I don't know if Ethiopia will ever achieve peace in this lifetime. They should have overtaken us long ago but this infighting coupled with famine and poverty keeps dragging them down. They really do need a saviour.

Really? They're landlocked, ethnically fragmented, wayyyy less educated ( their literacy rate is barely 52% to our 81%), less innovative (where's their MPESA?,local SACCO movement?,etc, etc)
Lets see the parameters of your reasoning.

To have more than 23 20+ floors is totally different from having more than 100m + buildings than Lagos and Abuja combined.

Hence, It's urs to proof it.

Lets see the parameters of your reasoning.

The literacy rate is low but the semi skilled/skilled populace( 52% translates into over 50 million citizens shocked ) would offer much needed manpower if they intend on becoming a major manufacturing hub. They just need to invest more in skill development if they're to venture into more sophisticated shit like the automotive industry.

Their growth rates have also been really amazing. This is growth that we can see unlike in Ghana where the growth is just on papers. The only problem is that most of this dvpts is happening around Addis but with all of the investments in rail I believe this will open up the rest of the country for development.
https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2018/05/ethiopia-africa-fastest-growing-economy/

They have a stronger military than Kenya despite the fact they lack a navy.

Less innovative I have to agree. The quality of education being offered really needs to be improved.

They might be landlocked but they have invested in two transport corridors. The first one which connects to Djibouti Port in which they have invested lots on funds on rail infrastructure. They have also bought stakes in Djibouti Port which is now the principal port for transshipment of Ethiopian cargoes.
https://www.reuters.com/article/ethiopia-djibouti-idUSL8N1S81QA

The second one which is joint between three Nations (Lappset) which will allow them access to the Lamu Port. Not forgetting they have an 18% stake in Berbera port in Somaliland.

Wareva Kikwete did is child's play and saintly compared to what bulldozer did.
Cause his evils weren't paraded.
During Kikwete's time,
i)He ordered the capture and torture of the chairman of the Tanzania medical council because he wanted doctors to go on strike.
ii)A regional commissioner that he appointed shot and killed a public bus driver because he overtook his car(Regional commissioner is our equivalent to governor)
iii) He ordered the arrest of 5 Muslim leaders in Zanzibar and up to date are still in prison waiting trail.
iv) Pressured a judge to convict a father and son on the basis of child molestation while their was no evidence and the prosecution was shady just be cause his wife had a "thing" for the father. And don't get me on embezzlement and mismanagement of public funds.

You knew Magufuli was bad cause all of the media was saying so and who controls the media? The world powers. But when Kikwete did shady stuff you wont hear it cause he was working in their benefit.

I told you guys to be very careful with this WHO Chief Tedros Adhanom, didn't I? As we've seen he likes Dee and like most of those cursed with rectal urges he cares little for normalcy or life itself which ofc is why the PTB wanted him to see the 'ronadrama through.
Anyway,he may be on his way to the ICC!

WHO chief Tedros Ghebreyseus is accused of aiding genocide in Ethiopia: Nobel peace prize nominee lodges complaint with International Criminal Court
American economist David Steinman accused WHO chief of being one of three officials who directed Ethopia's security forces from 2013 to 2015
Tedros, who denies the allegations, was Ethiopia's foreign minister until 2016
The complaint was lodged at the International Criminal Court in the Hague
