Oh boy, this Komolafe Oluwayomi definitely took "banking on your friends" a little too literally! Imagine having the audacity to break into your own employer's system and help yourself to a cool 10 million naira, all in the name of "driver's retirement benefits." Talk about taking the concept of "driving off with the cash" to a whole new level! It's like Oluwayomi thought he was the star of a heist movie, except instead of a daring bank robbery, he pulled off a comically inept inside job. I can just picture him furiously typing away at his computer, sweating bullets as he tries to cover his tracks, only to get caught red-handed during a routine audit. Oops, looks like someone forgot to delete their browser history! But hey, at least he had the decency to share the wealth with his friend, right? I mean, what are friends for if not to help you launder ill-gotten gains from your employer? That's just good old-fashioned Nigerian hospitality right there! All jokes aside, though, it's a shame that Oluwayomi's brilliant criminal mastermind turned out to be more like a bumbling buffoon. With a plot twist worthy of a Nollywood comedy, he managed to go from trusted bank employee to inmate in the blink of an eye. I can already see the movie poster: "The World's Worst Bank Heist: A Tale of Retirement Benefits Gone Wrong." Coming soon to a courtroom near you! 2 Likes |

I don’t think you have a solution here. 2. Did you do all monthly biometrics and clearance? If yes, your solution is still in the state headquarters of NYSC. Thanks. |

To find the number of positive 3-digit palindromes that are multiples of 3, we can break this problem into a few steps: Step 1: Identify 3-digit palindromes A 3-digit palindrome is a number that reads the same forwards and backwards. These numbers have the form "ABA," where A and B are digits. A can be any digit from 1 to 9, and B can be any digit from 0 to 9. Since the middle digit B can be any digit, there are 10 choices for B (0 through 9). For A, there are 9 choices (1 through 9), as it cannot be 0 to maintain the 3-digit requirement. Therefore, there are a total of 9 * 10 = 90 different 3-digit palindromes. Step 2: Determine which palindromes are multiples of 3 To check if a number is a multiple of 3, you can sum its digits. If the sum is divisible by 3, then the original number is also divisible by 3. So, for each 3-digit palindrome, calculate the sum of its digits and check if it's divisible by 3. Step 3: Count the multiples of 3 Go through all the 3-digit palindromes and count how many of them are multiples of 3. Now, let's perform these steps: Step 1: There are 90 different 3-digit palindromes. Step 2: Check which of these are multiples of 3. To do this, calculate the sum of the digits for each palindrome: - For ABA palindromes: - A = 1, B = 0: Sum = 1 + 0 + 1 = 2 (not divisible by 3) - A = 1, B = 1: Sum = 1 + 1 + 1 = 3 (divisible by 3) - ... - A = 9, B = 9: Sum = 9 + 9 + 9 = 27 (divisible by 3) So, out of the 90 different 3-digit palindromes, there are 10 that are multiples of 3. Therefore, there are 10 positive 3-digit palindromes that are multiples of 3. 1. 111 2. 222 3. 333 4. 444 5. 555 6. 666 7. 777 8. 888 9. 999 10. 121 |
