Your starlink router only has 2 parts:

- Power board
- Mother board.

The power board only powers the router and the dish.

But you see that small tiny mother board? That's the main router. Everything you program on your router is stored there.

If you remove the mother board and add it to another starlink router power board, it'll have same name and id number and all as if you still using same router, all because everything you see in the app is stored in that small mother board.

FutureFocus could be many things, but he is not a criminal or fraudulent. I have bought a couple of things from him and I got value for my purchase. He even has my money for my next purchase and he has been the one following us up.

Calling someone fraudulent or criminal is an extreme accusation and should only be done if you have verifiable infallible proofs. The fact that you have internet access and this is a faceless forum doesnt not give you the leeway to act irresponsibly. Nigeria is not an entirely lawless country and justice can still be served hot. Even if you are overseas, you can still be dealt with within the ambits of the law if the other party is motivated enough

Yes, I agree...its wrong to cheat the system. Especially a system that is trying to help in everyway.
However, there are unique cases which u may have to convert the trip to offline and negotiate price. Such as;
1. If the trip is towards an area u will probably not easily get a trip back from. I am not going to take a trip to Covenant university, Bells, Babcock, Dangote refinery, or Sagamu online. If the rider is not ready to negotiate an offline price he should keep searching for the jjc that will carry him/her online to his remote destination and drive back to civilization empty.
2. The rider has multiple stops but didn't add it in the trip while requesting. U and I know in this work, time is money. But the waiting time on the app is not properly designed to cover for the lost time waiting. In this case u may have to renegotiate offline and charge per hour or quarter/half day.

For me, these are reasons good enough for converting.

Looking at the first picture from Tiktok that you posted (which I have now re-uploaded), you can already see why the person's solar system is sub-par and will struggle to power his/her AC.

S/he has 6 units of 330w solar panels. "Assuming" that the panels are genuine and premium panels, the much it will output at "peak" sunlight is 297w per panel, giving a total output of 1782w.

Now ask yourself, is 1782w sufficient to power an AC that will probably gulp an average of 1000w while on, and also charge up the batteries, which are like to be 4 tubular batteries??

Let us revisit the words I emboldened above.
Assuming: Most of the panels being sold and bought by supposed installers to be installed for their clients are what we call "sticker" panels. These are panels that will carry a sticker stating it is 300w, but it is actually 200w or lower. Alaba boys did it to me when I first started my journey, so I speak out of direct experience. So, if the person who made the comment in attached screenshot have "sticker" panels, s/he probably have panels that are actually 200w, and will output lesser.

Peak: Peak here means when the sun is at its highest intensity. This will NOT always be the cade because sunlight intensity will always go high and low for the limited hours it will be available.

Then there is also the issues of energy losses due to DC AC conversion, distance from solar panels to setup, thickness of cables, etc.

Like I rightly said early on, I wasn't aware. It was the official who brought the meter also happens to bring the technician that install the meter for me. While I also noticed the meter not triggering off after a month it was installed I ran to him to complain and he told me probably the free unit that do come with new meter are still on it. Not long to that, while the meter hasn't trigger off, I recharge on the meter, it was then I noticed the meter was reading a negative value. I ran to him to still complain which he never heed to my complaint and I eventually got bursted by a meter monitoring team....
He got involved and he clearly told me he won't want a meter issue to take his job from him yet he's not giving a possible solution....

Do you records of the time you reached out to him about the meter not triggering off and reading negative value, and do you have records of his responses?

Do you also have records of him saying he doesn't want this meter issue to take his job?

If indeed you are innocent, you should stand your ground and get the guy arrested ASAP. Blow the issue out of proportion and they (his colleagues) will give you a soft landing

I missed the flower bed. I have mentioned it countless times here as part of reason for rising damp because the soil retains water long in contact with the building.
I did mention making the flower bed have cement floor and the wall and floor painted with waterproof paint before filling with soil to prevent direct contact with the building.

I've had a quick check at the breakdown and I find your workmen being sincere giving you that price for the job they intend doing; in simple terms

1. They are planning to tie the lintel all round the building whether there is an opening there or not - I often tell people Lintel and Beams are not the same, a lintel shd be just over the openings, its a beam that runs round on all block.

1a. The reason workmen recommend this method is for their benefits, more money, easier to form (less work) but the client suffers it.

2. I'll recommend you ask them to redo the estimate crossing over only openings and not tie-ing it round the structure - A pics of your building wld help

3. Do you know after spending 100s of thousand doing my initial ground floor lintels, I spent just about 20k doing same amount on the upper floor using same materials i.e concrete, granite and re-bar. (I wont share this method until I'm sure of the quality of your project...)

In summary: The reason you have that huge amount is because your workmen are running lintels over the entire bounding walls; its a price to pay if you want it that way, if not ask them to give you an estimate if only openings (door and windows etc) are considered.
