Hello Bobomaigida,

1.My programme is 1 year.
2.My tuition is $8,350 CAD
3. YES
From Nov 2021-August 2022
I didn't submit any bank statement except the fixed deposit certificate.

Sorry for the refusal, you need to apply for GCMS notes from CBSA to know the detailed reasons, however, to have a better insight into your application pls,

1. How long is the programme?
2. How much is the tuition per year?
3. Are you self-sponsored?
4. How long did you hold the FD in your account?
5. Did you have any lump sum deposits?

If you are able to provide these answers, the house can advise you .
I used a fixed deposit letter.

Yes I uploaded the fixed deposit certificate.

I have access to the money at any point in time.

No I did not submit MBS.

You used a fixed deposit letter ? That's all ?
Did you upload the fixed Deposit certificate?
Was the fixed Deposit contract completed ? I mean right now , do you have access to the money ?
Also did you submit MBS ? If yes how much ?
Dear Gurus,

I need help on the below refusal reasons that came on the 29th of September:

• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

• Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.

I already ordered my GCMS notes since August 9, but NO update from IRCC yet.

NOTES:
I did not pay any tuition deposit

I used a fixed deposit letter of N17m plus in my application.

Thank you, as I awaits your contributions.

@Bepostive11/Other Gurus

Please, can you throw more light on this condition.

Thank you.

Yes, you need to inform IRCC since it's more than 150 days.
Hello NL family/Gurus,

Is it better to await request for updated LOA from IRCC especially when one's eligibility request has started OR forward the NEW LOA to them before requesting?

Thanks for the anticipated responses.

Hello House,

Is there any implications for checking one's portal frequently because I read somewhere that there is no need of doing that because one will get a message via mail.

Thank you.

This implies that your eligibility has started.

Peace.

Fehgur:

Please how do you know when your eligibility review has started? Do you get a message? What does it say on your dashboard? Mine says “We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility
requirements.” is it the same on your own?

Hello Gurus,

Does it make sense to keep bombarding IRCC with mails If one's Eligibility review just started (Aug 14th)?

Since Eligibility timeframe varies.

Thanks for the response makano

If you can proof your relationship with your late Sister(their late mum) and show proofs that you have been the one taking care of them since the demise of your sister, that will really help.. Submitting just her documents wont be enough, you as a guardian, you must also have documents attach to your name...(If you You can show evidences of how you have been taking care of these children since when they lost their mum, probably, school fees receipts paid by you or any of your responsibility on these Kids..

Also make sure their is enough fund not just to take care of your studies in Canada but also funds that will be sufficient to take care of these Kids... Remember you have taken guardianship of these kids, and this must reflect all though your application....

Peace
Hello KikkyQ & Other Gurus,

I need an advise.

I submitted an application for study permit on the 30th of April 2021, afterwards I submitted both bio-metrics & Medicals.

I got NSE request (which has elapsed) but Ignored.

I have IELTS (General) result that meet the NSE benchmark that will expire December this year but because my bank is not on the MBS platform (the major reason for ignoring the NSE request).

Eligibility review has not commenced till date.

Please, is it advisable to submit such request now?

Thanks in anticipation.
