Nigger my advice for you is to buy infinix hot note pro. Let some cow call it China shipped product. .. If i may ask them, which one did their country produce or invent? You will not regret buying the phone... You can root it so you can use 1k to get 3 gig of data and you can upgrade it to Android 5.0. The camera is fantastic, battery life is long.... You have every thing to gain.

Please can u give me the steps to rooting this phone. Thanks

I use that road every working day and I can confirm that it is in a very bad state. The express has been. Abandoned for the old road which is not even well built and have started spoiling too. I wonder how the Christmas period will be with the road in that state. May God help us all.

You either insist that she stops it or she leaves. She s giving room for the possibility of the kids being abused. Sorry to say, with the current increase in child abuse cases, I will not be comfortable with my children at the neighbour's house. Thanks a great deal for your individual contributions. Will work on your suggestions/recommendation. Thanks and God bless!

May we have good testimonies to share at the end of it all.

A quick one: must the PTE be taken by both of us or the principal applicant?

Only the principal applicant should take it.

Thanks Ma'am. I initially missed your response because I was not mentioned. God bless you! I will find to read more comments on the thread today.

On the IELTS scores, do you mean 7 on each area such as Listening, Reading, etc?

Please see our IELTS scores below

Wifey:Listening-6.5, Reading-7, Writing-7, Speaking-7.5. Overall score-7

Me: Listening-8, Reading-8, Writing-7, Speaking-6.5. Overall score-7.5

BTW, what is PTE?

Thanks for your anticipated response

Your scores will not give the 10 points for English. One needs to score at least 7 in each of the parts.
Pte (Pearson test of English language) is another form of English language exam that one can take. I took Pte and got my required score. Ielts has a history of giving 6.5 in writing and I didn't want to waste my time with them. Here is a study material for the pte....https://www.dropbox.com/sh/13non7lhdwefotp/AADfiVvjkea7xaz42rFRiaSta?dl=0

The ielts result needs band 7 in each to obtain the 10 points.
It seems your wife has a better chance of getting positive assessment because she is chartered.

2. Who has better chances of securing Australian PR so that he/she can apply on behalf of the family?
3. How much are we supposed to have as a "proof of fund"? Thank you.

No proof of funds required.

You can read the thread and understand about the process. Also, there is a chartered accountant here that can throw more light about assessment for accountants.

My 2k contribution. All the best.

Chaiii emeka ike, you are unknowingly exhibiting the signs of an abusive husband. Do u think it's only when u beat someone that you abuse the person? It's unfortunate that you never realized that your Suzanne can wake up one day and decide that enough is enough. It has dawned on you now that you have lost her. You never wanted her to work so that she will be begging you for soap money, abi? Thank God for the support she s getting out there. I pray she also gets custody of the kids. you never know the worth of something until it's lost. Please deal with your loss and learn from it.

Hmmmm. I usually get so angry when I know he is the cause of the conflict. I will do the initial female gragra bu sulking but before the end of the day, I usually call for a dialogue meeting where I bring up theissue and discuss it. I will point out why I feel wronged and then give him an opportunity to discuss his side. We both try and see things from the other's perspective. The wrong side is normally obvious at the end and there will be apologies. I have always maintained the promise of not going to bed with anger. It is not easy but it helps in the long run to swallow one's pride in family affairs. Need I Say more that we end the day with you know what.

Mehn! Bosslady is only gone two days and everything is going awry! Well, for anyone looking or answers on a forum such as this, one needs to realize that no one is obliged to answer your questions. This is just a past time for some people, and a bit more for others...asides the fact that there is family and work to attend to. You just need to be polite and courteous. At least make an effort by making some basic research, it'd be easier to answer when it's obvious you made an effort.
Having said that, won't it just be better to allow someone else reply a question if you feel the op is 'too lazy'? If you must, let's try to be polite. Even if your view is correct, condescending will invalidate the effort.

Thank you for this statement. Honestly, I find it very annoying when people are so rude just because one asked a question. If one thinks the question does not deserve an answer, simply ignore it. I dont think it is right for anyone to be condescending on other people simply because they feel they are more knowledgable about a certain topic. On the other hand, all the newbies should challenge themselves and read up about australian visa . Everything is available on the internet, all it needs is just a little effort. Get the basic information and then ask specific questions.

Must you always reply & quote me? So much for your "maturity". Go back and reread my original comment with the little brain you obviously possess instead of coming at me with your bs. No one was condoning rape. Just trying to be objective and enlighten other "prospective victims" which may include your siblings or daughters. Use your brain. #NP G-Unit : You So Tough

Stay away from blaming a woman when she is raped. Learn to condemn the act.

The week that the incident happened, she said both of them met again on BBM, and he started persuading her to let them go out again. On that Friday, he called her and said he was taking her to see a movie.

“After the movie, they went clubbing in the Lekki area, where he raped her. She told us that she was not feeling strong. She said she remembered being walked out of the club to the back of Imonitie’s car.

But when she opened her eyes, it was daytime, and he was on top of her at the back of the car. That was when the struggle started. He beat her up, squeezed her neck, while she begged him that she was a virgin, and he should not rape her. But he ignored her pleas and after the act, he gave her some tissues to clean the blood.”

Honestly, I blame the lady. The lady committed two grievous offences;

1. Met the guy on BBM and accepted a night out with a stranger

2. What is she doing outside late in the night. Yoruba will say omo ta bi ni ile ire kin rin rin oru (A child that comes from a good house does not go out in the middle of the night).

