The youths represent a virile segment of every society’s population, which is usually a category of young and able -bodied people. It is often the transitional stage between infanthood and the relatively acknowledged old people. Every society and it’s subgroups have their idea of what constitutes or qualifies one to be called a youth, which varies from one place to another; one group to another; one person to another.

Hence, too many perspectives and definitions of the youth as a concept.To round off on the issues of fluid definitions of youth,a closer look at some authoritative definitions will help us to understand better. The African Union Summit 2017 with thematic focus on:” Harnessing the Demographic Divided through investment in youths “ defined youths as those below 30 years of age.The United Nation defines youths as those young people who fall within 12 -24 years brackets. In most contemporary climes, some people see youths as those under 45 years,while some see it as below 55 years.

The Nigerian National Youth Policy classified youths as those with within the age bracket of 18 to 35.Nothwitstanding different notions of who is a youth,the most critical thing is that the youth constitute the most active category of every country population. Hence, it will be reasonable to say whatever impact the youths of a country impacts the nation. No wonder Adolf Hitler once remarked that “if you capture the youths of a place you have captured the place “

It is on the basis of the foregoing notes that the fate of Nigerian youths has not been hitherto seemed to be pragmatically designed by policy action, but subject to reactionary Dingdong nature of our policy decision making process. They had been many well -intentioned programs for the youths in Nigeria like the National Youth Service Corp(NYSC)scheme,skill acquisition centers by Local, State and Federal Governments. The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) was ambitiously and insightfully designed to tackle youth unemployment ;at present represents a pioneer bold steps by government to demonstrate to the Nigerian stakeholders that government job opportunities are no longer capable of providing employments to teeming youths. Many state governments also try to make agriculture attractive to youths. While all the efforts are laudable, one continues to wonder if the youths of Nigeria have really taken their deserved stage of history. Have all the efforts of the past and current governments since independence yielded the desired objectives for the youths?

Where is Nigeria youth standing among his global contemporaries? If our youths are considered laggings behind, what is/are responsible for this? How can we make a difference? The answers to these questions are not farfetched solutions that will unlock the missing link in the Nigerian youth questions. Here I come!
The impacts of the youths who constitute the driving force;represent the greatest energies of the society. ideally he should be seen taking holistic lead in our social, cultural, economic and political activities -not just one aspect of it.These holistic needs in one package represent what make the youths of the first world many steps a head of their Nigerian contemporaries.

The Elections of Emmanuel Macron to the French presidency in 2017 has sparked off a global atmosphere of youth- led political leadership as an idea whose time has come. Our genuine concern in this social psychology is to go beyond the temporal emotions upon which we are basking the success in Europe and reasonably introspect at what are the whole factors of livings that make the success of youth leadership realistic in our society-eg mentoring, education, economic wellbeing, and social change(conducive atmosphere).Youths-in-power phenomenon hadn’t been a strange thing in our politics until lately.Obafemi Awo was 37,Ahmadu Bello was 36,Nnamdi Azikiwe was 40,Anthony Enahoro was 27 when they fought for Nigerian independence.Yakubu Gowon was 32 when he assumed office as the Nigerian Head of States;Murtala Mohammed and Olusegun Obasanjo were 38 and 39years respectively when they mounted the seats of governments as military Heads of States,Salisu Buhari was a 29 year old Speaker of the House of Representatives. Pat Utomi was made a presidential special adviser at 27.

The renowned clamour for youths’ return to leadership ascendancy is no doubt inspired by contemporary youth progress and activities around the world.The world is no longer a global village but a global home. Suffice to say that our youths have been the hub of our social and economic struggles and lives. Our society cant’t make any genuine reform unless the youths are impacted. Empowering the youths has to start by educating them; make easy for them to acquire knowledge by which they can help themselves to survive economically and to law abiding citizens. The youths needs mentorship system which produced a lot of spiritual leaders that made leadership recruitment easy.Leadership goal should not just be political off ice but business, churches mosques, academic, social groups,dispute resolution etc It is the evolution of of activities in different spheres of leadership that prepare one for political offices.

Whereas, the Nigerian landscapes have been bedeviled with many crises since our return to democratic government in 1999.We have Egbesu boys,Movement for Emancipation of the Niger Delta(MEND),Oduduwa People Congress (OPC)Book Haram, kidnapers, yahoo fraudsters,, community base cultism, Sharia riots, herdsmen killings and reprisals, electoral riggings and violence to mention but few that were mainly perpetrated by the youths. This crises left a trail of thousand of fellow Nigerians killed, and millions of property destroyed. It is obvious that morality, conscience and empathy are either non existent in most of our youths or have taken flights. A gap that seems very obvious is lack of political education, as the youths become exposed to whatever social current that blows their ways. Our political future is indeed in danger going by the decline of the pristine attitude to win by superior logic, rather to winning by muscles (violence),emotions, blackmail and falsehood. The brutal politically motivated killings as consequences of electoral violences in Rivers State in 2015 and 2016;Northern Nigeria 2011 place a question mark on maturity of the perpetrators for political leadership. Mentoring seem to be competing with solo life ventures as everyone is carrying his cross,young people attached themselves to political elite not to learn good virtue and avoid mistakes, but to do anything available for survival. The elites instead of preparing the youths for leadership, rather prepares to do his (elite) bidding.The elites hardly execute most dirty jobs but youth.

Mallam Aminu Kano of a blessed memory canvassed a relevant logic: “let superior logic(argument) wins and social equity be enthroned. The educational system at present is fraught with many inadequacies. The curriculum syllabi of our university and education system have no strong provision to make it a necessity that some challenges of our political system need be addressed by the academia. Objectivity, logic, argumentation, humanity, love and God must be taught to the leaders of the Nation. These are the binding cords for our national integration, political maturity and socioeconomic transformation. It is regrettable that at 56 years of independence, over over 100 universities, polytechnics and colleges of higher learning; 45 years of NYSC scheme for national integration, we are still living with mutual suspicion, hatred, ethnic and religious bigotry and collapse of good cultural values. The cultural gaps have been identified in 2nd Republic by the 2nd Republic President,Alhaji Shehu Shagari by response Ethical Revolution, General Buhari/Idiagbon regime War Against Indiscipline (WAI)etc.As the youths flex out their muscles in all direction to recreate for our economic and social survival,the gap of ethics must not just be filled, but must be filled with a system that will maintain and promote it.Hence the system (discipline) is filling- the- gap between the guide(ethics) and practices. These are the pitfalls the youths must avoid as they grope for the deserved leadership status.The first Republic Minister of Education, Aka Nwachukwu told the graduating youths at the first convocation ceremony of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1965:
“this nation will come under your feet,not to trample or destroy, but to build, nurture and sustain; and above all make it a pleasurable abode for mankind”.

