I dont think there is that ugly girls to that extent, firstly you know beauty is in the hand of the holder, the only solution is that advice your friend to be kind, God fearing and behave so friendly, caring and . presently guys are georging caracters than beuty. it is the good carecter that really matters.

the reason is that the word "ISLAM" itself means PEASE and in every where and every place Islam never encourage fighthing or terrorism. in other word the reason is that some people are ignorant about Islam and what it stand for. Muslim will never fight unless in one way or the other they have been pushed to the wall, when they act then the whole world will start comment on it no matter how it is forgotting the the actual cause of it.
