for 27 universities in Uk from September last year for 2023/2024 September section with HND. I have 7 year work experience & my personal statement used for each schools were all different & good as requested by schools.

Through the list of universities that accept HND & Third class posted here, I applied for all the schools listed there & I also added more that I researched. However, I was so disappointed when rejection letters started rolling in everyday in email, although Keele university nd Bangor University gave me conditional offer after I sent the documents required of me for unconditional offer for keele . After a week I checked my applicant portal my application status changed to application unsuccessful, I felt bad that day & more rejections continued to roll in with few offering premasters. Then for Bangor University there applicant portal is open but I can't upload required documents for unconditional offer.

In this same thread some body advised that for those of us who have HND & Third class & they're finding it difficult to get direct master with the stated qualifications above should do well to enroll for PGD with NOUN open university for 1 year program, by next-year one could use it for direct masters, so I did immediately with NOUN open University with my HND, registered and paid all fees. But a surprised mail hit my email two days ago, University of South Wales gave me an unconditional offer direct masters with scholarship of 2500£.

As you stated that Sheffield Hallam & Robert Gordon universities offers direct masters for HND, I also did applied there too, would also be aspecting a positive email from them.

With your Third Class, you can apply to Keele university NA Human Resource Management.
I got some1 who just received conditional offer from them with 3rd class. The only - ve aspect is just the tuition fee of £19900.
Their Deposit is £4k.

September 2023 direct masters Biomedical Engineering with my HND, tuition fee of £21,900 with discount of £6,000. One of the conditions is ielts 6.5 overall which I don't have for now. However, from their site it was stated that NECO/WAEC C6 is accepted as English requirement. Unfortunately I have not been able to view the messages in my inbox. I checked my email address and I found the email below.

Elo, this is wat i did, my certificate isn't ready yet i only have my statement of result. When i applied for certificate it wasn't ready but i was given a letter of certificate/notification attached with photocopy of statement of result both stamped and signed by the HOD exams and record which i attached with the ICES request form for my school to sent it alongside my transcript to ICES. I also scanned the letter for certificate/notification with the photocopy of statement of result signed and stamp with the original coloured scan copy of my statement of result which i uploaded on the certificate column one after the other in ICES website. I also did uploaded a student copy transcript issued to me on the transcript column.

This idea i applied was gotten from one off us here who wrote to ICES in respect to same issues not having certificate ready yet rather he sent the certificate/notification letter to ICES to review and they accepted it can serve in lieu to the certificate. Although i went extra length to make sure my school sent it to ICES with my transcript.

If ur spouse's school hasn't sent the transcript yet, u can rush back and ask for certificate/notification letter to cover the certificate not yet ready.

On this same thread, some once "quoted" me that the sister or so uploaded her statement of result and ECA report was issued to her, let's hope for good.

I didn't upload a student copy either. Just an ID and my certificate.

Elo, i wish to clear this, the student copy given to me was fully address to ICES address with my ICES Reference number , i didn't sent it via my email rather i did as instructed to upload a scan transcript in the attachment column on their site along side my international passport and statement of result . To add to that my transcript was also officially sent from school to ICES address given attached with ICES academic record/transcript request form ICES sent to my email directly when i wrote to them for some enquiries. On the form you have to section to fill ur details, the first section is ur own details while the second section is were ur exams and record HOD fills it's details and sign. I don't think if that academic record/transcript request form is on their website because i didn't see any may be they have uploaded it on their site off recent.

When I said he shuld send ICES mail, i didn't mean he shuld send his documents via mail, what i meant was that he shuld send ICES mail to enquire if can leave the transcript attachment column open while he upload his international passport a degree only, any reply he gets from ICES he'll work with accordingly.

Note: your school can't gv the main transcript to an individual or student rather they send it directly to the Institution or evaluation body like ICES, WES, IQAS requesting for it I.e why my school had to differentiate the individual copy from the main copy by writing boldly on transcript as student copy.
Every details in the main copy sent to ICES and student copy is same only the bolded "student copy" written on it and it was still address to ICES with my reference number

Ices will not accept student copy transcripts, or scans which are not addressed to them. Moreso, they will not even consider the document if it’s sent from your email.

To kick off ECA, you’ll need to upload your ID and a statement of result/notification of result/certificate/success letter.

The other requirement will be fulfilled by your school who will go on to send your transcript to ICES via the official school email hosted on the school’s primary domain/website, or through courier.

It is important that your ices number be included in the address for easy identification and processing.

Your school don't need to send to individual rather u asked for student copy transcript from exams and record. On the transcript it will be boldly written as student copy, with that u scan and upload. Unless ur school don't gv out student copy but mine do. To ignore it, i can't tell but still u can write to them in respect to that to confirm, in less than 2days u'll get a reply.

To apply for transcript is 23,000 per certificate, i mean ND 23,000, same applies to HND out side the country for within Naja is 13,000 each.
Just did mine last week. Verification for each of the transcript is 10,000.

Elo, with their reply sent to me it means that any DOB identification given is wat they will use on ur ECA report and that ECA report will b sent to CIC. Remember that it's ur international passport that will be use most offten in all application process not national identification cad. If u chose to use DOB from national identification it will sure contradicts wit the DOB on international passport. I wish Oga Ify culd gv a good clarification to this, although he did mention that a Good LOE can back up this DOB problem.

Yes they put DOB on their ECA, before now I hv written to them ICES in regards to useing just statement of result and some name spelling misplaced. They've replied me and a gave an answer for DOB I never asked. From their reply i was meant to understand that regardless of ur transcript sent to them with wat so ever DOB or names wahala m, what is most important to them is ur national identification either ur international passport or national identification that bears ur full name and DOB that's wat matters to them not minding wat was sent from

If yes, then try your best to get it changed from the school, if they refuse, attach the necessary documentation for ICES and hope they are convinced with your argument and choose to put your new DOB.
If all else fails, you can try the option of explaining all this to IRCC in a LOE. I don't recommend changing the DOB on the passport. Remember that you went to do affidavit for the new age and swore that you were telling the truth. Backtracking now means perjury - a big deal