On the basis of the foregoings,a brief outline of Youth Economic Advancement Program (YEAP) is articulated;
1.Marriage of Schools-Industries program: industrial parks shall be built all the universities, polytechnics, monotechnics shall have their students engaged in industrial paid jobs, development of school innovation prototype machines or discoveries. The Nigerian Expert and Academic in Diaspora Scheme (NEADS) shall be revived through the National University Commission(NUC).Professor Gabriel Oyibo,the propounder of God Almighty Grand Unified field theorem adjudged to be the greatest human discovery; the greatest power to create and uncreate in the universe after God Almighty summed up in Gij,j=0 shall be invited as proven expert who designed fighter jets and rockets for United States Airforce and NASA.Phillips Emegwali also to be invited over to help midwife the transfer of over 100,000 IT jobs being outsourced from the USA to China and India. Government will make just $450million USD available for this project.The Gagut discovery can create 20 million jobs in 2 years.

B.At the level of secondary education, the National Board for Technical Education shall partners entrepreneur for driven production of commercial good, artworks. There shall be zonal and school exhibition with National office of Technological Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP) fully participating.

2.Outsourcing economy -Foreign Direct Investment (FDI):Many United States and European firms outsource millions of jobs, especially IT,to India and China where labor is relatively cheap and affordable. Many Nigerian Experts in the diaspora shall be engage to get the Nigerian share of the dollarised outsourcing market. Target is 2million jobs.

3.Entrepreneurship and job compensation: efforts shall be made to ensure all those that work in factory as casuals or permanent staff are giving an adequate living wages,pension compensation and health insurance scheme. The private security companies’ staff compensation scheme is relatively poor. There is high disparity between what mist security companies receive and what the personnel are paid. There is every urgency to investigate job compensation across boards and enforce a humane response measures both in the formal and informal sectors of the economy. Government shall accredit some NGOs that have made their marks (good impacts) to assist in mentoring world class youthful agropreneurs in view of the agricultural revolution. This is to create world class competitive products that brings revenue directly to the budding entrepreneurs.15million youths are to be targeted on either full time or part time.

4.Compulsory Health Insurance: the biggest threat to everyone’s ability to contribute his quotas to national development efforts is sickness, accident and impairment. Many youths as a result poor economic background live by faith. No provisions for eventuality like accident, terminal diseases like Cancer, kidney problems etc. Health insurance shall be made flexible, affordable and compulsory for all those that have reached 18 and above irrespective of where you work.There shall be ghost and crowd funding health insurance programs for the indigent, destitutes and unidentified persons in times of emergency. One should imagine if the cost of health is taking away as a burden off every youth and their sponsors or guardian. The Nigerian environment Will be more conducive.

5.National Reorientation: The National Orientation Agency(NOA) shall be mobilized to partner the Federal and States Ministry of Education to start their(NOA)orientation programs at all levels of education: primary schools to the universities. Objectivity, logic, debates and all applicable forms of civic education shall be taught. We shall ensure that psychologists and sociologists are engaged in all schools to assess and prepare the children for nations building. Corruption and financial crimes that is prevalent in our society are product of fear of poverty, dominations or habitual motiveless stealing called kleptomania. This is encouraged by what sociologist called alienation. The fears and feeling of alienation has brought us to this sorry state,and we must tackle the problem from root :schools and catch them young

6.Happiness Project: A ministry of happiness is not a stupid idea anyway. Nobody asks why comedy and motivation businesses are finding their feet in Nigeria ?.Why are people going to cinemas, hanging by the street, drinking alcohol to stupor? Who has gone to hospitals to find out why high blood pressures are on the rise? Are the solutions to worries and fear material things only? Why have many people committed suicide over what other consider to no- big deal ? Are we just looking at hapless man who wants to take his life, or the people he will put in a problem upon his accelerated demise? The imperativeness of advocating for all citizens to be patriotic, is the same imperative of making them to be happy and see hope even though the situation on the grounds suggest otherwise. Fear technically known by psychologists as phobia is responsible for pervasive of poverty and domination for instance, is responsible for massive economic and financial crimes, greed, armed robbery in our country etc today The Happiness Project shall executed through the National Orientation Agency (NOA).It will recruit motivation speakers, youth volunteers shall be trained as mentors; sponsor free books,audio.Psychologists, sociologists are deployed to focus on the family, social groups like clubs, age-grade, religious organisations,trade organization s etc. , foundation schools and high schools. physical and virtual clinics shall be established around the country to deliver psychosocial therapies for people.. This project is expected achieve 20 millions new patriots yearly. People who ridicule the Ministry of Happiness project in Imo State by now should agree Governor Rochas Okorocha lives ahead of time on the project. Just a sound strategy is needed to deliver the vision with specific deliverable and timelines. This is very critical to our national goals of peace, integration and economic transformation. The Nigerian project needs the Ministry of Happiness now -very urgent and imperative -if we must live beyond 2019 General Elections and economic uncertainties.

7.Interreligious Studies: Our universities, polytechnics and colleges of higher learning shall as a matter of urgency make Interreligious Studies a mandatory course for every students to graduate. This is to foster and promote Interreligious tolerance. We have lost a lot of youths to religious intolerance

Distinguished ladies and gentlemen, above are highlights of specific plans to transform the country through youth empowerment. Our quest for physical, social and economic development will no doubt be catalyzed if all the issues identified are addressed .We (select youth patriots) are committed to giving pro bono services by providing further details of the plans I have so far discussed,just to move forward our father's land. All the specific projects have 18- month to complete as implementation period.

GLOBAL TERRORISM: WHAT IS THE RELEVANCE OF IICOPOL?

When on the May 29,2015 the President Mohammed Buhari assumed power as a democratically elected government, he was quick and sensitive to provide strategic and categorical statements on the issues like Boko Haram terrorism, kidnap, state corruption. These issues partly represented the national challenges upon which the PDP government of Dr. Goodluck Jonathan was sacked. Notably, the terrorist activities were depriving the rights to life, dignity and movement of the people in the country. In affirming the seriousness of his commitment to ending the fiendish horror and orgiastic savagery by the psychobandit terrorists, he declared that his government would route out the outlaws and constitute a sociological panel of inquiry into the origin of Book Haram. In perspective, while we still waiting for that to be carried out, opinions of public analysts have suggested a forerunner sequence of activities that escalated the BH debacle and its mysterious sophistication. For instance, the extra-judicial Killing of the spiritual leader of the sect Mohammed Yusuf by the Police, was enough for many issues to emerge and the sect became aggrieved and assume one of the deadliest terror groups in the world.

Hence, in the wake of discussions at various security retreats in Nigeria, Mr. president shared the belief that the lack of trust between the police and the general is responsible for our security gaps.

Consequently, closing such gaps is the boulevard to our needed level of security for the people. This means that security has to the obligations of citizenry and the state (through Police), in an interactive and participatory manner. In the light of scholarly findings, this is an ideal notion of community Policing world over.

Whereas in 2011, Dr. Aminu Musa Audu left the shores of this country to the University of Liverpool UK for his PhD studies. He gained this opportunity through the sponsorship of TETFUND scholarship to research on Community Policing, and he was able to accomplish his studies with a path-breaking thesis which offers new insights into why community Policing program has not succeeded in Nigeria, as funded by the UK-DFID. That was his case study. The available evidences have indicated that his empirical research findings received great acclaim and found to be of universal applications. In the context of his study, all existing strategies in community Policing worldwide are recommended for reviews, on the basis of newest research orientation. As contained in his Final PhD Report, part of the recommendations of the research, is that further research be commissioned based on the PhD thesis, then forming the intellectual basis upon which Dr. Aminu Musa Audu founded the International Institute of Community Policing (IICOPOL Idah, Kogi State of Nigeria), on the basis of three ethics: Research, Trainings and Advocacy.

