I would advice u dont deal with any of them. TRUCARDS as far as i am concern are scam. I tried it way back n my experience was terrible. They will just collect your fund and you will never hear from them. I even tried calling their Nigerian contact number and the lady that picked up said she doesnt know anything about them.
