Sheikh zakzaky taught us to live the life of honesty free of crime, to be obedient & kind to our parents, to be good to our neighbors, to assist & help the poor, the downtrodden, the barefooted & the homeless.

Sheikh Zakzaky taught us that Nigerian Christians are not our enemies like how some Wahhabi clerics are portraying, he taught us that Nigerian Christians are our brothers and sisters in humanity as clearly stated by Imam Ali ( as ) in his famous Letter to General Malik alAshtar. He taught us that respecting all human is among the fundamental teachings of Islam.

He taught us to feel the pains of anybody oppressed & wronged in whatever part of the world, no matter the religion & no matter the color of skin.

Sheikh Zakzaky taught us about the evils of colonialism, neo – colonialism, imperialism & Zionism. He gave practical examples of how these evil tendencies invades nations, killed its people and plundered their resources.

Sheikh Zakzaky taught us the importance of unity among Muslims, he forbid us to built our own separate Mosque and told us that all Mosques are the House of God. He told us that building our own separate Mosques will further deepen the division of Muslims. He said Muslims should be tolerant of each others views and should avoid sectarian extremism.

He taught us to always show love and respect to Christians and other non-Muslims, and we should always invite Christians to our programs and activities so as to build trust, mutual understanding and peaceful coexistence. And he told us to also send delegates to their program whenever invited.

He totally condemned terrorism in all its manifestations and he declared that Western intelligence agencies created, nurtured and controlled these murderous terrorist groups that are killing people in the name of #Islam. like bokoharam, ISIS, AlNusra, Alqaeda, etc He taught us that terrorism has no place in Islam.

Sheikh Zakzaky has consistently condemned the wanton corruption and looting of public treasury by the corrupt Nigerian leaders and elites especially the corrupt elites of Northern Nigeria that has impoverished Nigerians.He maintained that Nigeria stands as the most blessed country on this planet earth with numerous resources that can't be found elsewhere in the world and yet it's citizens surfers the most.

He said all actions and activities of leaders will be accounted for by God on the Day of Judgement. He said the corrupt elites are one and the same and that they only uses fault lines of religion, tribe and region to divide the Nigerian oppressed masses.

Plan to attack Sheik El- Zakzaky when released from the Illegal detection by the Security Operatives.

The Nigerian Security Operatives and their Devils instructors plan to open fire on Sheikh El -Zakzaky and his convoy when released on entering Kaduna.

Plan A . The Security Operatives have created fake armed Shiites withing the security cells that they will use to attack innocent police escorting the Sheikh home .This will give them the chance to open fire on Shaikh Zakzaky and collide with the bad eggs in media most especially Daily Trust paper to formulate a false story that will blackmail and deceive the low thinking class Nigerians

The recent interview granted to some journalist by the Kaduna State governor Malam Nasir Elrufai on the banning of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria has drwn the attention of many, perhaps the intention of shedding clearance on the issue, but the governor has apparently got himself more entangled in the web of confusion he has already been in. The Governor only in succeeded in confusing himself and his dwindling political cohorts.
First of all Mr Elrufai has to understand that as the name suggests the Islamic Movement is a global concept, that is why it is referred to as the Islamic Movement in Nigeria not of Nigeria. It is a movement that tends to make Muslims to aspire and work towards the full implementation of Islam as ordered by Allah and practiced by the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAWA). Yes Islam in totality. A close study of the history of Islam will divulge how it was revealed and put in to practice by the Holy Prophet and his pious companions. The issue of implementing the teachings of Islam is not a matter of choice to Muslims. It is a divine injunction. What the Islamic Movement therefore is doing is acting on instructions from Allah the All mighty. For lack of adequate space and not to make this write up lengthy, I wouldn’t bother Mr. Elrufai with verses and sayings of the Prophet on the issues. It suffices to advise that true and Allah fearing scholars can be consulted. So now Mr. Governor, here you are “with all sense of responsibility” and “deriving powers from the Penal Code of 1963” contradicting and stopping the instructions of Allah the All Mighty.
When you were accusing the previous government of killing the innocent children of Sheik Zakzaky and his students in July, 2014 at the time you paid him a condolence visit, you did not realize that IMN “poses a threat to security, peace and governance of the state”. Perhaps then you were not a governor, so the grasp of power has not befuddled you. History has reported that when Pharaoh got power intoxicated at a point, he declared Prophet Musa and his movement as banned. When he was fully power sozzled he went to the extent of proclaiming himself as the only deity to be worshiped. If history is to serve as a lesson, then Mr Governor soon your power will come to an end; it is then that when the hangover has cleared that you may realize the enormity of your actions.
The Islamic Movement is made up of people from different parts of the society. It cuts across the Shia, Sunni and even non-Muslims. True non-Muslims, because one of the basic principles on which the Islamic Movement is built is rejecting and abhorring injustice. That is why people of conscience identify with it even if they are not Muslims. The coordinator of the Christians Forum of the Islamic Movement can testify to this claim. As for what Elrufai referred to as other Shiite groups that he recognizes, I wouldn’t want to join issues with them. It may suffice to ask whether state scholars have been heard of in the history of Islam and melee against injustice. What makes Sheikh Zakzaky stand out is his non availability for patronage by those in control of state funds, indeed he is not for sale.
The Islamic Movement in Nigeria, being a concept and ideology cannot be and is not registered. However, there are segments of the IMN that are dully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). The recent court case of enforcement of the fundamental human rights of Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife Malama Zeenah is enough to debunk the claim that IMN does not recognize the constitution of Nigeria. On the issue of IMN having their own governor in Kaduna state, it is unfortunate that what road side thugs are saying can find a place in the brain of a person of the caliber of Mr. Elrufai. The Hurras are no different from the ‘Yan Agaji of Jamaatu Izalatul Bidah wa Iqamatussunah and Jamaatu Nasrul Islam or the Boys brigade and many other organizations set ups. Hurras are responsible for seeing to the orderly conduct of IMN gatherings. They also participate in collaboration with other sectors of the IMN undertake projects like environmental sanitation, rescue missions in case of floods and fire incidences amongst a few of their activities. They are not armed and are not intending to overthrow any government.
IMN under the able leadership of Sheikh Zakzaky is fast expanding. This is what Mr. Elrufai and his masters are afraid of. The question is can they all be killed? Can anybody comprehend how a population of about twenty five million (according to a Wahabi TV station in Qatar) be all killed or silenced?
Well, Malam Nasir Elrufai has touched on many issues; some are irrelevant to deserve attention. Struggle against injustice and tyranny has always been characterized by state aggression and coercion against those who stand by the truth, but one thing that is sure is that it is the truth that will triumph at the end.