As it stands now, with IICOPOL, Nigeria will be the world headquarters of community Policing, as this is the first institute in the world. Does this signify a welcome to a new dawn of community Policing on the scholarly thoughts of Dr. Aminu Musa Audu, a welcome to the age of IICOPOL?

A close interaction with the founder suggests that it is a multi-centered institute to be in Idah Kogi State of Nigeria, having branches in Abuja and the United Kingdom. IICOPOL will achieve her mandates through innovative research, seminars, workshops, symposia, colloquia, international conferences, collaborations, joint working groups and establishment of postgraduate universities. It will encourage tourism as Nigeria will derive huge revenues from visa applications, increase spendable incomes in the economy of host community through commercial patronage; retrains our security agents and incorporations; create jobs for youths and members of the academia.

There can be no better time to have such a breakthrough coming from a citizen of a nation, which is under the siege of armed robbery, kidnapping for ransom, Boko Haram terrorism, alleged gross violations of rights of citizens by police elite arm called Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) which has lost focus, supposedly free police bail that is not free, human trafficking, domestic violence like starvation, child right abuse and spousal battering among others. The alleged menace of Fulani herdsmen and the alleged stealing of cattle that result in running battles between host communities and nomadic and pastoralist herdsmen is an issue that required urgent sociological attention. It is on record that our communities and the herdsmen had been coexisting up to 2011 before the explosion of suspicious behavior and inexplicable atrocities of those involved. This has created fear in the minds of the parties. As such, the neutrality of government and the security agencies are doubtful to the people. In the context of this reality, verily one would be forced to conclude that IICOPOL has become a child of necessity born into the midst of crisis to be an elixir.

The host state Governor of IICOPOL, Governor Yahaya Bello has given an impression that his government has keyed into doctrine of community policing and invested so much resources in police logistics and encouraged partnership of local vigilante groups, earning his administration the security award of the Inspector General of Police. No doubt, his ability to host a globally focused IICOPOL, especially at pioneering stage, is seen by various camps of opinion molders and stakeholders as a great test of strength of governance at the confluence region of the African most populous country. The IICOPOL Idah leadership structure that has Professor Femi Odekunle, a foremost professor of sociological criminology formerly of the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, and a member of the Presidential Advisory committee on Anti- corruption as the Chair of the IICOPOL Board of Trustees; Professor Alice Hills, a British academic of repute and Professor of Conflict and Security studies at Leeds and Durham Universities UK; currently involved in the Project Horizon 2020,communiy policing research project in the Horn of Africa – Kenya and Somalia -funded by the European Union as the Chair of the IICOPOL Advisory Board and Dr. Aminu Musa Audu as the Director General of the institute suggests that the world is in for a treat of sacrifice, competence and impactful -and never-before seen business of community policing services of the institute.

The recent declaration by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Vice President Yemi Osinbanjo signaled a climate of new dawn for Nigeria, which the IICOPOL founder, Dr. Aminu Musa Audu foresaw as early as 2011 to embark on the research at expense of the Federal Government sponsorship. The approval of his scholarship has yielded a desired fruit in IICOPOL which the government must identify as part of her own successes. Providence and committed efforts by the Buhari government has left for us three tools to achieving a better secured society through community policing namely, 1.the whistles blower policy 2. vast police and public resources 3.the private complimentary: IICOPOL and the Nigerian public.

Therefore, I’m convinced to suggest that the cooperation and support of security agencies, Inspector General of Police, Director General of Department of State Services, Chiefs of Army, Naval and Air Staff, political leaders and the public is envisaged for this noble project.

HOW POLICE RETIREES COMPUND ACCOMODATION CHALLENGES IN THE POLICE FORCE
The above subject matter refers. I hope this letter meet you in high spirit.
It is my pleasure to inform you of the details of the above-mentioned ugly and avoidable situation. Suffice to recall that the mandatory force service period is 35 years for all categories of personnel in the force. Consequent upon the expiration of service years, personnels have statutory 3 months to spend in the barracks before packing out. This also apply to deceased personnel families who are expected to pack out at most 3 months after their breadwinner entitlements have been paid by the force.

The realities are opposite of the aforementioned expectations .I want to use Iponri Police Barracks as a case study. Block 5 Room 8 occupant retired and was paid full benefits before December 2015 –he still occupies the apartment; occupier of Block 5 Room Room 7 died since 2006 –his family still reside in the place; Block 5 Room 14 occupier has been transferred to Port Harcourt for more than 6 years ago –his family still reside there and not contributing to routine fatigue. Others include Block 3 Room 22,occupant retired for a very long time –still resides in the apartment; Block 3 Room 8 occupier was transferred to FCT Abuja for a very long time –his family still resides there. Other transfer apartment to their friends who at times are not police personnel.

There is urgent need to tackle this problem as it is a situation in many police barracks in Lagos. Kindly cause this to be investigated

Casual workers were only paid November. This part payment we gathered reliably, is made because he was forced to do it as a result of protest carried out by protocol security staff, drivers among others carried out recently, at the Senate President Resident at Probyn Street Ikoyi, Lagos.

This malfeasance is going on despite the show down of 6th October, 2016 in which he took over your executive official car on the way to Ijebu Ode for the wedding of the daughter of Awujale of Ijebu Ode.

Risk Caution Allowance (RCA) Over 63 Security Personnel Refused Pay for No Reason at The State House Annex Doddan Barracks, Lagos .
This is to bring to your esteem notice of wrong doings and rumblings that are going on at the state house over the above mentioned subject matter, as you have visited Lagos for a 1 -day official visit, to commission a Nigerian Naval ship beginning from 15th December, 2016.It should be recalled that about 35 police men and DSS men provided security, alongside five senior police officers from the State House Annexe, Doddan Barracks Lagos. We seize this opportunity to commend you for approving good security allowances for the security operatives of the presidential villas through a harmonized payment policy against the backgrounds of unstructured allowances regimes, of former President Goodluck Jonathan’s regime for cops were short-changed with impunity -#50000 approved, cops only received #25000.

One continues to wonder if, the “change agenda” of APC government is to give discriminatory treatments to two sets of people doing the same work! The much –talked about jumbo pay insightfully approved by Mr President Mohammed Buhari is only being enjoyed by only those in the Aso Rock Presidential Villa Abuja, while those of State House Doddan Barracks Lagos are not accorded same treatment. The RCA payment regime has not fared recently as operatives in the villa were not all privilege to receive full payment –some receive half payment; some receive full payment, even those in Lagos were not paid at all.
It is regrettable that while your administration is making the best use of limited national resources to make everyone one happy in the period of economic recession, some people are there frustrating your strenuous efforts for God-knows reasons. The greatest concern here is that this has the tendency to demoralize the villa security operatives among which are the over 63 police officers. This is a bold-official malfeasance that has reached it’s peak, if could be practiced and tolerated at your own doorstep.

