Once they confirmed, I booked it and paid sharply. Right now I am using ALL my energy to research hospitals in Houston on this thread , might as well go there since I got such an amazing deal on the ticket. @GenoMI, why you wan do me like that now, you that I wanted to go and try Gwinett and give me feedback, now you want to port, anyway, I sent a mail to Gwinnett and I got this 10-12k for a 4 day stay, of course with the 40% discount but it has been so difficult calculating the exact amount for their CS. Please anybody that has used Gwinnett for CS should please give me an estimate. I also contacted Dr. Oduro, whose charge is 2600 for CS

@GenoMI: Thank you very much, I have gone through the pages and noted the cost, however, I need to know how you got the estimate, did you call the hospital or DR. Oduro? Did you send them a mail, please let me know. I called Gwinnet and the estimate I got for CS (4 days stay) was $10 to 12k. I made the call from the states and told them I do not have insurance. Would it have been cheaper going through the Physician? Please let me know.

Pmama! Pmama!! Pmama!!! How many times did I call u? Hmmm, my sister leave sex selection alone and pray to God for baby/babies through ur first attempt at ivf. He knows what's best for u and will give u exactly that which suits u. Let me quickly share the experience of one of my very close friends who had 4 girls. She put herself and hubby under so much pressure over the male child they didn't have and decided to go for ivf/sex selection. Meanwhile the other 4 babies were conceived naturally. This babe paid heavily and I mean heavily for sex selection and 3 embies were transfered. Close to 20weeks she went to check their sexes and its like they all closed their legs or so cos she claimed she didn't see the sex b4 she delivered. My friend then traveled to US to have her male US citizens only to be delivered of triplet, all girls. She has 7 girls as we speak. Initially my friend wanted to sue the clinic that performed the sex selection but I don't know who advised her against it. Me na laugh I just dey laugh cos I no kuku get one that time.

This is a wakeup call to everyone using first bank Naira master card and to ask for assistance in resolving this issue. I logged on to my account on the 11th of march to discover that I have been debited 353,000 naira that I know nothing about, I quickly ran to my branch and reported this, I was told the next day that my money was used to purchase Air France return ticket to Paris, that I was charged about 20,000 south a France rand. My card was in my wallet and I showed it to first bank staff at my branch. Till today it has been mails upon mails, the merchant is protected, we cannot reach Master card, the last was that they will get back to me when they have more information, I have called fistcontact, wasted all my airtime, contacted some first bank staff in their head office and I am not getting result. If anybody has any idea how this can be resolved please help. They have established that it was a fraudulent transaction, they even sent me the details of the guy that used the ticket, the guy had used the ticket according to Air France but was due back by 30th, why will first bank not cancel and at least ask for a refund of the return ticket between 9th and 30th. please NL assist with any info

I applied to the us embassy and was denied visa, I was handed over the same form that a couple that was interviewed before me were given. I was going to travel with my 6 year old son for 3 weeks. You may be able to learn one or two things from me. The interview went thus.

I had to ask cos I find your diet out of the ordinary, its only People like Kate moss and other  misguided folks on Oyibo websites preparing for bikini season that do such things. Lime in hot water is something you really shouldn't be doing at all, It is counterproductive.
You reiterated to HG that the diet got you to where you are. I reviewed it critically and all I saw was "semi-starvation/imbalance. do you see yourself continuing on this path in 2014 Are  you in a hurry of some kind?

I am the one doing the diet and I told you it is balanced I even asked for any body that is intrested to request for the meal plan, you didn't ask for it but you are quick to criticise based on what if I may ask?, while you take your pounded yam, I go for potatoes, I eat meat/fish, I drink milk, I had my brown rice yesterday with lots of veggies, I even drank my white wine, is it the lime that is your problem? google what it does to your body, an informed MODATH BILLY BLANKS like you should know better,Let us know why squeezing my lime juice in warm water to drink is bad. I have all the six food nutrients that I require.

Yes the diet got me where I am, from 83 in November till 73 this morning, this was after working out from February 2011. Yes I am in a hurry to get to my goat weight and just so you know, I work out minimum 3 times in a week.

Didn't go to the gym, yesterday was church and I came home tired. off to the gym people.

Can you really starve and exercise? your body is no machine and will complain, you can cut down your food intake but if you starve, it is a matter of time before you go back to where you started, you'll be weak and exercise will be the least desirous. nice quote though.

@Hour Glass, Thanks for your advice about my diet, trust me my meal plan is balanced, it is probably the way I wrote it without really going into details, the salad I had yesterday had fish on it, some days I have milk, potatoes, lean meat and even brown rice but it is mostly fruits and veggies sorry about the misinformation. To answer your question, I want to make this diet part of me, I am coming from 83 KG and it was this diet and Exercise that got me this far. Thanks again for the link, it was very informative.

this is the first time I am posting my Daily exercise, but I sure have been going through the post. I am 1.69, 75 kg and my target weight is 70kg, I think it is better to set short goals than long ones that will bore you. I am on fruits and veggies, I have a week plan for any one that is intrested. I will be at the Gym this evening because of work, for an hour aerobics.
Break fast---- lime in hot water to substitute for my tea,Garden egg and carrots.
Lunch --------- Vegetable salad with lowfat cream.
Dinner --------- Vegetable soup.
