Okada has the good, the bad & the ugly side They help in areas difficult to reach with vehicles They assist during hold-ups They afford easy employment, just 60k & one makes close to 2k daily on the average They create values for manufacturers & traders They send many to orthopedic wards They create lazy folks They cause air pollution Unattractive during rains Rogues find them handy Dare-devils value them They cause traffic accidents They are abuse, especially in Cross River, where one Okada carries up to 5 ppl @ a time If we have good alternative that can create good balance, we can say bye |

@Godman, Be honest-Is Oceanic Bank better of now than Mrs Ibru era? Whats the wisdom in creating bigger problem while trying to solve one? Do you know the amount already sunk to bail Sanusi out of the mess he threw us?, above one trillion! Whats the origin of Oceanic Banks romance with Eco Bank?, You dig & tell the world Cecelia may not be a saint but she, surely, took Oceanic to great heights You must realise that fiscal policy measures are not crafted by just the headship People like Sanusi form the arrowhead, can you contest that? So do you research properly b4 condemning others posts |

Seems Forbes is an organ of Islam Otherwise its difficult to understand what Sanusi did to deserve the accolade Take a tour: 1) Sanusi refurbished Bureau de Changes of his brothers- Augean stable Soludo once sanitized 2) He is a member of our Economic team & is not ashamed that we still import fuel 3) What has become of his vested interest in hotel business, a scope outside his mandate 4) He fleeced more than one trillion Naira into sustaining banks yet nothing positive has come of it 5) He created bridge banks to cover his failures yet nobody questioned him 6) Our Naira continues to slide 7) Many more banks are shaking ![]() 9) Inflation rate is still climbing 10) Ventured into islamic banking when he has failed woefully in conventional banking Why must we reward a person with so much filth as record, is Forbes propping him up ? What next? |

Just thinking that the cowards who still talk bad of Ikemba should be shunned in unmistakable terms |

Gowon is no more relevant in Nigeria Other people were talking sense & he is opening mouth too much Mossob & Biafra spirit will continue to hunt him & his cohorts who still think like him If he knows he is great let him douse the fire ignited by his brothers in his backyard The spirit of those massacred Biafrans, during the pogrom, will continue to hunt them al. |

@times we talk as if we are professionals in all fields What do call anything we are unable to scientifically explain? Such things happen most of the time but we only hear of what comes across There is a story of a paralympian cyclist who was involved in a crash The crash led to her full recovery I know some people will doubt it, wait a minute, please explore this link which also provided pics http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2065790/Paralympian-cyclist-regains-use-legs-crash-shes-running-marathons.html |

@Kenis, Thanks We must advise ourselves not to come to the forum with rifles Because we are not all footballers & there is no penalty shootout (lolz). |

A Chinese proverb goes like this, NEVER ARGUE WITH AN APE FOR PEOPLE WONT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. Better keep bottled anger for your class NL is not for evr body Try SR |
![]() |
The difference is clear Other people`s comments amplify this The best cure for delusion is from within |

We kno where u are coming from mind set, & remedy is to see cup as half full , not half empty |

@PointB, good talk dear Most ppl just open mouth & roll out rubbish. Continuity is necessary in governance Emphasis shd not be on who started it bc its not v necessary Rather we shd pile praises on who delivers GEJ has been trying to complete most worthwhile projects He is equally trying hands on laying good foundations for new ones Most people are unable to decipher the upbeat bc of the pit we are all in If GEJ gets needed cooperation he will make reasonable input There are ares he needs reverse gear anyway, and such is expected in life |

Keshi is a proper Nigerian He knows what he is doing, right He knows there is cartel in evr aspect of life in Nigeria & he is simply playing safe Do u want him to start a fight he may not win, so soon Let him settle 1st If he takes the wrong step on Mikel some ppl will still attack him All our coaches cant be hot How many people have you heard fell out with Sir Fergusson He has a target, & goes 4 that. Mikel should not be his albatross |

Build the thermal stations close to source of gas That way we will be face wt only problem of transmission No one shd talk of difficult terrain, bc Eket & co hv nice topography We are tired of planning without proper details |
![]() |
What we have in Nigeria is bubuyaya, the more u look d less you see Otherwise why cant we have power stations close to locations where gas is available That way we only battle with transmission The pib, that bill , how are we sure it will ever be passed We were told the electricity regulatory council has recommended the scrapping of meter mtnce charge Seems the powers that be in that sector wont allow us have a rest in that field One day one thing will force their hands open, hope that time is not far off |
![]() |
@markolini, seems u did not follow d representations made by various interest groups in d saga , abia/imo govt/police, sugs , Umuada Igbo, house of reps Please research b4 posting, dont just rush to attack It doesnt matter whether u blv in spirit powers or not The bible made mention of the witch @ Endor u c, there is nothing to hide or be ashamed of in that |