Sorry o...Ladies please be careful and always use your HEAD and not Emotions.

#straight face

Why don't you call a spade a spade. Rape is wrong and should never be justified. Whether she decides to spend her night in a club should nt be your concern, it is very wrong for someone to be taken advantage of sexually. I honestly don't understand the mindset of some people.

Snipes009:
The lady has 60% of the blame. Why getting lured by your ex to a party?? Ladies need to take note. Once you are done for good, move on. The same person you knew 1 year ago might have changed within months. Unfortunately, she was a virgin and never let the guy reach there before they broke up. Sorry ooo

Blame the girl? Howww? By not the man having a sence of maturity and control to control himself, by not willing to take a NO as a NO? Stop displaying niger local sence., always looking for a way to push the blame to the girl. there is no reason on earth why rape should ever be justified. It is only an animal that can force himself on a woman.

Hi people. I need help with PTE academics speaking test. I don't seem to know what they require . The first time I scored 58 in speaking now it's the same range. I need advise pls.
I scored as below: L 82, R 73, S 56, W 83.

Got this from a blog. Enjoy

I think the following format that I’ve followed for “Describe images” has helped me..

1. Overview about the graph/map/process.. I.e, to paraphrase the heading of the image and what it is trying to convey..

2. Highlight the major/evident point first.. i.e, if there is a line chart for 2 different category wherein 1 has more larger revenue/percentage, then I would state that as “During the year, Category 1 has generated much greater revenue when compared to Category 2″.. something like this..

3. To highlight other key points based on priority.. but there is no time to add all details.. For example in a process diagram… I used 1 long sentence and covered all other key process areas.. The example that I had for process diagram was to generate paper from tree after being through different key cycles..

4. The last important point that I would say is an conclusion/implication of the diagram.. For example when there is a graph that shows garbage waste collected and recycled for a particular year, then I would say… “As there was always a rise seen throughout the year on the collection of garbage, it is expected to rise in the next year too and hence people would need to think ways for reducing the garbage….” something like this..

For read aloud, Speak like a newscaster, with all the highs and lows. for graphs, you rephrase the topic, then talk about the general trend, the highs and lows and then conclude. Remember you have to use the graph description words like ...suudden increase, fall rapidly. For retell lectures, summarise the main points and try and speak fluently. In all, do not allow the system to stop recording while talking ie try and complete before the recording closes. also, study academic ielts questions on graph description.

Hello Bros, where did u write your PTE in ph please? Is it BCIE on Aba road? And how much was it? The guy I met said 46,500 if they register me but I found out online that It costs 36,500 online. Also what was your he experience like, especially the cbt facilites and did it meet your expectations? Thanks

Biko don't ever use chris eluke and associates, the other pte centre in ph. Had a very horrible experience with them. They are very unserious, left my base and travelled to ph on friday . The test was scheduled fr sat 2pm and I got there by 11am and met the office locked, had to start calling the man to remind him of the exam. When he finally came, he just told me that I wont be able to take d exam because their system has been down since thursday. I was so disappointed and had to write an official complaint to pte. Although my exam ws rescheduled, I was nt paid the expenses I incured due to their negligence of not informing me of their challenges.

If the company you served in paid you directly to ypur bank account, then you can use that. But if it is the NYSC allawi you are talking about, then you need your primary assignment letter, stating you were posted to work in that company...cos it is NYSC allawi that will come up on your bank statement.

OR

You can chill a bit, and clock 5yrs and 1month, then submit your EOI with just company C.

Whatever it is, the evidence for Company b is not enough. And taking into consideration the fact that the Company B experience helps boost your points, the CO will want enough evidence.

It is not somehow excluding work experience. DIBP understands people do that for various reasons.

Thanks, appreciate your responce.

You are good to go. You don't need more than 6 months payslips for your present employment. Try to provide as many docs as possible while not being bogus at the same time.

bossladymo1:

If you dont have bank statements/tax docs for company B, I would advise you take it off. Just salary certificate is not enough. The CO will definitely ask for more evidence.
Will it affect your points if you take it off?
Also, for company C, is it approximately 5yrs or over 5yrs? If it is over 5yrs, you can claim 10pts with just that company experience.
For the NYSC year, did the company pay you at all?

Thanks manmeta and bossladyMo........I will be exactly 5years with company C on 30th june and I don't really mind using only that. I intend submitting eoi on 1st july. I was paid during nysc and like I stated before, the acct was closed some time back and I had to start applying for the printing of the statement. my worry is that since all the experiences were accepted during assessment , won't it be somehow if I decide to leave out some in visa application Stage.

1. What does your reference letter for Company C say?

2. How many months payslips are you using for Company C?

3. I guess you did NYSC programme at Company A. Do you have any letter stating their request for your placement with them? If you don't, it's not compulsory.

4. To whom are all your reference letters addressed?

5. Could your emoluments be easily traced on your bank statements?
Thanks for replying.
1.The reference letter for company C is according to the specification of dibp. States my job function and other details. Equally used it for my assessment.

2. I have pay slips for all the months for company C. Still employed there.

3. I don't have such letter

4. All the references are addressed to my assessing body.

5. For d experience with bank statements, the emoluments can be easily traced. My nysc acct is closed and they had to print the statement from their closed account history And it was compressed.

How many years of experience are you claiming. The documents you listed are okay. You can also choose to add tax docs if you want.

I want to claim the 7 years and 4 months which gives 10 points. I dont mind removing exp of company A or B if the above documents are not enough proof. Tax deduction is evident on my pay slip for company C.
