In addition to this, note not to trust even business account, most especially Paga accounts that what most of this scammer use to make it look real and gain your trust.

I am a victim. One idiot flagging on WhatsApp to be selling PS games, TV set and so on. With this details below

Hello, yes, we have an online calculator(pricing tool) that can be used to get estimated shipping cost of your items, when using it, you are to fill in all details correctly as the cost you will be getting will be based on what you have provided. We charge based on the chargeable weight i.e the higher between the actual weight and dimensional weight of the items which is the weight it will occupy in the cargo it will be conveyed with. When items are delivered to the warehouse, we take proper measurement(weight and dimensions) of the items and update accordingly.
In a case whereby you have doubts about the measurements, you can request for a reweigh(whereby we retake the measurements of the items and provide you with pictures while this is done), this will be done within 24 working hours.
Also, with our combine and save option, you get to buy more items from different online stores, we consolidate them so you can pay for it to ship as one package.

Your company always love it to waste my time when I want to pay... Shipment 38 owns the Batteries you diverted to shipment 37. I bought the laptops and the Batteries together, I only requested the seller to pull out batteries from the laptop to retain power.

So I don't know where your company come about the price for items in shipment 37. Look into it clearly.

Since you seems not to understand English via private mail. Maybe we meet on Nairaland and other social media where you will understand English and do the needful and I finally quite from the inconsistent service of yours.

Package all my laptops together and let me pay and leave your company for good...

Attend to my final order with your company and let me pay then I logoff your service.

Shoptomydoor just want me to post another issue here with the new agent that seems not to understand ENGLISH. I sent 3laptops to the warehouse and the system automatically updated the price of the laptops to be 50$ and the freight fee was 51.57$(including the duties) and i updated the original invoice which was 40$ assuming the shipment will be reduced via the custom duty so i can pay for the package, in less than 6hrs SHOPTOMYDOOR Updated the invoice and GBAM the shipment turns 75.51%. I email to notify them and one Rukayat called me telling me they cant add to the shipment and we had series of arguement, then I email them to check into it, later thesame Rukayat emailed me the same thing she said like it was practiced...


Still resolving the issue my other package came in and SHOPTOMYDOOR did the worst again, they splitted the package into 2 delivery 38 and delivery 37 and i raise alarm again and all the could give was that the laptop batteries are lithuim... but my surprise is that the package it with the first laptop which i am confused now as the first 3 laptops are also lithuim (since the batteries can be packaged with them) i then requested to speak with Mr Segun or Chizobam or Funmi cus i beleive these three people understand English and also give reasonable explainations...[color=#006600][/color]

Shoptomydoor should work on her customer service team, train and re-train them. that all i have to say and i want the issue to be looked into and package all my laptops in same box so i can pay...