It would easily be recalled that El-Rufai condemned the Goodluck Jonathan’s administration for killing the three sons of the IMN leader in an attack on the IMN where 34 members were killed by the Nigerian Army. He was quick at going to the Sheikh’s Gyallesu residence in Zaria to condole him.
It even caused a dent on his political image on the side of his now newly found allies the Wahabi inclined Izala sect of whom Boko Haram is an offshoot, who accused him of becoming a Shiite. He had to go on radio to explain that he condoled a fellow Muslim on humanitarian grounds and that he was not Shiite.
At that time he never saw anything wrong with the IMN and its leadership because indeed nothing is ever wrong with them. At that time the Izala clerics were fully funded by the Jonathan’s administration to help campaign for him. They were even beneficiaries of the Dasukigate where they got N500 million.
They even published posters of El-Rufai shaking hands with Sheikh Zakzaky claiming that El-Rufai was coming with a Shiite agenda just to sway public opinion against him. But the blind APC change trend didn’t allow their propaganda against him to be effective. But a lot of those Izala sectarians did not vote for him but more IMN members went to vote in his favor for showing concern with the plight of their leader.
On assuming power, for reasons best known to the Wahhabi APC government, they decided to clampdown on the IMN with the intention of killing the Leader, dispersing the members and banning the IMN. This operation was strongly supported and planned by the global imperialists that brought the APC to power. That even explains the romance between the Buhari regime and John Kerry of America who visited Buhari before elections, attended the swearing-in, visited northern Nigeria, received Buhari in the US and also Buhari’s financial contribution to Hillary Clinton’s political ambition.
I am still on course, this team of Americans in a romance with the Nigerian regime are the same team along with the Saudi regime that are founding and funding terrorist organizations that include ISIS, DAESH, Al-Qaeda, Taliban and Boko Haram. There is nothing hidden about this and their activities in Syria, Bahrain, Yemen and even in Nigeria.
With their influence and control over the Nigerian regime they connected them to the international club where the Nigerian President confidently displayed himself as a Wahhabi agent serving the interest of Saudi Arabian monarchy. He hosted their world conference, he was visited by high leveled delegation along with their Nigerian agents from the Izala sect, they took President Buhari to Saudi Arabia and opened the gates of the Ka’abah for him and even presented him with a piece of cloth from the Ka’bah.
For this the president was ready to kill anybody that identifies with Shiite faith in Nigeria and so they plotted the Zaria massacre. The plot actually failed because the IMN leader they killed did not die and it became a problem for them trying to cover up genocide.
The Izala sect went closer to El-Rufai to exploit the situation to buy him over. The Saudis were willing to part with millions of Dollars for any northern Nigerian governor that would buy into their plot of eliminating the Shiites they see as a threat to their influence and interest in Nigeria.
On the side of the Izala and the Wahhabi regime of Saudi Arabia it was a very big problem for them how Shiite Islam was gaining grounds due to exodus of people from Sunni to Shiah Islam. They have funded the Izala to spread hate against the Shiites and division among Muslims in the country in general.
They used some relief foundations in funding the clerics most notably the Islamic International Relief Organization, IIRO. This organization was banned under the suspicion that it was providing funds to terrorists. It built several Izala schools and mosques in the country as part of its activities in the country.
The Izala had declared all other Muslims that don’t follow their ideas as infidels and polytheist. They have records of religious crises with the Christians in Nigeria especially in Kaduna and Jos in particular. A thing never engaged in by Shiites. In fact the extension of brotherhood and humanity to Christians by the Shiites is always condemned by the Izala.
The IMN to them is generally seen as the umbrella of Shiite Islam and if they successfully bring it down they have finished with Shiites and Shiism in Nigeria.
Already on the international scene the Saudis are allies with America and Israel who are all self-appointed enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran. America, Israel and Saudi Arabia see the IMN as a threat to their interests. The growth of IMN to them is a growing Iranian influence and so they must join forces together to eliminate it. That was why the Zaria massacre never attracted any mainstream international media reports. Because it was all part of the plot to play it low.
With his ambition of wanting to become Nigeria’s president, El-Rufai found an opportunity in joining the team full time to be able to be anointed by the team as the next Nigerian President.
The Saudis were said to have promised funding El-Rufai’s 2019 presidential campaign with millions of petro-dollars if he could bring an end to Shiites. They have also displayed this by bribing the with millions of dollars as they did to the Malaysian president to help disperse the Shiites.
He is now faced with crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Court (ICC) for his role of mass buying 347 IMN members in violation of the Geneva Convention, Kaduna state laws and religious laws where many people were even buried alive. He has to make all possible efforts to ensure he blackmails the IMN to justify the crimes they committed against it.

He is now busy concocting lies and fabrications against the IMN accusing it of training a military, being a threat to Nigeria’s sovereignty, and not recognizing constituted authorities without even presenting any facts or evidence.
El-Rufai has funded a lot of provocative activities to push the IMN into violence but the movement had resisted, including attacking IMN members in communities in Kaduna, killing them and looting their property, burning their residences, demolishing their schools and health centers all with the hope that they react in violence. He started by banning the IMN in the state and spreading official hate speeches against the IMN. He is now happy with his newly found Wahabi Izala faith that he even went to apologize to for teargasing them during a leadership fracas they had some Fridays ago.
As a state governor the same lies he propagate against the IMN are the same lies members of his Wahabi Izala sect are propagating around but without presenting any proof or facts.
El-Rufai is so deeply confident of his funds for his 2019 presidential ambition from Saudi Arabia that he is now engaging his mentors by abusing and insulting people like former president Atiku Abubakar that brought him to limelight and Olusegun Obasanjo that made him the FCT minister. Both of them now describe him as a betrayer, a pathological liar and an opportunist.
These are simply some of the reasons why Nasir El-Rufai is in an all-out war with the IMN. But actually it will not succeed because the Saudis are fast running bankrupt being a mono-economy that depends solely on petro-dollars. The US has squeezed them so tight that they have made a whopping $30b dollar from arms purchase for its war in Syria and Yemen.
Saudi Arabia has been spending so much funding terrorism and war across the globe that it had fallen into recession. It has now reverted to using Gregorian calendar to raise more funds from workers’ salaries from the differences in days between the lunar calendar and the Gregorian calendar. Workers are now protesting non-payment of salaries in Saudi Arabia as well. Definitely El-Rufai will not succeed in his fight against the IMN as he is possibly going to end his life in jail for crimes against humanity as ICC is set to investigate him and others.

But actually it will not succeed because the Saudis are fast running bankrupt being a mono-economy that depends solely on petro-dollars. The US has squeezed them so tight that they have made a whopping $30b dollar from arms purchase for its war in Syria and Yemen.
Saudi Arabia has been spending so much funding terrorism and war across the globe that it had fallen into recession. It has now reverted to using Gregorian calendar to raise more funds from workers’ salaries from the differences in days between the lunar calendar and the Gregorian calendar. Workers are now protesting non-payment of salaries in Saudi Arabia as well. Definitely El-Rufai will not succeed in his fight against the IMN as he is possibly going to end his life in jail for crimes against humanity as ICC is set to investigate him and others.

Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt) is a phrase meaning People of the House, or family. In the Islamic tradition it refers to the household of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
Ahlul Bayt (Ahle Bait) in simple terms is to put trust of guidance to Aal-e-Muhammad [descendents of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)], through Fatima Zahra (pbuh) and Imam Ali (pbuh) and their descendents. Bayt is to give the Oath of Allegiance to Imam Ali (pbuh) and accept his guidance.
Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt) or household members of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) refers to his daughter Fatima Zahra (pbuh), his successor and son-in-law, Imam Ali (pbuh), their two sons Imam Hasan (pbuh) and Imam Hussain (pbuh), and the nine Imams from the lineage of Imam Hussain (pbuh).
Ahlul Bayt (Ahl-e-Bait) in Noble Qur'an
The Purified Ones: The Highest degree of purity means to be kept constantly away from all the causes of impurity. This is termed as the state of infallibility in knowledge, character and action. It could have been applied generally to the whole mankind who are keeping aloof from all the impurities as the word of Allah (SWT) commands; but, Allah (SWT) expressively has confined His order to certain group of individuals by excluding the rest of the mankind from it in His divine will by declaring Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt) as the persons purified by Him to be constantly in touch with the Noble Qur'an in its original, hidden, well protected, exalted and purified form. It was Allah's (SWT) wish to remove all blemishes from them, as mentioned in the Verse of Purity (Ayat Al-Tathir) in the Noble Qur'an:
The Verse of Purity (Ayat Al-Tathir): "... Allah only desires to keep away the uncleanness from you, O people of the House! And to purify you a (thorough) purifying." Noble Qur'an (33:33)
The above verse from Noble Qur'an, is known as Ayat Al-Tathir, refers to the members of the household of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), which include exclusively Prophet Muhammad, Imam Ali, Fatima Zahra, Imam Hasan, and Imam Hussain (peace be upon them all). Hence Prophet Muhammad's (pbuh) other offspring, wives, sons of paternal uncles, and dwellers of his house are not to be called as Prophet Muhammad's Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt).
The argument is based on the genuine and authentic traditions narrated by
Sahaba, companions of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) recorded in both the
Sunni and Shia sources.
Ahlul Bayt (Ahle Bait) in Hadith's
1. Hadith-e-Kisa (Hadith of the Cloak):
It is narrated from Umm al-Momineen, Umm Salamah that once Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was in her house lying on a mattress, covered with a cloak from Khaibar when his beloved daughter Fatima Zahra (pbuh) entered with a dish called al-Khazira (a kind of food). Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) asked her to call her husband, Imam Ali and her two sons, Imam Hasan and Imam Hussain. Fatima Zahra (pbuh) called them and as they all sat together to eat, Allah (SWT) revealed the following verse of purity (Ayat Al-Tathir) to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). "... Allah only desires to keep away the uncleanness from you, O people of the House! And to purify you a (thorough) purifying." Noble Qur'an (33:33)
Upon this Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) covered them all with his cloak and lifting his hands towards the sky said: "O Allah (SWT)! This is my family and the nearest of my kin, keep away from them uncleanness and keep them pure as pure can be." Umm al-Momineen, Umm Salamah adds that thrice Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) repeated these words and when she poked her head under the cloak and asked him, Am I with you? In a refraining gesture, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said twice: "You are (also) among the righteous."
Thus it is clear from above discussion that Prophet Muhammad's (pbuh) daily habit of stopping at his daughter Fatima Zahra's (pbuh) house and addressing her household as Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt), was not without reason. In fact he was expounding the meaning of the term Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt) and practically explaining to the Muslims the verse of purity (Ayat Al-Tathir) and the particular persons meant by it. To be more precise, he was drawing the attention of the Muslim nation towards the significance of his Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt) and their leadership after him so that the Muslims should love, obey and follow them.
2. Mubahala Tradition or Incident of Mubahila (Imprecation):
In the south of Arabia, there is a place called Najran. There lived the Christian tribe of Najran who staunchly believed that Prophet Isa (pbuh) i.e., Jesus was the son of God. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) invited them to accept Islam. In response to that, a delegation of their priests and elders came to Madina. They wanted to discuss religion with Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
Their argument was that Jesus was born without a father through Virgin Mary, so he was the son of God. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) explained to them that just as Allah (SWT) created Prophet Adam (pbuh) without a father or even a mother, in the same way He created Prophet Jesus (pbuh) without a father.
Hence Prophet Jesus (pbuh) was a servant of Allah (SWT) as was Prophet Adam (pbuh). The Christians did not agree with this simple truth. Christians stuck to their belief that Jesus was the son of God. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) asked them to wait. Then came the following Revelation (message from Allah (SWT)):
But whoever disputes with you in this matter after what has come to you of knowledge, then say: Come let us call our sons and your sons and our women and your women and our souls and your souls, then let us be earnest in prayer, and pray for the curse of Allah on the liars. Noble Qur'an (3:61)
It was then agreed that the Christians seek Mubahila (Imprecation) with Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). The meaning of Mubahala is that both of them invoke from Allah (SWT) that he, who speaks the truth, may survive and he, who is not speaking the truth may perish.
On the day of Mubahala, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) took with him his grandsons - Imam Hasan and Imam Hussain, in place of his sons. In place of women, he took his daughter Fatima Zahra. In place of his souls, he took his cousin and son-in-law Imam Ali. But on seeing the radiant faces of these sinless members of the household of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), the Christians got scared. They decided not to seek Mubahala any more but accepted their defeat. They agreed to pay tribute and returned home.
This is how Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) showed to the world, who the true and real members of his Ahlul Bayt (Ahl-e-Bait) were.
3. Mawaddat al-Qurba (al-Mawaddah Fil-Qurba) or Expressed love for the close of kin:
In this Last Word of Allah (Noble Qur'an), Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is being commanded to ask the believers to love his kith and kin (that is his Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt)) and that would be the return of his apostleship. Hence, to Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt) has been obligatory (wajib) command of Allah on every Muslim.
Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I do not ask of you any reward for it but love for my near relatives. Noble Qur'an (42:23)
Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Masood (RA) narrated: One day, we were accompanying the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in one of his journeys when a Bedouin with an orotund voice shouted at us, "Muhammad!"
"What do you want?" answered the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
"What is it if an individual loves a people but he does not imitate them in deeds?" asked the Bedouin.
"One will be attached to the one he loves," replied the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
"Muhammad," shouted the Bedouin, "Call me to Islam."
The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: "You should declare that there is no god but Allah (SWT) and that I am the Messenger of Allah (SWT), offer the
prayer (Salat), defray the zakat, fast during the month of Ramadan, and perform the hajj to the Holy House."
"Muhammad," asked the Bedouin, "Do you ask for wage for so?" "No," replied the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), "I do not take any wage except that you must regard the relatives." "Whose relatives? Mine or yours?" asked the Bedouin. "It is my relatives," answered the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). The Bedouin said: "Give me your hand so that I will declare allegiance to you. No good is expected from him who loves you, but not your relatives."(Bihar ul-Anwar)
4. Hadith al-Safinah or Safinah Tradition:
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has compared his Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt) to Noah's ark. Whoever loves and follows them will attain salvation and whoever violates their sanctity will drown. While holding the door of Holy Kaaba, Abu Dharr told that he had heard Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) say, "My family among you is like Noah's ark. He who sails in it will be safe, but he who holds back from it will perish."
In another place Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: "The parable of my Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt) is that of the boat of Noah, whoever gets aboard it is saved and whoever stays away from it is drowned."
5. Hadith al-Thaqalayn or Saqlain Tradition (Hadith of the two weighty things):
Prophet Muhammad - may Allah (SWT) bestow peace and benedictions upon him and his pure Progeny - said: "Verily, I am leaving behind two precious things (thaqalayn) among you: the Book of Allah and my kindred (itrah), my household Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt), for indeed, the two will never separate until they come back to me by the Pond (of alKawthar on the Day of Judgement)." [Hadith-e-Saqlain]
Since the Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt) carry as much weight in the eyes of Allah (SWT) as the Noble Qur'an, the former has the same qualities as the latter. Just as the Noble Qur'an is true from beginning to end without the shadow of untruth in it, and just as it is incumbent (duty) of every Muslim to obey its commands, so also must the Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt) be perfectly true and sincere guides whose commands must be followed by all. Therefore there can be no escape of accepting their leadership and following their creed and faith. The Muslims are bound by the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to follow them and no one else.
Imam al-Shafi'i, one of the four Imams of the Sunni school of thought, in his famous verses says, "Let everybody know that if the love of Prophet Muhammad's descendants means to be a Rafizi, I am a Rafizi."
Imam al-Shafi'i also says, "O Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt)! Allah (SWT) has made it obligatory in the Noble Qur'an to love you. It is a matter of pride for you that without invoking blessing on you, prayer is not valid." Again he says in his verses, "After having seen that the people have chosen different ways which have led them to the Ocean of deviation and ignorance. I have, in the name of Allah (SWT), embarked the ship which may lead me to safety. The Ahlul Bayt of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) are that very ship, we have been ordered to hold fast the rope of Allah (SWT), and that rope is their love."
Conclusion: Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and his Ahlul Bayt (Ahl al-Bayt) sacrificed all the worldly comforts and even their lives in order to convey the true religion of Islam to us. In return of their sacrifices, we are commanded by Allah (SWT) to love them. The aim is that through their love, we follow their footsteps. We follow the true teachings of Islam taught by them, so that we live a good and decent life in this world and earn the pleasure of Allah (SWT) in the life hereafter.

THE Sunni-dominated Northern political and clerical establishment is using the machinery of the Nigeria State to wage war against their co-religionists and rival, the Shia Muslims, whose organisational umbrella, the Islamic movement of Nigeria, IMN, is currently under siege.

The latest heavy-handed and ruthless measure, against the shia Muslims or shittes as they are referred in the popular media is the police massacre of their members in Kano, who were doing a peaceful trek in one of their religious rituals.

The weapons with which they allegedly provoked the police, consisted of catapults and sticks for which the police responded with heavy machine gun fire which the media reported killed about twenty of them. However, the group said that their casualty figure is over fifty. Antecedents show that the group figures are usually more correct.

December, last year, when the army ruthlessly descended on the group in Zaria, following a stand-off, the group had with the army chief, Gen. Buratai over traffic gridlock allegedly orchestrated by the shitte movement, the group put their dead at nearly half a million which was disputed by the army.

During the Kaduna state government panel of inquiry, which supposedly investigated the fracas, the state government officials let out the cat, of a hurriedly-dug mass grave, which contained at least 347 bodies of the decimated Shia members including women and children. The panel of inquiry concluded their months long seating without testimony from the shittes group, whose leader, El Zaky-Zaky and his wife, both mortally wounded in the Army-December onslaught, were taken prisoners and kept incommunicado, since then.

Even Mr. Abdullah Ocalan, the leader of the armed Kurdistan workers party, PKK, who for years before his capture in the late 1990s waged war against Turkey, in his maximum security prison had lines and channels of communication with his armed party, that is engaged in an on and off war with Turkey.

To lock away a man, who is not leading an armed rebellion, and whose three undergraduate sons were brutally killed by security a force, unarmed members routinely harassed and killed, with his wife separately, in obvious solitary confinement is the most unconscionable assault on human dignity.

