If Nigeria was wise it would project it's money into building infrastructure for natural resources first which would raise the standards of living and bring in better foreign exchange then see where that leads to instead of budgeting money for projects like the 4th mainland bridges and the rest which would end up bringing unnecessary fossil fuels burning and more traffic gridlock.
