Think Not What Nigeria Can Do For You But What You Can Do For Nigeria - A Case of Low IQ

Insecurity - have people in your neighbourhood sought to raise extra funds to pay police or a local vigilante for security - or do you keep heaping everything on Buhari - one of the issues facing Nigeria is that Nigerians are not able to come together - its all about individualism.

Youth unemployment - have you formed any pressure groups to consistently mount pressure on State governments to create jobs? Are the youths willing to work hard? If you complain under chinese or indian led companies then you are not willing to work hard....

Poor hospitals - do you know the name of your concillor and senator - when last did you put pressure on them.

All I hear here every day is Buhari Buhari - obviously there has been some shortcomings in the administration but what are you doing to alleviate it?

What you are saying is synonymous to someone who paid money to buy clothes, then was told to pay another amount for buying the same clothes he already bought .

Oga, we pay taxes to Buhari. And those taxes are meant for creating jobs, providing hospitals, security and a lot more. So yes, we should heap everything on him because he agreed (in 2015)to take responsibility for our needs in society

What then is the responsibility of the State Government? It is the State Government (who by the way was elected by the public not by buhari) that is responsible for creating jobs, providing hospitals, security and a lot more in their various states... so your expectation of buhari is misplaced.

Buhari is the chief security Officer of Nigeria.Nigetians don't have right to carry arms to defend themselves that is why the government recruit securitymen like the army, navy, airforce, police, etc who are under the president command. They are paid from revenue generated from crude oil, levies and taxes paid by Nigerians to the government. So have we not done enough. These revenue and taxes are embezzle by politicians and government agencies as was the case by security chiefs and politicians working under past and present government.

We voted Buhari. And from the constitution(except you are in denial) he is to provide the following

1. Security

2. Infrastructure

3. Creation of employment through fiscal policies that the central bank will run

4. Health

These are his responsibilities. So do not be intentionally stupid

Guys I think you people just have the wrong understanding.

Buhari is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria responsible for preserving territorial integrity from invasion. Based on this definition, the administration of Buhari has failed in containing the Boko Haram insurgency and has failed in its constitutional duty. All that is needed to end the Boko Haram insurgency is to seek military help from more advanced African States like South Africa - combined with the nigerian army to end the insurgency.

But when it comes to non-territorial insecurity, you have more power there - you can do so many things to improve the security of your immediate community....

[/s] Bandits are carrying arms and your uncle Buhari said arms carried by citizens are illegal. So shall we carry sticks and machetes to fight armed bandits with assault rifles? If yes, kindly lead us with your stick and cutlass.

Let me ask again - what then is the responsibility of State Governors, State House of Assembly? You are not aware that States have their own taxes and revenues? There are full flegded state houses of assembly who should be actively working on health, creation of employment, infrastructure and security.

Having said this, I agree that performance in the area of security is lacking at the federal level.

its not buharis policies - it is the policies approved by Petroluem Marketing bodies, NNPC, senate... It is not Buhari alone that made all those decisions....

[/s] Every state has a budget and this budget is brought to the house of assembly with Mr president giving his approval for the funds to be released. Now tell us : who overseas the proper use of those funds...who is that person who is to enforce that these states comply with what is on their budget to the letter? Who is that person that sanctions states (like in the case of Samuel Ortom) when they do not stick to their budget as stipulated?

Did you know the FG can decide not to release your state allocation because the “President” is not in good terms with the state “Governor” Let’s address what are understand the exclusive lists first.

Before anything at all let’s burn the 1999 constitution that’s has been aiding all the blame game.

The counselor would say that’s not my fault the LG chairman would say go to the governor, the governor would say go to abuja, house of rep would say not my fault the senate would say go and ask the presidency and the presidency is unapproachable he’s gods of gods he’ll crush anyone that asks him any question