It is more horrifying and even revulsing that a government that is in desperate search to placate and pacify the brutal and murderous Boko Haram, that has killed over 20,000 Nigerians and tormented the lives of several millions, is unleashing State-directed terror, at a group whose only alleged acts of public disorder, consist of obstructing the convoy of the army chief, and public marches in observation of their religious rites.

The Nigerian State is constitutionally secular, and therefore, should not and would never be conscripted to prosecute a sectarian war of any religious group against the other. The current government is in flagrant breach of the secularist character of the Nigerian State, because in its current war against the shittes, there is no shred of a Shia threat to state security, except the mortal fear of Shia rivalry to the hegemony of the Sunni-dominated northern political and clerical establishment.

The ideological insecurity of the Sunni-dominated northern establishment should never be taken for a threat to state security. How could the “roar of the words”, for which the Shia clerical establishment is famous all over the world and which is replicated in Nigeria by the equalitarian, republican sermons of the Islamic movement of Nigeria, constitute a threat to state security?

Even, the revered figure of Shia Islam, Iman Hussein, grandson of prophet Muhammed, born to Ali by the prophet’s daughter, Zainabu, was not exemplary for aggressive violence, but in patient resistance and heroic endurance in the face of overwhelmingly superior adversary. Even as he and his starving and thirsty associates were been decimated, he remained uncompromising to the values of his conviction.

Nearly two years ago, the three undergraduate sons of Mr. El Zaky-ZAky were brutally murdered by Nigerian security, when the group marched to commemorate the mytardom of Imam Hussein and his associates otherwise known as ashoura in Shia Islam.

Given the extreme measure at which the Sunni-dominated northern establishment commandeers the Nigerian State to do its bidding, in suppressing the Shia Muslims, the question arises as to what is in the “roar of the words” of the shittes that triggers the paranoid of the mainstream, Sunni-dominated establishment.

The chasm of the social distance between the mainly Sunni-northern political and clerical establishment and their rank and file in accessing economic and political opportunities is largely viewed as a pre-ordained religious order, for which the Shittes vehemently disputes. It appears that it is the danger of leading an Islamic social reawakening that the Sunni-dominated northern establishment is mortally fearful of the Shia movement than the fabrication that the shittes are not only running a parallel state, but plans a takeover of the Nigeria state.

The comparison of Shia Muslims to Boko Haram is essentially fraudulent. If, in provoking the shittes, the aim is to push them to armed insurgency as the Boko Haram, it is a futile effort.

The only Shia armed group, the Hizbollah in Lebanon is not fighting to establish Shia hegemony or even to take over the Lebanese state, but as rather contributing a national effort to checkmate Israeli routine aggressions of Arab states. Recently, the Hizbollah supported very strongly, the election of General Michel Aoun ,a Lebanese Christian manorite leader as the president of the country.

It currently fights alongside the largely secular Syrian national army to fend off, the extremist armed insurgents consisting of the Islamic state and Al-Nusra front.

The current violent persecution of the shittes is an unnecessary distraction to urgent key challenges to the Nigerian State.

As one of the shitte leader, was reportedly quoted that “our religious inclination is a matter of the heart, therefore, no amount of intimidation, or blackmail can change our posture. it would better to leave us with our faith”.

To leave the shittes to practice their faith is not an act of favour, but a constitutionally guaranteed responsibility, which the State is under obligation not only to dutifully protect the group but to ensure that, they practice their faith without the fear of molestation.

Nigeria: Buhari Killed More Shia Civilians Than Boko Haram Terrorists

Since the US government created AlQaeda in Afghanistan to fight against the Soviets, it has become the modus operandi of imperialist powers to create murderous terrorist groups to destroy the progress and development of independent Muslim countries.

The imperialist got readily recruitment base in Wahhabism, a deviant ideology that promote hate, intolerance and terrorism. And Oil rich Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait etc sponsor these murderous Wahhabi terrorists who only kill, rape and destroy.

Nigeria and its neighboring countries got their fair share of such imperialism-sponsored murderous terrorism in the name of Islam and the insurgency called "Boko Haram" had killed more than 50,000 Africans and is still killing. The entire North Eastern Nigeria is ravaged by the insurgency and there are more than two million Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) in Nigeria alone.

People around the world will expect the fight against the murderous Boko Haram insurgency will be the priority of any Nigerian government but statistically the present Nigerian government of President Buhari had killed more Shia civilians than Boko Haram terrorists from last year December to date.

On December 12th-14th President Buhari sent the Nigerian army to Zaria to attacked and massacred close to one thousand members of the peaceful Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky. More than 400 Widows and close to 2000 Orphans resulted from the inhuman massacre.

The king of Saudi Arabia immediately called President Buhari to celebrate this monumental savagery. To this day no single person is arrested by the Nigerian government for this massacre. Those they abducted and were slammed with trump-up charges were the victims and survivors of the inhuman massacre.

This evil imperialist agenda in Nigeria that has the Saudi regime as a front continue with the Ashura massacre where Nigerian government sponsored Savage Wahhabi thugs to attack Shia Muslims in some Nigerian cities and used security forces to protect these murderous thugs who killed Nigerians and destroyed properties.

Then came the barbaric Kano Arbaeen massacre that shocked even the US government where Nigerian security forces opened fire unprovoked on Shia mourners on Arbaeen Walk. The youngest victim of this attack was the 8 month old Zainab who was murdered by security forces. More than one hundred Nigerians were murdered by security forces to further the evil imperialist agenda that has the Saudi regime as a front.

As for the Boko Haram insurgency the Buhari government paid $21 million to them for the exchange of 21 Chibok girls and released some of their commanders as part of the ransom. Innocent and defenseless Nigerian civilians continue to be killed, abducted and displaced by the now resurgence Boko Haram insurgency. A large number of Nigerian army personnel were also killed including their champions.

SERIAL VIOLATION OF OUR RIGHTS CONTINUE WITH STATE-SPONSORED HATE, VIOLENCE AND REPRESSION

Background:
Since the gruesome premeditated attack on the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) by the Army in December last year, we have never had it so bad, where our right to life as citizens of Nigeria is trampled upon like during this year’s Ashura season. We had a premonition of what was to come, when a devilish scheme to brutalize us was exposed earlier. The purported ban of our activities by governor El-Rufai was meant to be a trigger for the planned attacks. It indeed instigated the murder and destruction of properties of our members. Some blood thirsty Izala/Salafi preachers saw the opportunity to pour their venomous hate messages against the Movement and now even back it up with state-sanctioned attacks.

Ashura attacks:
Soon after, our members attending the mourning sessions held at the Islamic Centre in Kaduna were the first to suffer molestation in the hands of security forces as they were intercepted on their way, arrested and charged to court. But it was much worse at the time the attacks became full blown.

By the tenth of Muharram 1438, members trooped out en masse to mourn the martyrdom of Imam Husain (AS) as it is the practice within the Islamic world. First signs of the scope of the attack on us came from Funtua, Katsina state, when heavily armed policemen, in broad daylight, opened fire on the peaceful march. That resulted in the premeditated killing of ten members on the spot. Several others sustained varying degrees of injuries, including women and children. To aggravate the situation, the police arrested 36, including underage people. Soon thereafter, the pattern of attack was almost simultaneously replicated in Kaduna, Sokoto, Kano and Jos.

In Kaduna, the Ashura procession was concluded peacefully. However, a contingent of security agents disguised as hoodlums ambushed members on their way home. This was followed by an organized attack on the Islamic Centre in the Tudun wada neighborhood, leading to the murder of 3 people, in the most gruesome manner. The video clip of that brutal murder went viral on the social media. Looting and wanton destruction of properties belonging to our members ensued and finally the centre was completely razed by sponsored thugs, under the watchful eyes of the security forces.

Jos, the Plateau state capital became a theatre of war against the Movement as well. Armed soldiers arbitrarily arrested women and children clad in black attire, a symbol of the Ashura mourning on their way for Ashura mourning procession. This was followed by the unleashing of terror by combined team of soldiers, policemen and street urchins on our members, burning the Jos Islamic Centre and looting valuable properties. Although no life was lost in the melee, the police and the soldiers at the scene displayed brazen disregard for life and property. A total of 46 members, including nursing mothers, pregnant woman and many underage children were arrested. Bail was denied by the police until recently after spending close to forty days behind bars. The precedence that the Movement has never been involved in the myriads of crises in the state notwithstanding, Governor Lalong, who was nowhere near banning the various armed tribal groups that have denied Plateau its peace for over a decade, suddenly surfaced in the media and imitated his Kaduna state counterpart, with an arbitrary and unjustified ban order on the Movement.

