Car Talk / Re: How To Maintain A Car You Want To Park For Long by oluajana(m): 7:01am On Mar 08, 2017 |
Cutehector: Don't pray for 'any kind of car' but a good one. Problematic car could frustrate and worsen your lifestyle and everything about you. It is better not having a car at all than a problematic car. 4 Likes |

tripoli007: For clarification sake, that flyover was designed by fayemi administration. It was one of his campaign promises. Infact, the bill board showcasing it was mounted directly opposite Christ Girl secondary school, Ado ekiti. I remember olatunbosun ( ekiti Apc spokesman) called it one of the ' legacy projects'. I have not been to EKITI in recent times but I know the flyover starts from fajuyi round about and ends a bit after okesa round about. I knew this from fayemi campaign billboard of 2014 election. |

Politics / Re: Fayose Splashes N50m On 6 Ekiti Communities For Development Purposes(Pics) by oluajana(m): 5:20am On Nov 12, 2016 |
Most comments here depicts ignorance. Ekiti State Community and Social Development Agency (ESCSDA) is a World Bank project that take cares of grassroot development. Under the programme,a community identifies a core priority infrastructural need within it and embark on self help approach by contributing an equity sum of d project, then apply for further assistance to the World Bank through the agency. The governor was just there on ceremonial basis. it is World Bank and community project. kindly read this part again ' presented cheques worth N50m through Ekiti State Community and Social Development Agency (ESCSDA) to representatives of 6 Ekiti Communities for various self help projects already embarked upon in the selected communities.' I was once a secretary of a community who benefitted from such assistance during fayemi era. |

My state of depression is on d high side. Imagine a graduate of sociology in 2008 could not lay claim to a work experience except NYSC. Too bad that it took me over a month to get #100 to buy a data bundle to post this comment as I have been on freebasics mode for almost 3 months I have attempted suicide on 2 occasions cos of fruitless job hunting. I have been deserted as people around me now see as a liability or a kinda failure. I am just fed up |

This is an irony of life.Whenever OBJ infringed on someone right or liberty during his second term, it was the same El-Rufai and co that would come out to defend such illegality. Now that history has caught up with him, let him keep quiet and stop disturbing us with his plight. Was he not the same person that sold the ‘crawling servant leader’ with reckless abandon? |
Politics / Re: Ghana's Plan To Chase Out Nigerians - Classifies Ecowas Citizens As Expertrates by oluajana(m): 1:24pm On Oct 08, 2009 |
What a selfish nation? If Nigeria was as self centred as her, where would her citizens of 1980s ran to when they were confronted with severe hardship? The Ghanian government should learn how to be its brothers keeper and know that a tree can never make a forest. |

If others are guilty of the same offences, then they must bear the same consequences. If not, Sanusi will need to convince me that the sack of 5 CEO is not a vendetta. |

Politics / Re: Ekiti To Build International Airport by oluajana(m): 11:50am On Sep 01, 2009 |
Wait! Are all roads in the state motorable? Is Ekiti schools schoolable? Is electric light in Ekiti now steady? How many productive industries are in the state? Is shelter problem especially in the state capital solved? Are Ekiti youths now have places to earned befitting income? Hope Ekitiketes no longer worry about what to eat? I guess Ekiti hospitals and health facilities must be accessible, functional and of international standard? But well treated pipe borne water now run in every house in Ekiti? Above all, property and lives are secured in fountain of knowledge. If answers to all these posers is YES coming from the agrarian, petty traders, unemployed youth, students or civil servants that constitute more than 90% of the state’s population and not the politicians and few bourgeoisies that constitute less than 10% of the state’s population, then the project is justifiable. However, if it is NO from the common man, then let a responsible government a bow and embark on a meaningful projects that will be beneficial for all. |

Politics / Bad Loans: What Is The Way Forward? by oluajana(m): 12:07pm On Aug 19, 2009 |
Most of our billionaire-debtors controlled the economy. What can the done to save their businesses and the Nigerian banks? For I am sure that most of the securities pledged as collaterals for these facilities will be their companies’ assets and for banks to recover funds from them may implies liquidating these collaterals. Liquidation of these securities has a serious negative effect on our dwindling economy. The effect bothered on mass retrenchment/unemployment, complete dependence on importation thus weaken the FOREX, higher inflation rate among others, which all lead to abject poverty for the common man. What can our sickler servant-leader and the activist CBN helmsman do save our economy from collapse? I am particularly confused, I want suggestions. |
Politics / Re: Central Bank Releases Names Of Debtors To Stressed Banks by oluajana(m): 10:47am On Aug 19, 2009 |
Jimoh Ibrahm was actually right when he said there is no rich man in Nigeria. He said the so-called billionaires are nothing but glorified debtors to banks. He mentioned himself, Aliko Dangote, Femi Otedola and others as debtors to banks but billionaires to people. He was indeed right when some people in this house and other media abused him for labelling Dangote’s name as debtor. Truly, there is no rich man in Nigeria. |