To go into specifics, first, some personnel were maliciously tagged as “PDP Security Agency” whose tenure expired with former President Goodluck Jonathan were paid #75,000 each,but were not subjected to either transfer signal or replacement.
Second, 400 people were reportedly mobilized in few states such as Katsina, Jigawa, Kano, Sokoto, Kebbi, and Adamawa recently and each candidate reportedly had to part with #70,000 as bribes, so they could be posted to the villas. The purported purpose of recruitment was to replace those that were underpaid.Moreso, not all the recruits got #70000 meant for mobilization .Why were North-Central, South-South, South-West, and South-East forgotten? We seize this opportunity to commend you for approving good security allowances for the security operatives of the presidential villas through a harmonized payment policy against the backgrounds of unstructured allowances regimes, of former President Goodluck Jonathan’s regime for cops were short-changed with impunity -#50000 approved, cops only received #25000.One continues to wonder if, the “change agenda” of APC government is to give discriminatory treatments to two sets of people doing the same work! The much –talked about jumbo pay insightfully approved by Mr President Mohammed Buhari is only being enjoyed by only those in the Aso Rock Presidential Villa Abuja, while those of State House Doddan Barracks Lagos are not accorded same treatment. The RCA payment regime has not fared recently as operatives in the villa were not all privilege to receive full payment –some receive half payment; some receive full payment, even those in Lagos were not paid at all.

Risk Caution Allowance (RCA): Discriminatory Treatment and Alienation of the State House Annexe Lagos Security Operativtives – Why You Must Watch Your Back!

I wish to draw your attention to the above-subject matter which is already in the public domain as reported in the Punch Newspaper of October 5th and 21st 2016 page 10 and 12 respectively, which also capture the glad tidings that you have approved jumbo pay for the Villa security operatives; a rare magnanimity and administrative insightfulness and boldness.

To set a straight record, two sister-security agencies in the State House Aso Rock Presidential Villa Abuja, Doddan Barracks Ikoyi; including the State House Marina) the State Security Services and the Nigerian Police Force are primarily responsible for the security of Presidential Villas. It is trite saying motivation and welfare are drives for giving maximum performance to the service; the Presidency realized this over time by instituting the Risk Caution Allowance (RCA).The fact that the RCA has survived many wasteful and prudential administration in Nigeria shows it is justified.However,the heart-rending news is that the allocation or payments of the allowance created 2 sets of Nigerians doing same work; some have their paid to them; while some have theirs stopped for no reason. In an orgy of glad tidings that the presidency of President Muhammed Buhari cleared arrears of this allowance to Aso Rock operatives; those in the State House Annex Doddan Barrack were not paid –only paid September 2016.

As if that flash payment –September 2016 –was in error to them, the 2/ic Squadron Commander of the Presidential Villa,one (SP) Dairu reportedly kept telling those operatives in a damnless manner, to be calm that payment will be done –nothing has happened to date.
We are concerned to note with displeasure the following rhetoric questions: is it not one State House? Why don’t we get transferred if our services are not needed? Has the State house Annex, Lagos seized to exist? Have we not hosted the Sierra –Leonean President, who came for Tony Elumelu Foundation Program; your esteem self on many occasions; Mr Vice President Yemi Osinbajo when he visited Lagos and environs; all since September 28, 2016 to date? Each time we try to aggregate our interests on this matter in a common front; we are always intimidated by threat of reckless –punitive transfers through insinuations.
By and large, the problem could be believed to partly start from when your fledgling regime brought Squadron Commander Muazu (SP); that assumed the position with his own team of about 125 men which the Villa could not account for, known as “Follow-come”. The number of mobile men and bomb disposal,BVM,Dog section,veterinary,communication etc amounted to 470.Tme Muazu style of leadership jump the nominal role from 470 to over 1000 men, a situation which irked the National Security Adviser(NSA) .This was later reviewed downward to 800;later 600.This specifically marks the beginning of the problem. The chaos led to their removal of Muazu by your esteem self; the successor to Muazu Abdullahi Ibrahim (Chief Security Officer) could not solve the problem.

There was a new creation-office called Chief Principal Staff Officer (CPSO), during the regime of former President Goodluck Jonathan which aggravated the situation with non-relevance and lack of insights. It had a pioneer head called CP Moses; whose mandates usurped the responsibilities of Squadron Commander –the traditional head of police operatives in the Villas. The office has not created any difference as the current Head of this office Abdullahi Dauda is yet to effect any positive; motivation is on the downward spiral.One is surprised that it is not only the police that working in the Villa;the Nigerian Army(NA) has no issue of payment under reference because a single unit manages their affair in the Villa, while the police affairs are balkanized between the Squadron Commander and (CPSO).Between the last week of October to date 2nd week of November 2016,32 personnel have been moved from Lagos to Abuja; brought 31 down to Lagos from Abuja for God -Knows reason

Base on the foregoing, we plead with you to come to our aid to get this matter investigated without minimum delay. We salute your stand for principle of social justice and equality of all men. The popular adage says it much more:”what is good for the goose, is good for the gander”

Senator Bukola Saraki, a man who has been undergoing many challenges as a Senate President ranging from under declaration of Code of Conducts form to forgery of Senate rules has never be seen to erupt in emotion. This steely disposition was broken down when a Director of the National Assembly, Lagos Annexe, Mr Adebayo Adeyanju, seemingly flexed muscle of euphoria of powers in the presidential estate with him. Nobody could exactly tell the motive of Mr Adebanjo Adebayo, when he entered the back seat (owner’s corner) of the marked BMW 600+ series, dedicated to the Office of the Senate President which he mostly used as one of his favourite in the fleet. The wedding occasion at Ijebu Ode had started in Ijebu-Ode and the groom,Mr Olanrewanju Oladiran was set to take his bride; the Senate President among other dignitaries were headed to Ijebu Ode ,Ogun State.Senator Bukola Saraki had to enter another car to have on –the –road-tete-a-tete with a friend, in another car only to stop the entire convoy in a never –before-seen scene, to shout who the hell had taken over his seat.

Alas, it was the Director of the State House Annexe, Mr Adebanjo Adebayo, who had been at the centre of alleged many unpaid Duty Tour Allowances (DTA) complaints that have been agitating the minds of security operatives, at the National Assembly Lagos Annexe since September 2015 -date; lack of maintenance of offices and vehicles for many months. Observers felt that the action of the Director could be a display of megalomania and braggadaccio of an emperor, who damnlessly run the National Assembly Annexe, Lagos and seeking to impress some-powers- that -be by stirring up a reaction from a popular enemy of the Presidency –this is no doubt a conjecture. The motive of Mr Adebanjo Adebayo remains a matter for research, if it can be confirmed by psychologists that he had no cognitive challenge, any related mild or serious disorder as at the time of this incident. Many feel the chicken has come home to roost. “Wonders shall not end”, they say!

