I arrived the consulate at 5:10am and was able to be among the first 12 people to be attended to. The guy at window 4 interviewed me.

I know of one 'Famous Guest House' at Lawson Street in Obalande (get a bike at Obalende bus stop to take you there at #100). It was 4k per night as at last December. It is not a classy one, but you can comfortably rest your head till morning time. Yes, it's true that fully funded students get denied. But c'mon 100% incorrect? An admission with full funding does improves ones chances of getting a visa. There are no guarantees, but all things being equal, a fully funded student stands a better chance.

It seemed like a long interview now but it was not up to 2 minutes and it seemed so easy because of his body language, he was practically nodding at everything I said, it is GRACE. However I comported myself well, smiled a bit and spoke my phonee too, I kind of noticed they like that, but what do I know! A relaxed body language and eye contact helps a lot. I was looking at him even when he wasn't looking at me. I'm super grateful for this platform and I hope my transcript helps someone too.
