Implications. Out of seven motions the judge allowed the board not to be joined in, granting it sovereign immunity but allowed the individual to be cited as respondents. The inspection of ballots will go on. The board provided 200dpi images but they need a 600dpi resolution.( dpi= dots per inch) for the audit. These individuals will claim they were not responsible for the fraud and I think they have sued already. Some delay yes. The judge as Wapo is claiming the audit will not happen did not stop the audit There is sworn evidence of machine marked pristine ballots.
You also forgot the judge plus all his family are voters and they do not want to queue for hours only for their votes to be rigged out.
