Meanwhile, I dare say KOB (both 1&2) is the best ever Nigerian movie and I've been an avid Nollywood follower since the early 90s. My conclusion is based on:
- the intricate brilliant plot (reminiscent of Game of Thrones)
- impeccable quality of metaphorical lines littered all over the movie
- outstanding script delivery by the likes of Sola Sobowale, Nse Ikpe Etim, Reminisce (esp in part 1), Adesua Etomi, Aare, Odogwu Malay, Ajayi Lycett, RMD and Ade Tiger
- outstanding attention to detail regarding the minutest details in how the story played out which is typically overlooked in most Nigerian movies
- excellent graphical quality

A combination of all the above puts it at Number 1 for me.