In Kano, the Ashura procession had ended peacefully before security agents masquerading as youth vanguard attacked people as they went their various ways. Three people were instantly murdered and many others sustained injuries. Over fifty members of the Islamic Movement, mostly women and children, were paradoxically arrested, arraigned before magistrate courts and remanded in prison custody.

In all the attacks of Ashura, certain pattern emerged that showed the centrality of planning and execution. The plot was schemed by the Nigerian security forces. In all towns where killings, destruction and arson took place, it followed the same pattern. Security forces had disguised as miscreants to unleash havoc. Both security personnel and thugs were ferried in official police vans. After the mayhem they unleashed, they proceeded to pounce on mostly women and children to arrest and detain. None of the miscreants was arrested and there has not been a single policeman or soldier identified in the attack that was arrested or punished for any of these atrocities. All these leave none in doubt that cleansing of Shiah and all members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria is now an official federal government policy.

Attacks on Arbaeen Trek:
Not satisfied with the blood they spilled during Ashura, security agents again plotted against the Arbaeen symbolic trek. The plot was again leaked and exposed, but being an official government program, nobody could call the government to order. On Monday 14 November 2016, a combined forces of military and police attacked a peaceful trek from Kano on their way to Zaria. At least a hundred people were lost to police bullets, and their corpses carted away to unknown locations. It is feared that they may have also been buried in mass graves in a similar manner they did in Zaria last December.

Desperate to cover their atrocities, the police are engaged in concocting stories. IGP comes out to brazenly lie about the glaring attack. This Kano massacre was done in broad daylight. There were many independent witnesses including non-Muslims who witnessed what had happened. Pictures and video clips of the trek before and after the police brutal attacks are also additional evidence that we weren't armed at all (we have never been). We tried to avoid their attempts at disruption when we started the trek from outside the metropolis. We were trekking away from Kano towards Zaria and we didn’t obstruct traffic. It was the heavily armed police that scattered the hitherto orderly, peaceful and solemn procession. There was simply no justification for the police attack that unjustifiably shot indiscriminately, killing men, women and children, including an eight month old infant.

Not even in any of the pictures of our shot colleagues felled by police bullets did we see any with weapon by his/her side. There is no doubt that had we been armed, they would have shown pictures and video clips of us with the weapons. All we have seen are crude attempts to plant weapons on our members. This too we had much earlier alerted the public on the nefarious plot. The public is well aware that we never use weapons. Gone are the days when anyone, no matter his status or position, can just use the instruments of the State to just give a dog a bad name in order to hang it.

Federal government is responsible for all the acts of terror against the Movement
All these unfortunate incidents are not independent of one another; they are part of a coordinated plan to exterminate the Islamic Movement, which was started on the 12th of December 2015. The escalation of terror against the Movement in the recent past months is not unconnected with the broader goals of the Federal government to exterminate the Movement. The Arbaeen trek would have shown the futility of their actions in the past had they allowed the gathering and that would have sent some signals to their paymasters. Knowing that our Arbaeen gathering in Zaria is one of the largest in this part of West Africa, they dream of scuttling it.

We have noted with satisfaction that an increasing number of independent groups and individuals are boldly calling the government to do justice in our case. We appreciate their concerns and quest for truth and justice as they remind the Federal government that we too are humans and citizens deserving protection. We also acknowledge with contentment recent assurances in the ICC Report on Preliminary Examination Activities for 2016, in which it indicated that it is examining possibility that Zaria massacre and its aftermath involved crimes against humanity under the Rome Statute.

Conclusion:
The Islamic Movement in Nigeria hereby calls on the general public to be mindful of the shameless disregard to civilian lives and properties exhibited by Buhari administration, and to unequivocally condemn it in its entirety. It is time to call Buhari and his cohorts to order. They should be reminded that they were not voted into office to kill those they harbour religious enmity towards. The life and properties of all citizens are sacrosanct as sanctioned by all sane laws.

Finally, we will like to reiterate our demand for the unconditional release of our leader, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, his wife and all those being detained illegally since the Army massacre in Zaria last year. We also call for the release of all those unjustifiably detained since the pogrom started. We restate our call for the release of all corpses of our martyrs, buried in mass graves in Kaduna and Kano, so as to give them a befitting burial.

The many lies of Nig govt on massacre of IMN members

It is definitely clear to the world that members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria have on several occasions played victims to unprovoked attacks by Nigerian government and her security agents.
Any time they feel like testing the capacity of their troops they clampdown on IMN member and kill as many as they wish even as they clearly and fearfully run for dear life when attacked by Boko Haram or Niger Delta militants.
They are more gallant and skilled when killing Shiites but when they are faced by militants elsewhere they run away. Yes, the Shiites are unarmed and made up of unsuspecting worshipers including women, children and the aged. They are a very soft target for murder and wanton killings.
They exploit some of the Shiites principles of not attacking people in the name of vengeance, not taking arms and not stating any form of violence. You can comfortably come-kill-and-go of them and nothing will happen because they don’t even have guns. If it were Boko Haram or Niger Delta militants the soldiers and police dare recklessly attack them like that.
The Nigerian government has made killing of Shiites a regular affair even as they just engage in killing them without any provocation and is known to everybody. But still, due cowardice and hypocrisy they invent and fabricate lies to justify the killings.
Yes cowardice, because if they are truly gallant they will say we just killed them so what? Nobody will raise an eyebrow because the world is watching and they know what you are doing is extra-judicial killing and are aware that you always fabricate lies to cover up for your crimes.
The government, military and police agencies know they are liars, they know that people know that what they are saying are lies and yet they continue to tell lies as if telling lies is always the condition for any attack they make.
Everyone could recall how the COAS went to the National Human Right Commission after murdering over 1000 IMN members in Zaria in 2015 to claim that he killed only seven. Even as people knew it was a lie nobody said anything. But when the Human Rights Watch and especially the Amnesty International preempted their crimes they were forced to reveal that they buried 347 in a mass grave at night to hide the crime. If what they are doing is in the interest of government, why do they have to fabricate lies and be making cover ups. They should simply come out and say we just killed them.
Even in Kaduna state during the Zaria massacre when Governor El-Rufai unveiled his hatred for IMN and its leader he said a lot of unsubstantiated things. He joined hands with the Nigerian Army to demolish properties of the IMN. When it appeared to him that the documents of the properties were intact he had to lie to convince the public why he did it. He said he demolished them because they would cause an environmental threat to residences of the affected areas because of the way the soldiers shattered the places.
They were horrific and served as evidences of using excessive strength on civilians by the Nigerian Army that is doing all possible to hide its crimes and pretend they did not happen. He demolished them all. These claims of his can serve for Hussainiyya, Darur Rahma and the residence of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky. But he also demolished the Fudiyya Islamic Center at Danmagaji and the tomb of Sheikh Zakzaky’s mother in Zaria city that were not targets of Army attacks. This proved that it was an agenda. In hhis own case there are just too many lies.
The Amnesty International in its report said the Army cordoned off the places they attacked and washed off blood stains and picked up bombs and bullet shells to hide the crime.
They lie so much in such a way that they didn’t even have to coordinate the lies and what every one of them says will contradict what the other will say.
Just imagine the contradictions between what the IG of Police said and what the Kano state police commissioner said on the mass killing of IMN Arbaeen trekkers in Kano. The CP is saying that the IMN members harassed people, broke car windscreens and seized a gun from a policeman to kill a policeman.
He never showed any car they smashed or the harassed members of the public injured by IMN. What happened took place in broad daylight and people saw a mobile policeman killed a policeman. Nobody would tell whether it was deliberate or by mistake but here he is framing the IMN. Just imagine policemen shooting and then somebody walks up to them seized a gun from one of them and killed just a policeman. Does this make sense? A very foolish lie indeed. The policeman killed was by a friendly bullet and everyone saw it.
On the other hand the IG in his own public statement claimed that the IMN was armed to the teeth and was planning to take over the highway. He never waited to study what it will look like when he fabricated that. There are thousands of still pictures and videos of the entire incident from take-off of the symbolic trek to the brutal attack by police which are now on Youtube and other social media.
No single person could be sighted in those pictures and videos carrying any type of weapon whatsoever. The trekkers assembled in broad daylight in the presence of the public and commenced their trek along the side walk. Traffic was flowing and everyone was doing his business. In fact the trek had gone far peacefully until the police came attacking. Onlookers were surprised as to what was happening because there was no reason or any provocation for any attack. No single person was carrying anything apart from Free Zakzaky posters and flags of Imam Hussain AS. Now that the IG says “IMN members were armed to the teeth”, what does he think those that saw what happened among members of the public will take him for? A shameless liar of course, this is the danger.
I know the Vice President only naturally responded based on the lies he was also told to further help propagate. He said that the IMN members attacked and killed a policeman and the police have to defend themselves whereas nothing of such happened. This he might not understand is only appending his signature to the unprovoked killing of innocent Nigerians.
To even add salt to injury, they have abducted about 87 IMN members most of them with bullet injuries and dumped them at the Kano police headquarters torturing them to accept that they were armed when they were arrested. The bad thing about doing evil is that it tortures you and leaves you restless especially when you kill human beings with no justifiable reason.
There are close to a hundred dead bodies with them and are probably considering giving most of them a mass burial to adjust their lies that only a few were killed. Hence they have refused to hand over the dead bodies. They earlier deposited some of them at the morgue in Murtala Hospital Kano and later went and took them away. They are now keeping dead bodies and the injured with them.
Wonderful, this is how democratic Buhari’s APC government is, murder, lies, cowardice, hypocrisy, tyranny, deception, mischief….
Lastly, assuming the IMN members actually block roads, the job of the police is not to kill them for that and also not to also stop them from their worship activities but to make sure they do it by the side walk and not on the road. This is the job of the police if at all they care to do it. One is left to wonder what provoked the incessant killings of innocent human beings for the crime of walking on a public road.
Anyway, the life loss is not going for nothing because the IMN is gaining more and more sympathy, support and strength. More and more people are now opting for the IMN thanks to the government tyranny. More and more people now understand that the government is unfolding a sponsored project from its masters abroad to kill IMN members in the name of killing Shiites. It exposes the weakness of the government that is working just like a puppet. Where is Nigeria heading to? Killing, killing, killing, blood, blood, blood until they get drowned by the blood they spill, that is the path of the Buhari-led Wahhabi/APC government.

