Is the doctor your doctor or hers? The doctor clerked her to ascertain the number of times she had abortion or by diagnosis? My brother, open your eyes and tell yourself the truth, '' a woman that will pose to be reserved and yet had had abortion twice is not worth it, even though everybody deserves a second chance.'' You may not be able to erase this from your mind if you continue the relationship. Be advised.

My dear friend, it is really a pity what you have experienced, but Let us look at it from these two perspectives:
1)- Believing that she was raped, I think this is not the best time to leave her. She needs all your support to come back to good feelings in life. I advice you bring her close, and possibly take her to see a doctor for checks/tests, you know what I mean.
2)- Who knows, she might even be using this to find out how much you love or feel for her, as you said that you have dated for four years now and is most likely the next plan will be marriage. You know everybody wants to be pretty sure who he/she wants to marry.

However, the second perspective is this: granted the fact that you are aware of the rape case of your girlfriend, unless you trust your ability to forgive and forget (as they say), I would advice you shun the relationship before marriage sets in. The truth is that you may live with this in your brain all the days of your life (if we really want to tell ourselves the truth), and this may metamorphose into hatred or discord for any little thing that she does later in the relationship. Remember, don't quit immediately, she needs you.