While ordinary Nigerians continue to see the issue as an extension of anti people agenda, which Obasanjo designed through arbitrary increase in prices of petroleum products, on the commonsense logic that a cost of a beer consumed by an average Nigerian worker, was higher than the cost of a litre of petroleum products.

You will agree with me that it is proper and to have indicted Ahmadu Ali before recommending him for prosecution. Notwithstanding this little infraction, the Farouk Lawan committee did their imperfect best. Those indicted should be punished. Ali Ahmadu –Early Life

The celebrated “Ali Must Go” Riot
As a military politician, was appointed Federal Commissioner for Education on Janary 24th, 1975.it is on this post in 1978 that a memo sent by the National University Commission (NUC) under the headship of Prof. Jubril Aminu to withdraw meal subsidy triggered a chain of reactions which left many student dead in what is today known as “Ali must go” riot. The celebrated riot started as a peaceful demonstration but was hijacked by hoodlums –Agberos and things went out of hands. The police had to wade in on the instruction of the Inspector-General of Police. Ali was physically trapped among the rioters who could not recognize him and he miraculously turned what sociologist refered as “a participant observer” .Ali did not issue meme to police to kill student as the riot was spontaneous and Ali did not get to office. He was very lucky to be alive later in the day to gist his family at no 55 Ogunlana Drive, Falomo Ikoyi Lagos. The supreme military council which acted on the the NUC memo did not abandon him until he retired in 1979 and was elected a Senator by his people –the present day Kogi East. He was the one that presented the memo for the creation of current Kogi State at the respective State assemblies of Benue and Kwara State in 1981 respectively.
The Controversial Providence Unique To Ali
Senator Ali, a 3-time Senator chaired different Senate committees like Education, Health and Aviation etc at the three different republics from 1979-1993. When the Abacha junta was under pressure to handover to a democratically elected regime 1996, Ali was one of the choice of the Junta to douse the politically charged atmosphere precipitated by June 12 annulment for which PDM marshaled by the late Shehu Yar’adua political machine was making a political capital. Ali was appointed as the leader of Kogi State delegation to the 1995 constitutional conference. The talismanic, telepathic and invisible Yar’adua group considered Senator Ali a greater threat ahead of the Umaru Dikko pro-establishment group. The late Yar’adua’s political machine took a pre-emptive strike at Ali’s Jugular. Ali kinsman, Dr. Sule Odoma – a then fearless political green horn –was use by the Yar’adua’s political machine to fire the first salvo. He moved a motion asking the Abacha Junta to step aside 1st January, 1996. Ali being an elite class man was caught unaware. But the pre-establishment strategies regrouped and the outcome of the confab stampeded. He was appointed the Director -General of South –South Health Delivery Service in the Fourth Republic. When the fifth republic PDP President Obasanjo could not get the command – structure loyalty from the PDP party Chairmen (Barnabas Gemade, Audu Ogbe ), Obasanjo had to call on Ali –the only political multilingual fellow in Nigerian political history – to ply the political trade only him knows best. At his swearing –in ceremony, he never pretended PDP he was a behemoth of confusion and crises that needed expert diagnosis and treatment. He drew an analogy between the PDP’s malaise and a military medical emergency whereby shrapnel (bullet) has to be carefully removed before from the flesh before the wound could be treated. The elated Obasanjo in his usual characteristic humorous manner regaled the audience that “Ali must not go again, Ali must stay “. Chairman Ali, the greatest survivalist in Nigerian political history completed his tenure as the chairman of the largest party in Black world-first in history; survive Obasanjo malfeasance through Nasir El-Rufai. The whole nation came hard on him when he gave 2 slots of his 25 personal political slots went to his family – wife (Maryam) and son (Ogala). Obasanjo followed the tide and Ali withdrew his wife and son from the boards of both Nigerian Port Authority (NPA) and Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) People forgot that when Tony Anenih was PDP BOT Chair, his wife a minister; Obasanjo daughter Iyabo was a Senator –Detractors forgot that Ali as a party chair was not a public officer for the purpose of Code of Conduct in the fifth schedule of 1999 constitution. Chief Olabode George who benefitted from Ali’s wife’s withdrawal is today a Jail bird.El-Rufai and Ibori who were also used by some invincible hands to checkmate and punish Ali’s larger-than-life chairmanship today are today facing the greatest battles of their lives. Obasanjo too is living on borrowed time as the plethora of corruption indictment against him by Yar’ adua administration was too enormous. The late Yaradua would have had no moral reason, if Yaradua had recuperated, not to incarcerate Obasanjo for his sleazy days through EFCC. This was because Obasanjo had squandered the goodwill which he maliciously and unsuccessfully asked the PDP BOT to ask the ailing Yar’Adua to step aside for the then Vice President, Dr Goodluck Jonathan.
There is no petition or indictment against Ali on corruption any where in the world. But he is always sentenced to death in the court of public opinion based on his unique ideology.
When the issue of constitutional amendments of 2007 came up, Chairman Ali never hid his conclusion of the “rascality” of the contemporary Senators after the entire constitutional amendment proposals were thrown away. The senate rose to the occasion by threatening to delist Ali from the senate register if he fails to retract the adjective – rascals.Ali grouse was that the entire amendment proposal should not have been thrown out because of the euphoria and the hysterics of tenure elongation (a.k.a “The Third Term”). This he did and he owned up to his statement. Today, the 7th Senate is back to the constitutional amendments it (the 6th Senate) threw away just because of a contentious tenure elongation. Is Ali now justified? Where would we have been now if the tenure elongation was shut down and other amendments carried out? What would have happened when the late Yaradua was away in Saudi Arabia and the Vice President could not act? The Senate saw Ali’s diatribe as an expression of frustration by a third term anchorman.
Obnoxious Chairmanship in an Obnoxious Party Structure
Chairman Ali PDP tenure could be regarded as revolutionary –historic membership revalidation where many party members including yours sincerely were deregistered from the party elective congress; the principle of affirmation; conceptualization of colossal mega structure as PDP secretariat to represent the party strength; the lexicon of “ political tsunami and garrison commander”; reversal of many Obasanjo obnoxious policies and decisions by Government arms of the party; enthronement of the middle of the road successive party leadership headed by Vincent Ogbulafor among others.
Chairman Ali, in one of his sober mood at the denouncement of his tenure was reported to have run down the capitalist and inhuman policies of the erstwhile Obasanjo’s regime. This made Obasanjo to rant it as a first hand indictment by Ali- his beneficiary. Ali describes this as press mischief; describing the Nigerian press as having problem of semantics. The whole media community in Nigeria fired from all their cylinders, threatening to boycott any occasion that has Ali as an attendee. The issue died a natural death. Ali was and today remains a press delight. The elite class under Umaru Yara’adua administration tried to push him ashore as Nigerian ambassador but for some mix –ups in diplomatic circles. Ali had to observe a compulsory political sabbatical to gather another momentum until the contentious deregulation, where he is brought in as an ‘arbiter’. Ali raised alarm in 2010 that the Federal Government is the problem of the petroleum ministry. This predated the Farouk Lawan Ad-hoc Committee on fuel Subsidy fund.Hence; the panel has confirmed the old wine. Could Ali then have abandoned the elite class as he approach the octogenarian age- grade? Was he playing to the gallery knowing that a game will be up one day? Why did survive this attack and was allowed to complete his tenure? Today he stands to be justified since he did not resigned and was not directly indicted through any primary investigation but was outrageously recommended for prosecution without a prima facie –this pure bile, impulse and superstition .
