Pls stop! Do not make it look like giving to the church or pastor is giving to God. The Almighty does not require any form of monetary appreciation for his grace and kindness to mankind... What he wants of us is simply to follow his ten commandments. Once you understand this, you'd know that helping someone up when they fall is far more required than donations to church or pastors whom you have 'no authority to question' its expeditions. Do not be deceived!

If you have, give. If you don't have, God understands. There's no need to feel somehow and it shouldn't discourage you from going to church.

It has never been an easy feeling the times I had none to give Awkward and odd was the feeling ,to say the least. It should always be a thing of joy to be able to give cheerfully to the God who gave us all things. I love to always give to the Lord.

I used to feel bad but later I realised I do not have and the church will be fine and God understands. Sometimes a lovely lady beside me gives me money to give.
I went to church over a year and did not give.

Me I no kukuma dey go church again... After I discovered no love in d Christian community.. only show off and hypocrites.. a family who is financially down won't get help from dia fellow Christian's.. bt if d pastor shouts abt seed sowing every one will b competing whose seed is bigger.. not knowing sowing in d lives of dos who are extremely needy around us is d ultimate sarcrifice

If the basic reason of more churches in the country is about tithe, why no stay put for your house if you don't have money for the tithe. Such person won't be included in those that the pastor would pray for

Bishop David Oyedepo once said, "if you have it in your mind to give, God will put it in your hands."

I used to feel bad whenever I didn't have to give during service or contribute my token to the Kingdom of God until I started doing this. Whenever I didn't have physical cash, I will simply pick a piece of paper and write the amount I had wished to give on it.

I tried not to forget redeeming it and blessed it when other hands lifted up were been blessed. The miracle is that before the next service, I always came into these funds.

My mistake was spending it while hoping more will come before Sunday. Most times, I ended up not giving it again. Now, I have learnt to give online and I also have the church's account number.

Once I get alert like this, I immediately pay up that vow/pledge before spending the rest.

I hope very soon I will be able to pay my offerings before church service, by leaving a standing Order in my bank account. Let the bank auto-debit me immediately there are funds. Even my Tithe too, there should be an auto-debit.

My point is that if you have it in your heart, God will put it in your hands to give.

King Solomon gave a thousand offerings and it moved God. I haven't done 10 offerings that have moved God and I am praying to God for 500 major offerings that will move him before I clock 35. I know it will happen.

I will be able to write my entire 2018 annual salary in a single cheque as an offering. It will happen very soon, evening if I still owe debts up and down, for what God cannot do does not exist. He is the master of impossibilties.
