Anytime I'm in PH I pity Rivers state as a whole, to think that she is the only livable place in the entire state.
I think the main problem with Rivers state is their over ethnic consciousness. For example, an average ikwerre man cares less even if other parts of Ikwerre land is developed so far a fellow ikwerre man is in power. Oyigbo man doesn't just give a Bleep as an Ogoni and okirika doesn't smell the government seat even if it means no attention in their land with the ikwerre led government.
The easiest way to know that you are in Rivers state or portharcourt is the constant affirmation of your ethnicity by locals.

PORT HARCOURT, kano, kaduna, Calabar and Enugu started out almost the same time as either provincial centres or regional centres, but today you dare not put Enugu on the same list of development with those cities. Height of propaganda, apart from the fact that most of these pictures are at least 10yrs old(presently a mess), another important thing to point out is that 95% of these pictures are just government house precinct and Bissala road which houses the government house and pictures are taken from almost one spot from 1000 dimensions/directions to confuse people. 90% of Enugu is a total mess. From Agbani road to Awkunanaw to Ogui to Asata to Achara layout to coal camp, etc, the list is endless.

Not only are they inexperienced but you can see that the project is BADLY managed. They are not even 50% done. This is a project that started in February 2017. Dont mind these people. Enugu is an overhyped town. Aside the government house precinct which the poster above is posting from different angles, 90% of the town is a mess. Ph, Kano, Kaduna were capitals and contemporaries of Enugu in the 50s and 60s and 70s, but today they have all left Enugu far behind as a mere civil servants state with nothing to offer except poor infrastructures, low GDP, poverty inflicted population, etc. No major industrial presence, no major commercial presence, just poor civil servants roaming all over the place.
