ollah1: Haba, I couldn't have said that. It's like this: list all the available functions on the high end phone and count how many of those functions you have used (plus the once you can possibly use). It is like someone residing in Lagos and buying a Ferrari for his everyday runs. How can you enjoy such a car with all the bad roads and traffic gridlock? So, same advise goes to the op. |

Sé it is to browse and make calls? The infinix will even give d advantage of enjoying the affordable glo N1k subscription. The infinix has never hanged in my four months of usage (2gb ram). The picture quality is presentable anywhere. I said it somewhere that I dropped an S5 for Infinix Hote Note. If yours runs on lollipop 5.1, then do not waste money, cos I'll regret it at the end. Infinix Hot Note is a 8/10 any day or time. 2 Likes |

Jokes Etc / Re: Very Funny:- See The Question This Frustrated Customer Is Asking Gtbank by papadjaji: 10:00pm On Nov 18, 2015 |
That card in your hands give you the opportunity to pay for transactions any time or day. You can use it to draw cash from any GT location in the country at your convenience. That charge is the cost of having access to such convenience. It's like entering danfo from mile 2 to ojota without paying any fare |
Jokes Etc / Re: Bankers In The House, Kindly Answer This Question by papadjaji: 9:53pm On Nov 18, 2015 |
Do you know you that your card has round the clock access to over 600 GT ATMs? Do you know it can access several hundreds of POS machines? Do you know you can use that card to make payment for oversea transactions any time or day? And do you think they do not spend money to give you all these payment access? You can drop the card if you don't have need for it. But if you do, then be ready to enjoy the cost of carrying a card. NB: I don't use the bank but I have just a card and I know the value I get from it. |

My sermons exactly! We have gone beyond who gets what post like some undesirable elements are clamoring for. What development accrue to us as a people should be the talk on the table. I don't give 2 phucks who occupies what post. Politicians are why we remain poor and undeveloped. I'll talk politics the day people start to think of collective interest. That way, it will not matter who gets there but the deliverables expected from whoever finds himself there. 4 Likes 1 Share |

I have an urge to read your post a second time but I'm afraid I could end up doing same 10 times and still not get the gist of your post. Do you have a problem with tecno c8? Or is it the after sale services? I am officially a non-samsung user if you may know. I used the tab 2 & 3, note 3, a5 & s5. But I am happily using the infinix hot note. Why? Cos the beauty of the amala and ewedu is in the ... Firstly, most users of big phones in this country do not have the money to get adequate data subscription that will allow for optimal usage of such phones. Secondly, why waste money when the mid class phone can give you all you need? Please tell me, apart from calls, accessing the internet, FB, WhatsApp and like apps, occasional photos, moderate gaming, what else do you do on your phone? Lastly, I want to encourage you to drop that "I must belong" mentality and be a real person. I personally don't like tecno, but this infinix hot note running on lollipop 5.1 is killing me with awesomeness. For the records, I am enjoying glo N1k 3gb on one sim and yellow unlimited N1.5k on the other sim. All monthly. What more can I ask for? 1 Like |

Òmò, first things first. We should know how many we are as Nigerians. Then, with govts that provide proper laidout shelter, working health care, basic amenities like pipe borne water, good roads, unfailing security, usable education... Then, we can venture into understanding various technologies. After understanding comes decision to use. If Yaradua had succeeded, no one might be left to tell the stories in w/Africa. You can imagine the politics/corruption that would have gone into that project. At that point, something must go wrong. Just use your imagination if something that dangerous happens,... 1 Like |

Car Talk / Simple Phone Gadgets For Driving Safety by papadjaji: 1:54pm On Aug 23, 2015 |
I was driving in Lagos this Sunday afternoon and witnessed a motorist being chased and pulled over by two police motorcycles. What was the issue? He was driving and making a phone call. You know, to avoid unpleasant situations while driving, there is one or two devices that comes in handy. Firstly, it will help you (and other road users) from having avoidable road accidents. Secondly, you will not fall a victim of the police. The first is car phone mount and the second is car Bluetooth FM transmitter. While the car mount may or may not be necessary, the FM, Bluetooth is a must! Its is very simple to use and very affordable. How it works? Select a free FM frequency on your car stereo, plug the transmitter in the car cigarette port and tune to the same FM frequency on your car stereo. Next, put on your phone Bluetooth. Search for the car kit (your FM, Bluetooth transmitter) and pair both devices. Once the above is done successful, you will be able to play audio files from your phone and still receive your calls via the car stereo. How does that sound? Please pass on the message if you believe its helpful.

Subscribers of DSTV Compact plus have been robbed from watching prime EPL matches. Before now EPL prime soccer matches, match day review and analysis are solely shown on SS3. But to our biggest surprise, at the commencement of the EPL 2015/2016 season, all the prime soccer matches, match day review and analysis are now solely on SS5. note that SS5 is not available to compact plus subscribers. Therefore, those of us that are going the extra mile just to view a few EPL star matches can no longer do so. Even though we pay N9,420. Why is the Nigerian consumer always as voiceless as a slave? If nothing is done, DSTV will compel everybody to go on premium bouquet. Wether you have the money or not. It happened in week 1, other weeks are likely. To remain same. Do something Nigerians |

Technology Market / MTN True Talk Plus Is Looking Like A Scam by papadjaji: 5:53pm On Jul 30, 2015 |
I migrated to MTN True Talk plus in mid June. The deal was, N5 daily access fee and 11k per second to any network in Nigeria. I calculated that the daily access fee in a month isn't up to the price of a beer (N5 x 30 days = N150). I sent the code to 131 and got confirmation that my line has been migrated. You will not believe it that i was silently migrated back to my old tariff plan. I wouldn't have known if not that the notification of amout charged after each call gave them away. The notification started with "your MTN zone balance is... ". I called the CC and it was restored. After some weeks, i noticed that they have migrated me to default where I am being charged almost 25kobo / sec. It is more worrying because at the end of each call, the usual alert will just give you the time used and amount charged. No mention of the name of your tariff plan. For real, When you have a reduction in call rate, you will not bothered about how long you spend on a call. Please guys, can you image how much MTN would have made from unsuspecting Nigerians? Why were we not notified that we where being migrated away to some other tariff plan? The CC girl was talking to me in a condescending manner. Telling me i never was on True Talk bla bla bla. When i offered to send her all the text confirming i was on True Talk Plus, she then said she can see it from another software that i was correct. MTN NG, please tell Nigerians on True Talk Plus what current status is. I'm thinking of porting to Etisalat easy blaze or something. Ah, we don suffer. 2 Likes |
