IS PLASTIC NATIONAL ID CARD OUT FOR EVERYONE?

Little did I know about some years ago, when I needed to verify my account, and the National Plastic ID Card was required from me. I was so confused because the plastic ID requested was not being provided by the government, then how do you expect me to cope when what was given to us was the slip.

Politics / 6 Reasons Why You Should Register Your Business With CAC, No.4 And No.6 Will Sho by PGIsrael(m): 8:24pm On Mar 25, 2022
6 Reasons why you need to register your business with CAC, no.4 and no.6 will shock you

I will like to quickly show you what CAC is. What is the corporate affairs commission? It is a body of the Nigerian government, responsible for the regulation and management of companies, businesses, and any form of organization in Nigeria. It was introduced in 1990, with the passing of the companies and allied matters.

To cut the long story short, I know it is in your mind that, why should I register my business with CAC? Yes, there are lots of reasons I want to show you on why you should register your business with CAC.

1.REPUTATION WITH CLIENTS

If your firm isn't officially registered, a potential client may suspect it of being a night operation, but if your firm or business is registered with CAC, there won't be any suspicion.

2. OBTAINING LOANS

If you struggle to make sales and you need money to establish your business, let me quickly tell you these, Dangote who is now a billionaire today, started his business by collecting a loan of 500k, now is which one of the secrets of getting big loans easily is to the station of your business with CAC
When your business is registered with CAC, you can easily approach any bank to borrow loans or you can easily collect loans and grant from the government. Another thing is, you will have access to collect draft from government and with that, you can boost your business.

3. CORPORATE ACCOUNT

When you get your business registered with the Nigerian government, you can open a corporate account in the bank. One person asked me one day; how can I open a business account in a bank? in the sense that, when he registers his business with CAC, will he be able to open a corporate account. Of course, you will, when you are registered, you will get a business number that can be used in a bank to open a business account in a bank which will make your transaction easy.

4. HIRE GRADUATES

Do you know that when you register your business with CAC, you can hire graduates to work for you, that means you can hire professionals to work for you when you are registered.

5. GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS/ SUPPLIER ARRANGEMENTS

As a registered business owner, you are eligible for supplier discounts, that you wouldn't get if you an unregistered entity. Your business/firm frequently gets special pricing. Registration of your business is also one of the first prerequisites if you want to acquire a government contract for your firm. You can easily get a contract from the government when your business is registered.

6. CONTINUITY

When your business is registered, you will continue to operate even if the owner dies or becomes unwell. Because a registered business is a separate legal entity someone else can take over ownership and control of it or it can be sold, neither is achievable without first registering.