People who try others in the court of public opinion and pass their sentences must know that real democracy is speculative, hypothetical and currently non existent. What obtains in the so called democratic climes is parliarchy, is a system of elite rule with public gratifications. All democratic decisions in Uk, Europe, U.S.A etc are those fashioned and approved by different power groupings anchor on the philosophies and dictates of elites. If the democracy really exists, George bush, Tony Blair and Donald Rumsfeld should have be on trial or jailed for Iraqi war crime either through their local jurisprudences or the united nation framework. The Iraqi was based on propaganda of non existent weapon of mass destruction by Saddam Hussein Iraqi, which the successive authorities of the United States and the United Kingdom have established as a Bush -Blair conspiracy promoted by BBC and CNN media network. The direct beneficiaries of this war are the elite defense contractors of the United States who fund Republican Party and those of the United Kingdom who control the Labour party.
I pity the naivety of those who felt Ali is irrelevant as they themselves will need Ali when it is expedient. This is better seen in the light of late Steven Makoji Achema words:
“I can not experience exactly what other people experience, so I have to rely on people for their experiences”
Thus, Ali is an Iconoclast of Nigerian politics. The only things to keep Ali away from Nigerian politics because of his ‘controversial nature’ are laws; the court of law; the complete absence conflict; absence of elite; and when experience is no longer required. Those federally ambitious and upwardly mobile politicians who choose to despise Ali for whatever reason do that at their own peril. No wonder when the dragon of Nigerian politics appeared for Senate screening for ambassadorial postings, in 2008, a cemetery silence overwhelms the hallowed chamber as he mounted the rostrum. Most fire-brand senators who had hitherto murmured one thing or the others against Ali restrained themselves, while few courageous ones quizzed the man with protocol questions dressed in hard case euphemism which Ali easy parried. To me Ali is frank, profound and lacks the swash buckling of Nigerian average politicians. He is very original, logical, and full of scope and never a slogan peddler.
I foresee Aliism creeping into the lexicon of conflict school of political thought. I anticipate endowment of Ali professorial chair for political conflict in any of Nigerian universities or an establishment of Ali Institute of Conflict Studies. Ali is a repertoire of both formal and informal know ledge in conflict. He should be a Mecca-of-sorts to all conflict students from all over the world or students of Nigerian politics.
Ali -Winding Up Of A Dragon
To end this random note on Ali socio-political phenomena, I called on the talismanic and cell-time chairman Ahmadu Ali to use his survival enigma to make Nigerian masses survive the looming deregulation and PDP misrule as a current member or potential chair of the Board of Trustees. By this way, he will become a hero in the political inconsequential public Opinion. Justice Mohammed Uwais too used this political reform assignment to redeem his battered image in Nigerian inconsequential public opinion and now a hero.
Senator Ali sir, your legacies like JAMB, NUC, some1st and 2nd generation federal universities, polytechnics (excluding Kadpoly and Yabatech) and colleges of education, unity schools of 1970s still endure for Nigerian generations yet to come. Besides, you are often referred to as “the Father of youth service”. I doff my hat for you, Chairman Ali; it is about time you take your deserved rest with a saying: “e don do”. I doff my hat for you chairman Ali, Ochada Atta of Igala; knighted with top-echelon Grand Commander Order of Niger. It is about time you take your bow for a well deserved rest from the Nigerian public service while waiting for your turn as PDP BOT chair saying:
“E don do,
I am now
A consultant; a
Farmer at River
Niger valley in Idah”
This should not be construed to mean holding brief for Ahmadu Ali, but to place him in his right context based on the logic of objectivity, rigorosity and exactitude that are the hallmarks of intellectualism. I declare that Ali’s transcending on Nigerian Socio-Political space can be bi-furcated into public service life and corporate life. The dark spot on Ali’s Public service life is the “Ali must go riot” which the government white paper absolved him of any blame The Farouk Lawan’s committee gaffed for recommending Ali for prosecution in the absence of primary indictment, instead of asking the PDP to issue a moral query –meaning you have a question to answer. It is possible they insinuated that PDP would take it as a family affair and would not ask a fair question. Whereas, the corporate life of Ali is mostly spent in party politics – NPN, NRC, UNCP and PDP.
Ali has never pretended to be a progressive. The Nigerian democracy has been wobbly, fumbling, stumbling, no thanks to the actors and the political institutions – including the political parties. The Nigeria political stakeholders comprising the political parties, the politicians, leadership and followership are yet to attain the ethos of democracy as their Western model counterparts. No wonder the intelligent IBB once described the Nigerian Political Parties as “unwieldy; such that personalities are easily subsumed”. In order words, IBB meant that patriotic visionaries in Nigerian political parties risk the ridicule of fools. As Nigerian democracy and party politics grapple towards the highway of globally accepted standards, providence has made Ali one of the inevitable co-travelers.By and large, Ali as a public officer has done his imperfect best, whereas a party chieftain, not recognized in Nigerian 1999 constitution –as amended – as a public officer has neither achieved his best nor done his worst.
While composing this Wade Mecum, I went into a trance; a dragon appeared to me saying “:that Ali is the one to roll back the PDP’s mat from Aso Rock by 2015 as a B.O.T Chairman; that Farouk has been struck by celestial forces protecting the dragon. The same forces that is haunting Nosiru Al-Rufai for pulling down the pantheon built by the dragon for it’s heavenly mentors. A senator has lost his seat for backstabbing the dragon;no youngster dares a masquerade and expect a peaceful night rest .See my G.C.O.N national medal as I am flashing it; I am quitting public service to start a farm at River Niger Valley at Idah – up to Gbobe in Kogi State”.
Honor must be given to whom it is due. No erudite Political or social scientist will dispute that Ali has imparted the Nigerian Political space. Ali as a phenomenon has sprung up a lot of researches that are shaping today’s learning. The imperfect Ali could have been you and me – strictly by opportunity.
This is no historic revisionism but a logical statement of matters of fact. Ali must not die before “the truth must be told” – apology to Muffet. A. Dragon(sorry,Dr)Ali who exhibits the colonial financial meticulousness and discipline of the colonial public servants is not popular among many Igala folks – political hirelings, thugs and the traditionalists – because he does not believe that wholesale charity cures poverty. He believes in economic and intellectual empowerment. Hence he advised Igala youths to take politics as a part time in 2005 when Igala Students Association paid him a courtesy call. This ideology translated to the current day Federal Polytechnic Idah, Unity School at Ugwuolawo, F.C.E Okene among many federal appointments from his personal slot and influences for his kinsmen –from among many that stabbed him in the back.