The Nigerian army just interred its bravest general since its war against Boko Haram began; they hail the fallen soldier for his feistiness and intrepidity when it came to driving out terrorists from their hideouts. One thing that I find striking about the news of the general's killing was media hypocrisy. Just some few days ago, more than 83 soldiers disappeared without a trace, no words of condolence emanated from the presidency. Moreover, there was one soldier who was married to my aunty, he was captured alive by Boko Haram, paraded and gruesomely slaughtered in a video alongside his comrade, his wife is now languishing in poverty and coping with the challenges of educating her children. This is the irony of serving and dying for Nigeria. There are many families of slain soldiers who feel abandoned by their government. But the media are not there to narrate their stories.

The hypocrisy of the Nigerian media knows no bound. Thousands of people are killed and displaced but the media have chosen to pay no heed to the people's suffering, choosing rather to advocate the release of Chibok school girls. Buhari is on the other hand busy giving priority to the abducted girls while hundreds of thousands of people are on the verge of mass starvation. Go to Borno local governments and you would be shocked by the vicissitude of life there. People are dying a steady death while governments are going off on a tangent.

If humanity is anything to go by, Buhari and the Nigerian media are the greatest enemies of humanity in this world. Where on earth will you find a country where its president keeps mute even when the soldiers he leads launched a blitzkrieg against defenseless Shias on the phantom allegation of blocking a road? Where on earth will you find a country when its president ignored and declined to condemn the massacre of people by his fellow Fulani herdsmen, targeting villagers and massacring them in large numbers? Where on earth will you find a country whose president is more serious about pleasing foreign powers than alleviating the suffering of his people? He did not talk when bombs killed 9 in Maiduguri some weeks back but talked about missile attack in Saudi Arabia that killed no one. He did not talk when Shias were killed but condemned North Korea missile test. He does not talk when life is becoming unbearable to his people but talks about his surrealistic ambitions to help Africa get out of poverty. He praised himself for creating 250000 jobs when more than four millions people lost their jobs during his tenure. Where are the media? They are silent.

What angers me even more is the ways the media are reluctant to condemn his rudderless leadership and total disregard to the suffering of his people. The media have chosen to waste their readers' time hailing Chibok Girls and slain general at the detriment of millions who are dying of hungers, abandonment, marginalisation, persecutions and whatnot.

It has come to our notice that security agents have perfected plans to cause mayhem during our annual symbolic Arbaeen trek, commemorating a similar trek the Umayyad ruler Yazid subjected family members of Prophet Muhammad (AS) to, from Karbala to Damascus in the year 680AD.
This trek is a religious duty, which the faithfuls embark on, as a mark of answering of the call to help of Imam Hussein (AS) on the plains of Karbala, which many quotations of our Prophet (S) enticed faithfuls to answer, even if it were to be by crawling. It is purely symbolic and is done by millions of faithfuls worldwide.
In Nigeria however, opponents who do not want anything of that tyranny against the family of our Prophet (AS) remembered and exposed had always used various plots and evil schemes to demonize the symbolic trek and even stop it by hook or crook means and the use of force. We have observed that the idea of trekking to mark or celebrate an event is not alien or new after all. Several people trekked much longer distances to celebrate the victory of President Buhari at the polls last year with pomp and pleasantries. That was a political trek. Ours is a solemn trek and a religious duty. We never force anyone to embark on it, we never molest anyone from start to finish and we must be allowed to exercise our religious obligation.
This year however, credible sources have confirmed to us that they plan to attack the trekkers in various guise at multiple locations and also burn residences and business premises of the trekkers back in their towns while they are away on the trek. This evil plot involves the use of thugs along all the routes, who would attack especially at night while the trekkers take a rest in camps, kill as many as possible and raze their temporary shelters. Transporters will also be threatened with destruction of their vehicles if they allowed them to be used in anyway for the symbolic trek.
Part of the plot also involves telling hospitals not to accept victims of their planned attacks for treatment. A list of very prominent members of Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) has also been drawn, and the later are to be targeted for assassination in this devilish scheme. It has been arranged that southerners both Muslims & Christians that reside in the north will be killed in order to create an influx of refugees from North to Southern part of the country. All these are what the exposed plot called measures to be taken in the short term.
The long-term plans involve the continued use of paid preachers, who would intensify the hate preaching against IMN, and these will be availed with various facilities to ease their assignment. Furthermore, it was also agreed that more civil organisations will be bankrolled to keep denting the image of IMN in and outside the shores of this country. This they said must be taken seriously because the IMN is garnering sympathy and support from unexpected quarters in and outside the country, which they resolved to halt and reverse by all means possible.
The Islamic Movement in Nigeria would however once more like to assure the general public and well meaning Nigerians as well as the international community that the annual symbolic Arbaeen trek, which comes up in few weeks time, remains a peaceful religious duty to be conducted by faithfuls as have been done in the last five years since it was started. It is on record that not even last year, when security agents under the cover of Boko Haram detonated a bomb killing 32 persons along the Kano axis, was the trek even disrupted talk less of turning violent. In spite of the spurious allegations of blocking roads, an unjustified charge, we do not prevent motorists and other road users from using the roads. It is also on record that we lost quite a number of persons in previous years who were knocked down by reckless drivers during the trek, which would not have happened if we blocked the roads or prevented others from using the roads.
IMN is being vigorously persecuted by all levels of government, using all coercive apparatus of state, clearly in flagrant violation of our right to religious gathering and association. These efforts by security forces to scuttle the annual symbolic Arbaeen trek must be seen in that light. We therefore draw the attention of the public and the international community that whatever happens to IMN members during the trek, the Nigerian authorities must be held responsible.
Lastly, we still demand for the unconditional release of our incarcerated leader, Sheikh Zakzaky and all those in detention since the December 2015 Zaria massacre by the Arch