The rugged ones absorb shocks The lily-hearted scamper even when lizards fall In Nigeria people, when they suspect any news as fake, will ask is it from SR Yes he has cut a niche , but the quality is as fake as his brother in next (sorry late next) He can take over one of those ladies that lost their husbands to stupid reporting The only people who visit SR sites look for gossips Soft magazines are even doing better Soon hunger, due to loss of ads, will force him to close shop If he has spine let him come home & dig it out wt the strong & vibrant fellas in Punch, Sun etc They are still standing, & speaking their minds, @all times |

@slap1, I am v sorry. Please 4give the error. The offence was committed by baba suwes brother-see below @beejaei, Please stop causing confusion in NL Your post, (Sorry, but you are a foool. When you make investments, who do you out your trust in?) isnt proper. You can always put your points across without being abusive |

Voodoo still counts a lot Heard some women waka naked to protest the rape saga Stories had it that some women, far back, protested, naked, against one Briton For trying to impose tax on women The Oyibo died the next day |

Hapi b d our dear presido Please dont allow ppl push you into what will forever be held against you Many of us know Pontus pilate Simply because of his activities during Jesus trial We dont remember the names of those who came b4 & after him May you be remembered for good things Play your part now, when you leave others will continue Dont think you can take all the problems in Nigeria alone You met most of them & , 4 sure, you will leave them behind you in 2015 |
![]() |
Most ppl who voted for GEJ did so bc they blv(ed) in him Not necessarily bc of pdp But the way things are going ppl are feeling bad, really & there shd be a re-think @demoladoc, our fears are more than what you hv articulated Removal of subsidy will lead to viral inflation Its not ok to try solving a problem by creating a bigger one If a cartel has been identified, then fight the cartel We will back him in the fight Thats why he is the president, he has all the arsenal Removing fuel subsidy will fuel crisis, enemies will find in-roads Unless weare looking for a cheaper means of breaking up , abi. |
![]() |
@Slap1, You can place ur points without calling some others names Be decent, even in NL (If you can, that is) |
![]() |
R M D Can do it perfectly well |
![]() |
We must not see every policy as dumb Its ok to criticize harsh ones , & hail good one Some NL are ready to use all available opportunity to castigate I dont like removal of fuel subsidy Its not that its not a good policy, rather its bc of bad experience we passed tru Some people are waiting, in the wings, to pounce on monies saved by such policiy Some of us trust GEJ, but we are not v comfortable wt ppl working wt him Ngozi, too, may have bright ideas But they lack the clout to police them, & some ppl are bent on frustrating them Its really unfortunate. But we should not dwell on that & keep slinging mud |
![]() |
It seems some people dont sleep, always ready with cocked guns To shhot @ any policy statement from GEJ They have everything to lose bc government activities must continue. |

OIL & GAS is our biggest industry so anybody manning it must have a lion heart I am not surprised with all these spurious attacks on the minister who has introduced many changes All those who lost out in their nefarious activities have what they are doing now as only way to cool off Very soon we we will know who are doing the goofing We will all be happy to see internet come up with ways of tracking eeediots who soil others image Our dear Madam, continue with your good works We appreciate you, REALLY we do |

@ Beaf People shd be ready to be fed more rubbish from the haters We have them in abundance. After being unmasked they play all manner of tricks Unfortunately many people tend to believe lies being dished out Those who know the truth behind all these take those lies with a pinch of salt As usual those the minister has stepped on their toes will achieve nothing by their campaigns of calumny We will all see the outcome I pray we have more daring ministers who who wont be cowed. |

It looks near natural that every credit in a country shd be heaped on the leader There the leader shd willingly accept all liabilities Sounds balanced , but the real fact is that our own man is not interested in burning his fingers He washes his hands off all intrigues like what is playing out in Bayelsa now over PDP primaries Its unfortunate that many people wont believe Mr Presidents hands are clean He allows everybody equal opportunity Looking back we can easily see how Iyabo fell Ordinarily such a thing looks impossible, daughter of bot chair losing an election in Nigeria But we are all witnessing these turning points in our history One day we will all look back & say GEJ meant well for Nigeria |
