Let me see if I understand. The U.S. citizen's child was granted parole? If so, the person should send an e-mail to LagosNIV@state.gov to let us know and ask what to do next. It can take a couple of days to answer all our e-mail, but if the parole expires in the meantime, we can probably contact the office that granted it and ask for an extension.