The Quranic Truth About the Prophet ' s Sahaba
)Most of them represent infatuation with them to the point of idolatry. They have been made Saints by the ignorant and traditional Muslims alike. They have been ascribed qualities that they never had or possessed and made sinless and more righteous than any other human being. While paying the due respect to all the great Sahabas who carried the banner of Islam (Submission) at its birth we cannot agree with the what the traditional Muslims teach about all the sahabas being good. We will set the record straight here on these pages. Our judge will be the book of God, thatGod called the BEST HADITH.
Sahaba is the Arabic word for "Companions". In Islam (Submission in English), the term "Sahaba" is used often to refer to the companions of the Prophet Muhammed. The companions are the people who lived and witnessed the Prophet Muhammed. As we will see later the definition of the word "Sahaby" the singular form of "Sahaba", differs a great deal among the different scholars. While some scholars consider "Sahaby", any one who just witnessed the Prophet, even once, and irrespective of his age others insist that such a person should be of adult age and should have at least two years of companionship of the Prophet. As any intelligent person can realize, some of these people were good and some were bad. However, most of the traditionalists forgot conveniently that there is any bad "Sahaba" and only talk about how righteous and good they used to be, ALL of the Sahabas. While this reflects their uncalled for attachment to human beings like them, it also exposes a disbelief in the Quran that taught us that some of the Prophet's companions were good and some were bad. These traditionalists ignore the teaching of God in the Quran in favor of the teachings of several scholars, Imams or Mullas. Quran has told us enough about the so called "Sahaba" , how they disagreed with each other after the death of the Prophet Muhammed, divided themselves into sects, cursed each other, and fought each other until thousands of innocent Muslims died in their battles.
Since the Quran is the ULTIMATE TRUTH, then we have to believe what God is teaching us in the Quran. His teaching should be taken over any teaching of any scholar, Imam or Mulla. God in the Quran is teaching us, as we will show you, that SOME, actually the majority, of those so called "SAHABAS", as defined by people like Bukhary, were liars, hypocrites, wicked, transgressors, idol-worshipers, disobedient of God and His messenger, interested in trade and fun than their religion, disregarders of Salat...etc., just like any generation of people.
It is even more interesting to know that even the hadiths books (for the people who do not accept the Quran ALONE) described some of the "SAHABAS" the same way and told of them going to Hell.
QURAN ON SAHABA :
The Quran which is the ultimate truth described some of those who witnessed the Prophet Muhammed , i.e. "Sahaba" in a very clear way, that leaves no doubt about how they were, and how they behaved. While some (minority) of the "Sahaba" were honored in the Quran for their stand beside the Prophet Muhammed and their supporting of him, the majority were not that fortunate, and they were given the right description by God Almighty in the Quran. In the following part we will see how God, who knows all the secrets and declarations described some of these "Sahaba".
GOOD "SAHABAS", the minority:
[Quran 48:18] "God is pleased with the believers who pledged allegiance to you under the tree. He knew what was in their hearts and, consequently, He blessed them with contentment, and rewarded them with an immediate victory. "
And in 48:29
[Quran 48:29] "Muhammad - the messenger of God - and those with him are harsh and stern against the disbelievers, but kind and compassionate amongst themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating, as they seek God's blessings and approval. Their marks are on their faces, because of prostrating. This is the same example as in the Torah. Their example in the Gospel is like plants that grow taller and stronger, and please the farmers. He thus enrages the disbelievers. God promises THOSE AMONG THEM who believe, and lead a righteous life, forgiveness and a great recompense."
As we can see, God was pleased with these "Sahabas" for what they did at that time, supporting the Prophet and standing with him against the aggressors. There is no guarantee or promise by God in these verses that these "Sahabas" would not make any mistakes, turn back on their heels or stay on the right path. Notice the expression in 48:29 , "THOSE AMONG THEM", which tells you, it is not ALL of them. God in the Quran told us about those who believe, then disbelieve then believe again then disbelieve, see 4:137 , which reminds us that once you blessed with becoming a believer, there is not a guarantee that you stay a believer. What happened to some of these "Sahabas" as we know from history confirms such that.
NOT SO GOOD "SAHABAS", the majority:
[Quran 9:101] Among the Aarabs around you, there are hypocrites. Also, among the city dwellers, there are those who are accustomed to hypocrisy. You do not know them, but we know them. We will double the retribution for them, then they end up committed to a terrible retribution.
[Quran 9:73] O you prophet, strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be stern in dealing with them. Their destiny is Hell; what a miserable abode!
[Quran 9:74] They swear by God that they never said it, although they have uttered the word of disbelief; they have disbelieved after becoming submitters. In fact, they gave up what they never had. They have rebelled even though God and His messenger have showered them with His grace and provisions. If they repent, it would be best for them. But if they turn away, God will commit them to painful retribution in this life and in the Hereafter. They will find no one on earth to be their lord and master.
[Quran 9:75] Some of them even pledged: "If God showered us with His grace, we would be charitable, and would lead a righteous life.
[Quran 9:76] But when He did shower them with His provisions, they became stingy, and turned away in aversion.
[Quran 9:77] Consequently, He plagued them with hypocrisy in their hearts, till the day they meet Him. This is because they broke their promises to God, and because of their lying.
[Quran 9:78] Do they not realize that God knows their secrets, and their conspiracies, and that God is the Knower of all secrets?
[Quran 9:79] Those who criticize the generous believers for giving too much, and ridicule the poor believers for giving too little, God despises them. They have incurred a painful retribution.
[Quran 9:80] Whether you ask forgiveness for them, or do not ask forgiveness for them - even if you ask forgiveness for them seventy times - God will not forgive them. This is because they disbelieve in God and His messenger. God does not guide the wicked people.
[Quran 9:97] The Aarabs are the worst in disbelief and hypocrisy, and the most likely to ignore the laws that God has revealed to His messenger. God is Omniscient, Most Wise.
[Quran 2:8-15] Then there are those who say, "We believe in God and the Last Day," while they are not believers. In trying to deceive God and those who believe, they only deceive themselves without perceiving. In their minds there is a disease. Consequently, God augments their disease. They have incurred a painful retribution for their lying. When they are told, "Do not commit evil," they say, "But we are righteous!" In fact, they are evildoers, but they do not perceive. When they are told, "Believe like the people who believed," they say, "Shall we believe like the fools who believed?" In fact, it is they who are fools, but they do not know. When they meet the believers, they say, "We believe," but when alone with their devils, they say, "We are with you; we were only mocking. "God mocks them, and leads them on in their transgressions, blundering.
[Quran 63:1] When the hypocrites come to you they say, "We bear witness that you are the messenger of God."* God knows that you are His messenger, and God bears witness that the hypocrites are liars. "
[Quran 4:60-63] Have you noted those who claim that they believe in what was revealed to you, and in what was revealed before you, then uphold the unjust laws of their idols? They were commanded to reject such laws. Indeed, it is the devil's wish to lead them far astray. When they are told, "Come to what God has revealed, and to the messenger," you see the hypocrites shunning you completely. How will it be when a disaster hits them, as a consequence of their own works? They will come to you then and swear by God: "Our intentions were good and righteous!" God is fully aware of their innermost intentions. You shall ignore them, enlighten them, and give them good advice that may save their souls.
[Quran 4:141] They watch you and wait; if you attain victory from God, they say (to you) , "Were we not with you?" But if the disbelievers get a turn, they say (to them) , "Did we not side with you, and protect you from the believers?" God will judge between you on the Day of Resurrection. God will never permit the disbelievers to prevail over the believers.
[Quran 4:142] The hypocrites think that they are deceiving God, but He is the One who leads them on. When they get up for the Contact Prayer (Salat) , they get up lazily. That is because they only show off in front of the people, and rarely do they think of God.
[Quran 63:4-5] When you see them, you may be impressed by their looks. And when they speak, you may listen to their eloquence. They are like standing logs. They think that every call is intended against them. These are the real enemies; beware of them. God condemns them; they have deviated. When they are told, "Come let the messenger of God pray for your forgiveness," they mockingly turn their heads, and you see them repel others and act arrogantly.
[Quran 33:18-19] God is fully aware of the hinderers among you, and those who say to their comrades, "Let us all stay behind." Rarely do they mobilize for defense. Also, they are too stingy when dealing with you. If anything threatens the community, you see their eyes rolling with fear, as if death had already come to them. Once the crisis is over, they whip you with sharp tongues. They are too stingy with their wealth. These are no believers, and, consequently, God has nullified their works. This is easy for God to do."
[Quran 47:16] Some of them listen to you, then as soon as they leave they ask those who were enlightened, "What did he just say?" God thus seals their hearts and, consequently, they follow only their opinions.
[Quran 47:29-30] Did those who harbor doubts in their hearts think that God will not bring out their evil thoughts? If we will, we can expose them for you, so that you can recognize them just by looking at them. However, you can recognize them by the way they talk. God is fully aware of all your works.
[Quran 48:11] The sedentary Aarabs who stay behind will say, "We have been preoccupied with our money and our families, so ask forgiveness for us!" They utter with their tongues what is not in their hearts. Say, "Who can protect you from God, if He willed any adversity for you, or if He willed any blessing for you?" God is fully Cognizant of everything you do.
It is interesting to know that the Quran has told Muhammed that he (Muhammed ) does not know these hypocrites among his "Sahaba", because they look the same like everyone else. ONLY GOD knew them. See 9:101
MORE QURANIC VERSES about what some of the believers do, this includes all the "Sahabas":
[Quran 9:38-39] O you who believe, when you are told, "Mobilize in the cause of God," why do you become heavily attached to the ground? Have you chosen this worldly life in place of the Hereafter? The materials of this world, compared to the Hereafter, are nil. Unless you mobilize, He will commit you to painful retribution and substitute other people in your place; you can never hurt Him in the least. God is Omnipotent.
[Quran 5:54] O you who believe, if you revert from your religion, then God will substitute in your place people whom He loves and who love Him. They will be kind with the believers, stern with the disbelievers, and will strive in the cause of God without fear of any blame. Such is God's blessing; He bestows it upon whomever He wills. God is Bounteous, Omniscient.
[Quran 8:27-28] "O you who believe, do not betray God and the messenger, and do not betray those who trust you, now that you know. You should know that your money and your children are a test, and that God possesses a great recompense. "
[Quran 8:25] "Beware of a retribution that may not be limited to the evildoers among you.* You should know that God's retribution is severe. "
[Quran 33:12] The hypocrites and those with doubts in their hearts said, "What God and His messenger promised us was no more than an illusion!
[Quran 61:2-3] O you who believe, why do you say what you do not do? Most abominable in the sight of God is that you say what you do not do.
[Quran 57:16] Is it not time for those who believed to open up their hearts for God's message, and the truth that is revealed herein? They should not be like the followers of previous scriptures whose hearts became hardened with time and, consequently, many of them turned wicked.
[Quran 49:17] They act as if they are doing you a favor by embracing Submission! Say, "You are not doing me any favors by embracing Submission. God is the One who is doing you a great favor by guiding you to the faith, if you are sincere.
[Quran 9:24] Proclaim: "If your parents, your children, your siblings, your spouses, your family, the money you have earned, a business you worry about, and the homes you cherish are more beloved to you than God and His messenger, and the striving in His cause, then just wait until God brings His judgment." God does not guide the wicked people.
[Quran 49:14] The Aarabs said, "We are Mu'mens (believers) ." Say, "You have not believed; what you should say is, `We are Muslims (submitters) ,' until belief is established in your hearts." If you obey God and His messenger, He will not put any of your works to waste. God is Forgiver, Most Merciful.
[Quran 9:45] "The only people who wish to be excused are those who do not really believe in God and the Last Day. Their hearts are full of doubt, and their doubts cause them to waver."
[Quran 9:47] Had they mobilized with you, they would have created confusion, and would have caused disputes and divisions among you. Some of you were apt to listen to them. God is fully aware of the transgressors.
[Quran 9:81] The sedentary rejoiced in their staying behind the messenger of God, and hated to strive with their money and their lives in the cause of God. They said, "Let us not mobilize in this heat!" Say, "The fire of Hell is much hotter," if they could only comprehend.
[Quran 47:29-30] Did those who harbor doubts in their hearts think that God will not bring out their evil thoughts? If we will, we can expose them for you, so that you can recognize them just by looking at them. However, you can recognize them by the way they talk. God is fully aware of all your works.
[Quran 8:6] They argued with you against the truth, even after everything was explained to them. They acted as if they were being driven to certain death.
[Quran 47:38] You are invited to spend in the cause of God, but some of you turn stingy. The stingy are stingy towards their own souls. God is Rich, while you are poor. If you turn away, He will substitute other people in your place, and they will not be like you.
[Quran 9:58] Some of them criticize your distribution of the charities; if they are given therefrom, they become satisfied, but if they are not given therefrom, they become objectors.
[Quran 47:16] Some of them listen to you, then as soon as they leave they ask those who were enlightened, "What did he just say?" God thus seals their hearts and, consequently, they follow only their opinions.
[Quran 9:61] Some of them hurt the prophet by saying, "He is all ears!" Say, "It is better for you that he listens to you. He believes in God, and trusts the believers. He is a mercy for those among you who believe." Those who hurt God's messenger have incurred a painful retribution.
From the above Quranic verses we can see that the "Sahabas" like all the people of all generations were either good or bad. Some followed the Prophet and the message he brought them, the QURAN, and these were the MINORITY as God tells us in the Quran. see 43:78 The others could not get over their idol-worship and stayed with the hypocrites and these were the majority, as God told us in 43:78 .
[Quran 43:78] We have given you the truth, but most of you hate the truth.
If these were the conditions of the people who lived and witnessed the Prophet Muhammed and learned their Islam (Submission) first hand from him, how can we expect the conditions of those who lived after his death ?!

