Thank you.

Still waiting for the cooking method

You can make some chinese fried rice and spring rolls or the battered chicken they call general tso's chicken. All are very popular - if you google the names of those recipes, you'll find lots and lots of results. For something that's very close but not quite Chinese fried rice, check this fried rice recipe here - http://www.naijachef.com/recipe/brown-rice-fried-rice/

Food / Re: Health Implications Of Eating Too Much Bread. by naijachef: 9:46pm On Nov 17, 2015
Too much bread is bad (especially if it's white bread) because it will spike your blood level. I love bread as well so I can't tell you to stop eating it but I would recommend either trying some wheat bread once in a while or looking for a brand of bread that has fewer calories in each slice. That way, you can eat the same number of slices but fewer calories (and sugar) in total. Pele the bread struggle is real Lol

I've noticed that when I slice my plantains this way, the food just seems a lot more than when I slice them in the normal, circle/oval shape.

With this way of slicing plantains, I eat just one plantain and feel completely full. Whereas, when I cut the plantains the normal way, I can mow through 3 or 4 plantains. No shaking

Beyond just the cutting, I also found a way to make the dodo itself healthy. Can you believe that? Dodo that is actually healthy - miracle. Recipe coming soon to naijachef.com - don't worry.

The last thing I did to make this a guilt-free meal was how I prepared the eggs.

You'll notice that the eggs aren't oozing oil the way fried eggs normally do. That's because I measured the oil with a teaspoon to really gauge how much I was putting in there. I also added in a handful of spinach at the end to give myself a nice boost of iron and vitamin C. To my surprise, the spinach didn't change the taste of the eggs at all.

And just like that - a nice, nutritious place of warm dodo and eggs

Not bad eh?
