Edmonton is the capital city of the Canadian province of Alberta.

You can use your valid TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) to enter Canada through Edmonton Airport (YEG) or any other Canadian airport.

You don't need a special visa to enter Canada through Edmonton (YEG) airport.

Also, I believe you will only go through customs at your first entry point.

Please how do I sort out my hotel reservation issue. I didn't receive any Hotel Reservation mail during the process of my application. And the uploaded HRS file on the old portal is not downloadable. I have already picked up my passport. Please I also sent a mail to you.

Yes you can pickup in person. Go with photocopy of your int’l passport n write your tracking number on it. Time is 12-2pm but I will advise you go early to get slot, the queue can wait time can be frustrating.

Thanks a lot for this. Apparently, one can't book in the middle of the night. I tried booking now (this morning) but the OTP generation is even slow.

Check the email you used to received your OTP even on vfs website once you have successfully booked appointment you can see it on your profile.

Please, does it take time to receive a confirmatory note or email after choosing appointment date on VFS website as I have not received one? I already went past the OTP stage and I chose an appointment date from one the dates marked green.

-Receipt of payment of transmission fee
N9,410 (you will pay this fee if you didn't capture biometrics at Abuja VFS)

-A paper with your contact details: name, phone number, email address, home address.

Also note that you’ll have to pay vfs to deliver your passport to your desired location if you can’t pickup yourself in Abuja.

His perception of, let the person come show him in person the LMIA and job before he believes, people would leave several prairies and provinces and what have you. Both peeps who stay in Yukon , Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Winnipeg , Edmonton would take their LMIA and job offers to him and say "oh I got it from job bank" or "this is the LMIA I got from indeed" (because he's Justin Trudeau) then he will sit and believe, and you deem it he does not have a shattered mentality and thinking, or he knows what he is saying. Jealousy and pride is his problem, he'd live and die with it in the end.

You'd do well not to respond to this fellow. Obviously he has nothing to offer , and not because of him I'd stop helping people. I'm not asking for money, I'm sharing info , because I want to be helped as well one way or the other, who knows? People have advised me to stop talking to him, I suggest you do same.
