Are you a Transport personnel, or do you work in a Transport/ Logistics or organization? Are you desiring to make a career in Transport and you want recognition in the Logistics and Transport Industry? Then CILT is the best place to be.

Have you realized that professionals are the most sought after in the industries today? Workers are being laid off, following the current Global Economic Meltdown, but professionals are still having their way in the workplace because the best brains must be retained.

Why do you think people are taking pain to write ICAN, CCNA and other professional exams that relate to their chosen career despite the financial stress, the time constraint and the difficulties involved in writing these exams? You see, industries are no longer interested in first degree. Beyond your first degree what they are now looking for is your professional qualification and experience. Once you qualify, your services will be in high demand, and employers are ready to pay heavily for it.

Are you working in Logistics Organization/Department? Do you have a certificate in Transport/ Logistics related field, but don’t know the professional body to join?

CILT is the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport. An International Professional Organization that oversees and regulate the training and certification of professionals in the Logistics and Transport Industry Worldwide. Let her look inward and find out what she's really interested in. The name of the course and financial gain should not becloud her or she will miss the whole thing. Area of strength and interest first, and if you are good money will naturally come to you just doing what you like most.
Best of luck, Sam.

Investment / Re: Real Estate Vs Stock Market Investing For Small Capital Investors by MrSam3: 7:05pm On Dec 04, 2009
Real estate and stock market investment are (both) very good, but then I will advise that you start with stock investment given your level of income according to you. But you must employ the services of a reliable stockbroker. If you don't mind, you can contact Hope Eno or Sanmi Akindipe through the back page of Success Digest Extra, they are both good. Best of luck.

Health / Do You Want To Looseweight? by MrSam3: 6:18pm On Oct 08, 2009
Losing weight is not something one can do overnight. A carefully planned weight loss program requires common sense and certain guidelines which must be followed consistently with discipline.

• First, you must put your mind on it; otherwise you won’t get DESIRED result. “Commitment and a positive mindset are key to a successful weight loss.”
• Set realistic goals for yourself. Don’t say I want to lose 50 pounds. Instead, 5 pounds a month is ok. Always check your weight at least once in a week. If you don’t have a scale, then you are not ready for anything yet. So go get one 2day.

• Take six to eight glasses of water a day. Water taken before meals dulls the appetite, and sweetened foods tend to make you crave more. So be wise!
• Select an exercise routine that you are comfortable. But remember, walking is one of the best and easiest form of exercises for strengthening your bones and controlling your weight.
