Education / Re: 30% Reduction In Tuition Fees: Relief For Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Students by Naus(m): 10:11am On Aug 20, 2019
Though commendable but why wait till election is around the corner ?

This is why I cant support a single tenure for Nigeria politicians who dish out dividends of democracy only for their 2nd term ambitions.

Single tenure means no show for the masses...May God save us from their wickedness.

Sports / Re: Egypt Vs Nigeria: Player Rating by Naus(m): 11:36pm On Mar 29, 2016
Though its very sad we still cant make it to Afcon 2017 but i never expected less.

Egypt has always been difficult for us to defeat infact I cant remember the last time we defeated them not even in 1994 Afcon when we had the best team in Africa and in the same group with them, the result then was Nil-Nil but we eventually won the Cup.

Hmmm...just because of state house of assembly election and some fools still believe there was peaceful Governorship election in that state.

SW remains only the region where we can get peaceful elections with reasonable results.
Politics / Re: Senate Orders Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission To Suspend 40% Hike by Naus(m): 6:05pm On Feb 16, 2016
I still don't understand why some ppl are shouting good news when the fixed charge of #750 still continues. Extortion of the highest order.
I believe the DISCOS will be very happy about this.Imagine #750 monthly on each meter whether you use light or not compared to a little increase in tariff which is pay as you use(PAYU).
I can hardly exhaust #3250/235kwh units in 4 months but #3,000 fixed charge awaits me for 4 month. To me,it will be a good news only if the fixed charge can also be scrapped or reduced to #200.

Senate president leads looting in senate house while Speaker leads that of house of rep.

However,their common goal is LOOTING...

One of the reasons i detest nigeria democratic government...Too many looters.

kolardzy: Quite an interesting Discussion(too long tho)..
I think it all depends on how we motivate our next generation leaders to lead right and shun Corruption..This current ones have failed us sad

How do we motivate our next generation leaders when the currently failed Leaders are still grooming their successors and ensuring that they get to power by all means?? Birds of a feather fluck together!
