If he had moved his arm at the same time he moved his thigh, or before the ball struck the arm, I would've agreed that it was intentional. But the fact that he moved his arm after the ball touched him, tells me it was possibly a reaction, like he was trying to get the ball off his arm, and not necessarily prevent it from crossing the line. Seems poorly thought out, but he barely had any time to think at all so I won't blame him much.

You stretch thigh to stop ball that’s going inside the net, ball touch your thigh, bounce off towards your hand, touch your hand, and instead of trying to avoid it like the plague even before e touch your hand (as e go cause penalty) , you stretch your hand, make your body bigger to stop it from going in.

I wonder if this people criticize themselves the way they attack others.
