When last did you watch Pavard's volley. We are talking history here. We are talking lessons that the next generation will come and study. We are talking of tournaments that people will share for others to rewatch the moments.

Finito.
If you like reword your questions in Greek.

There's a reason why things like Top 10 goals, Top 10 Fks etc etc have the higher views and comments.

This your imaginary statements na only for your pocket. What a travesty to talk down on a team that got to one Euro final and back to back WC finals in the name of long term. What can be proof of long term than that?

But I still can't remember them.

When last did you pull out a tape or video to watch and remember France in recent years?

People need to understand that football is a game we watch, not a history book we remember dates.
πŸ˜‚
grin You can romance your failures and underachievers all you want but we go back to watch historic goals (Pavard's volley, Mbappe equalling Pele as a teenage finals goal scorer), heck pictures from the last WC finals are on my Twitter feed every other day.

No greater statement than lifting the trophy. Winners celebrate while losers learn lessons

The Dutch national team are labeled underachievers but their 1974 side has the most documentaries made about them.

I got to know of them from a beautiful documentary that was so brilliant.

We are never going to see documentaries and tales of many world cup winning teams. But until tomorrow, that Oranje team will be celebrated and they did not win the World Cup.

Worked in a game. Results like that can be deceiving but results that come from possessive play for a long time results in sound growth.

Tell me a direct approach team in recent years that have dominated? None.
France is a direct approach team.

I think in the end there is a misconception about what really Masters. In tournaments, statements actually live longer than winning titles.

Let me explain further.

Germany's 7-1 demolition of Brazil will live longer than Italy carrying the World Cup. Note that Germany won their own World Cup but the 7-1 demolition stays longer in the memory and will be replayed longer.

Also, the Dutch 1974 side will be remembered longer than even France winning 1998 world cup. There are people that have the frames of that team and coaching schools teaching off those tapes.

Finally, the Brazilian team of Spain 82 side is still remembered and celebrated than many teams that won the World Cup.

I believe statements and impacts last longer than winning cups. To achieve statements is to grow as a team.
Someone get this guy a medic! What is this 😦

So Finidi George said he can't beg Victor Osimhen to play for the national team. That's a subtle way of trying to push his loss on Osimhen, knowing fully well that Osimhen was injured over the two fixtures he (Finidi) lost. (My autocorrect just dey change Finidi to finish since 🀣)

Osimhen replied: I have lost every respect I had for Finidi George.
Everybody is trying to make it seem like Osimhen did bad. NO! He didn't!

Everybody knows Osimhen plays his hearts out in the Green White Green colors!
Heck! This man played Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Final matches of the AFCON with injury.
What was Finidi thinking?

Finidi said our national team players are not committed. Please did Peseiro force our players to play AFCON with injuries? Peseiro told a tired Frank Onyeka after HT πŸ†š South Africa in the AFCON, you won't play 2nd half, Onyeka said he must play for the badge!

Players that played AFCON finals with injury.
- Williams Troost-Ekong
- Ola Aina
- Victor Osimhen
- Zaidu Sanusi

But they played their hearts out!
Which uncommitted player does that? Walahi, no local coach can coach the Super Eagles! NFF are failing to see how big of a job this is!
Get a world-class coach to coach world-class players and see if he can't instill discipline in the squad without causing bad blood in the back room.
Argentina squad is more like a family, even Morocco here in Africa. We dey carry who dey drag jersey with player coach team.

I have nothing against Osimhen's action, speak up! This was how MohBad kept quiet and may God rest his soul. Finidi George can't coach the Super Eagles! Finito!

Watch all Peseiro's press conferences, he has never blamed a player for a match gone wrong, even when it was obvious it was Uzoho that was a major problem in our team, Peseiro never blamed him for anything. Finidi is just a farmer blaming his tools for a work not done well.
Have you watched Finidi's press conferences? Did he blame anyone there?

Make all of una de yell over fake news

You are looking at it from the wrong perspective. Players are growing around the world. Tiki tala.education has made it difficult for exceptional talents to work over average players. Even if Ronaldinho in his prime comes to today's football, he would not find it easy. No room for breakdancing on the pitch.

Ronaldinho should go to coaching school and come andngroom a team, let's see if he can scratch it. That time is past.

Leave that theorist. I like beautiful football wella. In fact just by my idols of the game - Maradona, Zidane, Figo, Beckham, Ronaldinho, Zamorano, Owen, Ronaldo de Lima, Bergkamp, Maldini, Baggio - you will know that I love beautiful football but we must salute the Peseiro's pragmatism which wasn't even planned because it's something he kinda stumbled on right in the thick of Afcon.
That's the word, pragmatism. Peseiro before AFCON was attack minded, we see how he leaked goals. Lost 5 matches out of the first 7! Even the first game at AFCON we saw how the team kept creating chances.

Injury hit and he adopted defensive compactness and rode it to the final. I hold the opinion the man could have built on AFCON and incorporated ideas but the majority nor want am

All of dem sabi themselves. They cahoot together and push agendas together and all that crap. Pr merchants than actual journalism too. So if it has come home to roost, good for them cos you'll be surprised at the blindness behind their pr for some players. Plus the bigman players thing is true whether the whole gist is false or true. I hope this noise dies and we face business again. But as each day passes, this WCQ is looking bleak and I'm preparing my mind for a 2nd absence as it stands.