The biggest test that faced those companions after the death of the Prophet Muhammed was the matter of "Who rules the Muslims after the Prophet's death ?" Because of this, many of the companions forgot God and looked after their personal gains and fought God and his messenger and the other good companions who uphold the message of the Prophet , the Quran.
QURAN IS VERY CLEAR about what happened to these "Sahaba" after Muhammed's death:
[Quran 3:144] "Muhammad was no more than a messenger like the messengers before him. Should he die or get killed, would you turn back on your heels? Anyone who turns back on his heels, does not hurt God in the least. God rewards those who are appreciative

*18 ANSWERS OF THE HOLY PROPHET (PBUH)*

*A traveler* once came to the masjid to see the *Prophet Muhammad* (S.A.W) after greeting the *Prophet* (S.A.W), he was asked where he was from. The *traveler* replied that he came from very far just to get a few questions answered.
Following is the dialogue between the *traveler* and the *Prophet* (S.A.W).

*Traveler* : I do not want
punishments to be written in my account.
*Prophet* : Behave well with your parents
*Traveler* : I want to be known amongst people as an intelligent person.
*Prophet* : Fear Allah (Jalla Jalalu),always.
*Traveler* : I want to be counted amongst Allah's favourites.
*Prophet* : Recite Quran every morning and evening.
*Traveler* : I want my heart to always be enlightened.
*Prophet* : Never forget death.
*Traveler* : I never want to be away from Allah's blessing.
*Prophet* : Always treat fellow creatures well.
*Traveler* : I never want to be harmed by my enemies.
*Prophet* : Always have faith in Allah.(Only)
*Traveler* : I never want to be humiliated.
*Prophet* : Be careful of your actions.
*Traveler* : I wish to live long.
*Prophet* : Always do Goodness towards blood Relations
*Traveler* : I want my sustenance to increase.
*Prophet* : Always be in wudhoo.
*Traveler* : I wish to stay free of punishment in the grave.
*Prophet* : Always wear pure clothes.
*Traveler* : I never want to be burnt in hell.
*Prophet* : Control your eyes and tongue.
*Traveler* : How do I get my sins forgiven?
*Prophet* : Always ask forgiveness from Allah with
a lot of humility.
*Traveler* : I want people to respect me always.
*Prophet* : Never extend your hands of need at people.
*Traveler* : I want to always be honored.
*Prophet* : Never humiliate or put down anyone.
*Traveler* : I don't want to be squeezed by Qabr.(Squeezing in the grave)
*Prophet* : Recite Surat Al Mulk (The Dominion)often.
*Traveler* : I want my wealth to increase.
*Prophet* : Recite surat Al Waqiah (The Inevitable) every night.
*Traveler* : I want to be safe and at peace on Day of Judgment.
*Prophet* : Do zikr (Praises) of Allah from dusk to night.
*Traveler* : I want to be in full
attention & concentration during prayers.
*Prophet* : Always do wudhoo with concentration and attention.
