Politics / Re: Get Ibori Dead Or Alive, Jonathan Orders Onovo by omamokta: 11:30am On Apr 22, 2010
The Acting President is aware of what Ibori can do with his ill gotten wealth, that is why he is doing everything to cage him. Its another way of consolidating the presidential powers. He might not get Ibori but he will be on the run and wont have time to plan anything against 2011. Its politics.

I still remember that cool evening after my ssce, my mother called me to her room. I thought i ve done something wrong. She asked me to sit down that there is something very important to discuss with me. She started with riddles like " as you make your bed, She is very religious and was cautious of her words. But i got one message, that am old enough to father a baby. I was shy my mum could tell me things like that but it helped me. Today am happily married with two kids and another on the way. Up Mama

Politics / Re: Efcc Can’t Find Ibori by omamokta: 3:02pm On Mar 30, 2010
For Goodluck to consolidate on governance, Ibori should be in jail. He sees himself superior to the Acting President, he wants to be next vice president come 2011. He wants to be the highest politician from the south-south at the expense of the incumbent. This is a man with a lot of criminal charges, some still in the court. Its time the Acting President send the leaders of "the Cabal" to gallows for their "sin". This will serve as a deterrent to other. Just like the saying, "Kill the mother spirit and the children will scamper for safety.

Politics / Re: Kidnappers Want ₦30m For Commissioner’s Daughter by omamokta: 2:39pm On Feb 11, 2010
There is an igbo adage that states, if one finger is soiled with palm oil, it will spread to the other four. Kidnapping for ransome started at the Niger Delta with their target being the expatraites, this made the oyibos become careful of their movements. Some were given police protection, others ran back to their countries. When the militants could not see oyibo to kidnap, they turned their attention to those with enough money, either politician, businessmen etc. They were paying serious money, most of the politicians especially those at the niger delta relocated their loved ones to Abuja. Trust my brothers from the other divide, they can smell money from a distance, they started theirs on business scale. So many armed robbers abandoned their profession for a less risky job. We thought it was a south east/south affair, before one could recover from the trauma, another Oyibo was kidnapped at Kaduna. There was a lot of kidnapping at Markudi etc. We thought it would not get to the west because they dont like money, as its only the Igbos that love money. When it got there, it was tsunami of a sort, a traditional ruler was kidnapped with his son, a rector and his driver were kidnapped aswell. They were been taken to their hideout in a bus when the unfortunate happend, some of them died. Now another commissioner's daughter is kidnapped at Ondo. It is a national calamity tha eserves national attention else one will try kidnapping Oga pata pata. God forbid!

Politics / Re: Aondoakaa And Akunyili Clash Over Yar’Adua by omamokta: 11:55am On Feb 09, 2010
How do i begin? Replying Aondakaa for calling Information minister a cheap hero, one who is not abreast of what is happening in the country? Its rather unfortunate the kind of people running our country. His being in the office as minister for justice is rather a horrible experience for Nigerians. His handling of corruption charges against some ex-governors whose interest he is protecting smacks at our general intelligence. Talking about whose cupboard skeletons will be found, he better stop that cos he has skeletons at every space around him, whether human skeleton, skeleton of monkeys, donkeys, dogs, cats, fishes and everything you can think of, they can be found without going to his cupboard cos that will be too far, from his pockets, shoes, stockings, wig, cars, wardrobe etc. We have not forgotten the Siemens saga, how he collected money from some business men for protection. I can go on and on and on but i have better things to do. He should know that Madam Dora became a HERO whilst at NAFDAC not at FEC, If he wants to be one, he better change cos he will be judged by posterity.
Politics / Re: Nuzo For House Of Representatives 2011. The Revolution. by omamokta: 1:22pm On Feb 05, 2010
Hi NUZO, my candid advice is, you should transmit this message to the people at the grassroot, they are the ones to vote you in. Forget about carrying out the campaign online because am very sure those people to vote you in are not 100% computer literate. most of us replying you can not render even a single vote for your cause. Yes its good you create awareness but creating awareness for the wrong people will be tantamount to waste of energy and resources. Besides, you should ve stated your party. Good luck
Politics / Re: What Is Wrong With Ebonyi State? by omamokta: 1:56pm On Jan 04, 2010
I did not want to respond to this question but my conscience could not allow me. This is because if i dont do alot of people will be decieved. Firstly, all fingers are not equal, secondly Ebonyi state is the youngest state in the south-east. Thirdly Ebonyians made up of old Enugu(Abakaliki zone) and Old Abia(Afikpo zone) are victims of marginalization in their old states. This is the main aim of the agitation of state creation, government impacts were not felt in the old Abakaliki zone. Their entitlements were taken by their oppressors, this made them stagnant in terms of material and human development. It is on record that a lot of people claiming Ebonyi state indigene are not from Ebonyi state, a lot of schlolarship opportunities were traded to the highest bidders. Their job chances were sold, given to other people because nobody was speaking for them. If you check through our security services, you will understand what i mean.
Lastly ONYE-NGBU let me remind you that it was what your fathers and grand fathers did to Ebonyi Indigenes that made them lag behind but i have one promise for you. With what is obtainable in Ebonyi and Anambra States presently, Anambra cannot see the brakelight of Ebonyi state in the next ten to fifteen years both in term of material and human development. Thank God, there was somebody in the name of SANI ABACHA that liberated the Ebonyians from the claws of evil men who were tormenting them. Rest in peace ABACHA

Politics / Re: Abacha’s Was Best Govt Nigeria Had – Arthur Eze by omamokta: 11:38am On Dec 23, 2009
No government has ever favoured Arthur 1000 like the military regime, i dont think successive ones will be better from his perspective, he was a lord in the whole south east. He nominated the whole governors in the south east, he was in charge of Abacha 4 presidency in the southeast,i dont know of other parts of the country. He doled money to students and youths in Enugu to support Abacha, though Abacha could not make it and Artthur 1000 cried like a baby even on the telly. Who said he who pays the piper does not dictate the tune?

Car Talk / Re: Brand New Kia Cerato Vs Used Japanese by omamokta: 11:20am On Nov 20, 2009
Hi, i will always go for Japanese cars whether used or new anytime, anyday, fortunately i ve used a brand new Kia Optima and the service it rendered wasnt satisfactory, i travel a lot by road and am one that cares much about my car, before i could use this car up to a year six months, i ve changed the shock absorbers, the brake pads and even the clutch plate under two years. Right now am using a tokunbo camry 2000 model, it has made my journey very easy, i ve used it for two years now apart from servicing it, i ve not done anything serious on the car and whenever i want to change the car, the second hand value will still be there. I doubt if korean cars have second hand value.