The extempore speech of Goodluck Jonathan on this day of presidential election campaign to Kogi state in early 2011, no doubt flowed from Ali’s contemporal logic – the recognition of the works of late Peter.S Achimuyu (Snr), S.B Awoniyi are all issues of conservative politics of Ahamdu Ali’s school.The dragon was at his polyglot self on this when he refeered to himself as Onu Otemeje (the emperor),but not without paying tribute to the then Governor Ibrahim Idris with banter as “IBRO NA’ALLAH” –derived from a model economic empowerment programme for Kogi Youths by the former Governor .The camaign tour had no agenda for the then incumbent governor to make speech,while the dragon spoke in all the dialects of kogi state.Former President Obasanjo had to reconise Ali – in his usual characteristic – to pay him homage on his investiture as Umahionu-Igala by the late Atta Ali Obaje (RIP) in early 2000s ahead of the host Governor,Prince Abubakar Audu ;an Igala among other Kogi illustrious sons and others.The Civic Center at the Atta Igala palace was regaled –with disbelief and surprise at unique recognition – as the dragon prostrated in homage of the comical knight Obasanjo.Ali reduces some PDP politicians in Kogi state, who thought they could suspend him for a purported anti- party activity –over Kogi East Senatorial ticket of 2011 –to political pedestrians as he waxes stronger with more influence;more political engagement and increased invicibilities.
The dragon is reported to be responsible for Jonathan’s presidency through nomination for the Vice Presidency, when the erstwhile favoured Peter Odilih kissed the dust before President Obasanjo over a purported anti -third term ticket rumor. Like it or not, Ali is the most decorated politician in Nigerian history. The Ali, a man of extreme fate, is either a starter or a finisher. He completed the ambush of many invincible political machnines and dynasties – the Yaradua’s PDM machine in PDP promoted by Atiku Abubakar, pioneered dystfication of Mr. fix It, Chief Tony Anenih from returning as PDP BOT Chair. 1ST PDP chair to complete a tenure; oversees the withdrawal of students’ meal subsidy; headed PPPRA to manage an all-time deregulation of the petroleum industry; the first politician to be given a second chance by Olusegun Obansanjo, to mention but few. No wonder, during his chairmanship tenure he move around with retinue of security men with spectacles, reminiscent of war time ministers. I suspected he too should be wearing armoured vest, as his aides in those peaceful era because of what obnoxious fate confers upon him by nature. The involvement of Ali’s son Mamman Nassir Ali in the fuel subsidy scandal would not have come at a better time.
The younger Ali; an adult could have exploited the euphoria of “the chairman son’s” to a desperate and irresponsible level. He is personal liable for no performance – he must have dropped his father name and influence to get the PPPRA contract for his company. The senior Ali, the dragon stands free as a part- time chairman of PPPRA.

I recall the pontifications of Aaron Linfold while playing violin for the dragon as he mourns the fallen Ata’Igala, Ali Obaje(RIP),who knighted him as God -knows –what,the Ochada Attah of Igala at the threshold of 1980s :

The Israeli- Palestinian war precipitated multiple skirmishes (both political and diplomacy) resulting to what is known as Middle -East crisis; the crisis originated the Arab/Israeli war of 1967;Israeli attack on Iraqi nuclear facilities in 1988;suicide attack on Israeli citizens and establishment by those aggrieved by the Israeli campaigns; the rise of private Islamic insurgent groups like Al-Qaeda,Hezbollas,Hamas,Fatah,Mujahideen to mention but few.

When the world powers carved a state of Israel in 1948 after the 2nd World War, they never anticipated that the Zionist -ideology -driven state will transmogrify into a bloodshed theatre.The new state was carved to compensate Albert Einstein, whose ingenuity of Relativity Theory, summed up in E=MC2,led to the celebrated Manhattan project, which produced the atomic bomb that was used to win the second world war, when the united states based Jews made the United States to enter the war on the side of the allies(current NATO without Germany) to win the war.

This problem polarized the world into three groups. First the belligerents –the Israel and the Palestine, second the supporters (active and passive) and the onlookers. Let us review the motivations of the groups: it should be recalled that the Biblical Abraham gave birth to Ishmael and Isaac; Isaac gave birth to Esau and Jacob (Israel).Esau reportedly sold his birthright for porridge to Jacob because he was hungry. The intrigues that followed made Isaac t o bless Jacob instead of Esau, the first born. Esau is the progenitor or apical ancestor of philistine (the present day Palestine),while Jacob gave birth to 12 children, who constitute the 12 clans of Israel-Simon,Levi,Reuben,Judah,Isaachar,zebulum,joseph,Gad,Asher,Ephraim,Manasseh sand Naphtali. The stupidity of Esau continues to draw resentment and disparagement from his descendants. This fuelled early rivalries between the Israelis and the philistine involving Samson (Israeli) and the Delilah (philistine).But the two-fold descendants later learnt to tolerate one another before the creation of the Zionist state of Israel in 1948, without adequate consultations with the philistines, who were living there already alongside few Jews.

The supporters: both Islamic and Christians (mostly western world) showed solidarities on the basis religious divinities .Christians hold reverence for the synagogue or the temple of Jerusalem, while the Muslims too defer to the same building as Masjid Al-Alqasa (the third holiest mosque).This led to the occupation of Jerusalem by the Islamists and the counter occupation by the Christian world known as the Crusade. The crusaders were commissioned and knighted by the Catholic Papacy. Now that the imperatives of the military crusade have been overtaken by events, most crusader countries today believe that justice and reconciliation must be pursued within the bounds of international laws, ethics, justice, truth, conscience and humanity. This is the basis of support for the statehood of Palestine by erstwhile diplomats and governments of the crusade group among other objective stakeholders. If a Vatican City built on 44hectres; without natives is a state; where is the position of our conscience if the Palestinians who are more than 1millon people, indigenous to their land; not compatible with the Zionist Israel; not acceptable by Jerusalem government for state integration, not to have a state to call their own? Who is in this world without a state? Whether they are guilty of terrorism or not, Israel does not have right to deprive her of her right of self determination if she meets all the conditionalities.Both Israel and Palestine are obliged to respect international obligations, and be accountable to international communities-united nations, world court –which they are signatories.

While other members of the crusade group believe that since Esau lost his birth right and God called Israelis- within the Biblical reference-“my people”, they are not accountable to anybody; they are beyond reproach; they are infallible; they are invincible; they are super humans. Hence, they ‘can’ operate with impunity and win all wars! Have they won all peace? This is the golden secret that is polarizing the United Nations War Crime Tribunal, United Security Council, United Nation Education and Scientific Cooperation (UNESCO) decisions on Palestinian and Israeli’s questions. Some world leaders like Barrack Obama (USA), Gordon Brown (UK), Nickolas Sakorzy (France), their governments and political parties belong to the Divinity School of Thought. While others who do not subscribe to superstition and ritual attachment belong to the Epistemological (based on logic, truth, knowledge and verifiability) School. In both schools, those with power to effect change are active, while those without the power are passive. The onlookers refer to those who don translate their belief or emotion into physical equivalent on this issue.

The euphoria that greeted the emergence of Obama’s Presidency in Africa continent can not be divorced from the historically established feelings of alienation on the basis of “we- versus- them solidarity”. The Africans who believed in the man of rhetoric, called Obama, should be able to say who is better among George Bush, Bill Clinton and Obama in terms of African centered policies. I believe Bill Clinton is number 1, while Obama will be the last.

