If it is signed in the prenuptial agreement that in the event of a divorce,assets won't be shared (and all of those troubles that comes with divorce will not hold).If divorce later happens,will the agreement still hold since law requires sharing of assets et al which negates the prenup.

Compare to where we have gotten today: 'right to abort', 'rejection of patriarchy', 'rejection of the natural role of wives as housekeepers' yada yada yada.
