Its is a proven fact. Just as there is no cold except lack of heat and there can't be death except the lack of life, there is also no evil except the lack of a God, because the two can't just exist together. There can't be cold and heat together, or life and death, so there can't be a perfect God in an imperfect world, a good God in an evil world or a loving God controlling a cruel world.