It is the African blood, the man of elegant prose that coordinated the opportunistic economic and military assault on Libya, disguised as ‘air cover for endangered civilians’. All African states except South Africa were blinded by ‘Gaddafi nemesis’ syndrome to celebrate NATO impunity and violation of international convention .The United Nations resolution only mandated the NATO armada to stop Libyan Air Force from bombardments but not to take part in the war. The NATO only violated this, but went ahead to supply weapons and technical support to the rebels, which violated the principles of international arm embargo. The worst criminal deserves justice, not mob action driven by impulse, malice, prejudice, sensationalism and hysterics. Fairness demanded that international arbitrating authorities should create a democratic framework for pro-Gaddafi and anti-Gaddafi supporters to rationalize their subjective feelings through the ballot box. This is the position the African union was coasting to until she was stampeded. The United States Government is guilty of supporting terrorism just like Gaddafi. Who funded the Afghanistan Muhajideen insurgency, led by Osama Bin Ladin and Dr Ayman Azawahiri against the U.S.S.R from the launch pad of Peshawar, Pakistan from 1979-19986?Who induced the invasion of Imam Khomeini’s Iran by Saddam Hussein’s Iraq in the early 1980s? .Gaddaffi may have made his mistakes as a benevolent ,materialistic, dictatorial, antithetical, phobic and megalomaniac revolutionary, but his indelible legacies in the archive of posterity include African -most- managed - people -centered economy of Libya; the African Union and boundless charities .His unfulfilled dream is the creation of African version of International Monetary Fund (IMF). AFRICAN UNION MUST IMMORTALIZE GADDAFI!

Our African blood is a pretentious survivalist armed with hard -to -discern fables, oiled with ambiguous statement and public showmanship. I feel that Kenyans (Obama’s reported ‘origin’) should defer to non -African - Safari tourists ahead of their Diaspora son, because they sustain the economy of Kenya, while our Obama’s phenomenon is yet to translate to any economic value the threshold of his tenure. In the same vein, Dr Gabriel Oyibo, the man who discovered the greatest human discovery in New York, called the God Almighty Grand Unified Theorem Theory-field (GAGUT) or Theory of Everything (TOE), with potentialities to solving all the world problems in a flash, was honored by Bill Clinton in 2001 with the U.S Presidential Medal of Science, but our sagacious man in the white house is yet to say “well-done” .This discovery drew envy from the racists because he is a Black. What about George bush who described Dr Philip Emegwali, a talismanic originator of super computer and a historian, “father of modern internet”? Let African government (Nigeria) call these geniuses home for scientific, technological and industrial revolution! IT IS A WIDE- WIDE- WILDERNESS WEST!

The scientific communities approved the scientific solidity of GAGUT,but the political interest groups and private award guilds have closed their eyes pretentiously ,‘block’ their ears to this achievement, which they can not disprove because they alienate themselves from the man,Oyibo,based on envy and racism. This discovery made Oyibo greater than both Albert Einstein and Isaac Newton put together, because this is the equations they fruitlessly tried to solve before their passing.Obama too is taciturnly supporting the conspiracy to destroy GAGUT,else let him make a categorical statement on GAGUT.Obama the survivalist, is akin to a sailor who is most eager to join a coasting ship, which survived the sea storm at the coast, to pour champagne of solidarity and share their glory before the ship anchored to berth. This could be seen in Libya, Tunisia, Egypt and hawkish alliance with European Union etc.He is not in the class of Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King Jnr, George Washington and Sam Adam, John Hancook and other 53 Americans who took critical decision (at the expense of being killed by the British imperial authorities) on July 4th, 1776 by signing g a motion document to end British –American colonialism.

The Divinity School being led by Obama will be saving their faces by abstaining from vote at the United Nations as the Epistemological School is winning more converts and bound for victory. The Divinity School, in spite of their ‘education’ is dancing naked. I believe a new- level literacy called Millennium Literacy should be taught to these world leaders, to help them at taking balance decisions; to ‘stand down’ when the game is technically over.

I am of the opinion that we (the whole world) are guilty over Israeli-Palestinian debacle. Instead of going down to the fundamentals of the fratricides, we attached emotion based on Christianity, Islam, Zionism, divinity and political history; we choose to attach solidarity to either Israel or Palestine as “our people” and the others “outsiders”. Our solidarity was never driven by the logic of humanity, conscience, egalitarianism and fundamental human rights. In the same manner, the Palestinians and their supporters felt alienated by the action of Israel and waged resistances; Israel too alienated herself from Palestine, hence takes proactive measures against them. The missing link in the quest for peace is the disappearance of “we” solidarity, driven by the spirit of humanity on both sides, and the growth of “them”-polarizing spirit. This is the basis of self- Alienation theory of Israeli- Palestine conflict. This is the road not taken in the peace process over the ages.Thus,the Israelis should know that God would have made them palestinians;to the Palestinians ,the almighty would have made them the Israelis. The oppressor, the oppressed, their supporters and the terrorists need our sober help.

The greatest challenge that confronts the working class, families and most governments is the protection of a girl-child. The greatest threats to girl child are her social groups, poverty, social media (including online forum), pornography and absence of girl-child training (organized) plans by the parent.

The most challenging stage in a girl-child life is the stage of puberty. According to psychologists, the libido -sensual organ- responsible for pursuit of pleasure depart the anal region at puberty, where pleasure is derived from passing excreta, to phylum(vagina or penis region ) stage .This development is characterized by the desire to experiment with sex. All her bodily organs like central nervous system, parasympathetic nervous system, clitoris, womb and other sense organs are activated and coordinated for sexual arousal. This is the most challenging period of the girl-child upbringing.
The period between the start of puberty and when the girl becomes the adult can be referred to as mainly when the girl-child character Is moulded.Her case is even worsen if she was exposed to sexual abuse or pornography before she attains puberty. All these pre-puberty experiences indelibly stick to her memory just as Prophet Mohammed described the strength of this pre-puberty memory as similitude of marking a rock stone with ink. Hence, the life (including tutelage) she live before sexual personality; the life at puberty mostly deter mine her personality which she m ay carry through out her lifetime .At post puberty, her character is already moulded.It will be an uphill task to change her; this take extra efforts. But the good news is that human being is dynamic –with ability to change her behavior through determination.

Most parents in their ‘wisdom’ put the girl-child in an enclosure or in door or physically monitor their girl children, so that they will not be sexually abused. But they fail to develop them (children) mentally and spiritually. When the mental faculties are developed with positive ideologies, etiquettes, morals, then little physical measure I s required. Whereas, when the faculties are not developed, physical measure becomes cosmetic; it is akin to fetching water into a porous basket or filter.

It is against the foregoing background, that I am presenting you the recipe to assisting the girl child at coping with the implosion of puberty, and the dynamics of post adolescence social relationships. It should be recalled that some girls are prostituting based on their weird ideologies (driven by weird logics), while other will never negotiate their pride for a$1m USD.
