If u can't pay the token, why not appreoach the other viewing centers? By the way no one is gonna eat their 1000 naira fee. I understand your point. But the very first person to suffer in it is we the poor citizens that has not security attatched to us. U see how many died in the last bayelsa election but no single political leader was killed. Not for any reason but we been influenced by hunger and poverty.
