Romance / Re: Yoruba Girls Love Igbo Guys A Lot by olovezej(f): 1:38pm On Aug 31, 2009
I've seen it happen! Once worked wit a yoruba man, he said their women don't r prone to promiscuity, NO B ME TALK AM O. He would av preferred an Igbo, that was lagos. In Osun, d girls say they'd prefer igbo that they r generally more hardworkin, provide for them, and r not easily given to polygamy. Twas even a thing of pride there to date or marry an Igbo babe. Imagine many mothers were connectin their daughters to Igbo guys!

The truth is d Yorubas have a thing 4 Igbos but most are afraid of bein left on the long run cos of lack of parental consent. Enough said!

One tested and trusted product with both kojic acid and licorice extract is DR (daggett and ramsdell) lightening soap and milk. It works.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: What Kind Of Job Do You Want? ( Say It Here) by olovezej(f): 7:00pm On Aug 30, 2009
I want a career in an NGO or the Oil and Gas industry. I'm a fresh graduate of Environmental Technology (2.1) from a prestigious school. I also have NISP HSE certifications and I'm a member of professional organizations. I've had a stint in water treatment systems, research and banking. Contact: Oloveze@yahoo.com. Thanks.

It is well! Fellow nairalanders.

If you couldn't attain a certain grade, don't feel hateful and take it out on others. If you worked hard and made 2.1 or 1st class, it's a thing of glory to God, and if sorted your way 2 dat, ha! ha! ha! There r interviews dat'll expose you remember? Come to think of it, it's easy to make it for God's sake, is it not to read ur course contents and score 'A' or even 'B'? However 2.2 can load up on professional certifications, train and retrain urself so as 2 compete strongly with anybody. Enough said!
Career / Hse Professionals by olovezej(f): 3:48pm On Aug 30, 2009
Despite doing all d trainings and being a member of d body, getting a job in this field has not been easy for fresh  people without industry practical experience. It's always 3-5yrs experience when u see openings. God dey.
