Good day, been denied a b2 visa and then a b1/b2 visa in March and May consecutively. Denied at 1st cos i was nervous during the interview and under section 214b while i was denied the 2nd time because they recommend a wait period of 90days after 1st denial before you can reapply. My husband has a valid b1/b2, and my brother is currently a permanent resident in the us. I just discovered am 15weeks pregnant and intend going back to the embassy after 3months of my 2nd denial stating of my interest in having my baby in the us. I can afford d bills, got a good job in Nigeria so does my husband and have no intention in residing in the us. Please how can i proove all this to the visa officer? I really just want to have my first child in the us, that is all i want. Also, want to find out is my brother being a legal permenent resident reason for my denial? Will appreciate a swift response.
