I am still waiting for one of the op's biggest defenders and attack dogs with the moniker "only for demon" to crawl out from the hole he has gone into hiding in with his tail in between his hind legs.

This thread goes on to tell a lot about the level of the mental faculty of the majority of posters on this forum and the need not to waste any valuable time bantering words with them.

Objectivity over emotions anytime or day...

The quote below was from a thread the OP created in 2014 .Where he said he wanted to teach people how to trade in Gold.It was later discovered it was a scam.

I said this case is a closed one because it's glaring the OP is a professional liar. Am not surprised though, because as a Street boy and hustler, lies is part of the game.

He is very smart , cunning and believes he can always find his way out of any tight situations.

When he said he wanted to use GPS as evidence but his lawyer discouraged him from using it because it showed he was very close to the scene of the incidence. It shows he was the culprit.

And I just keep wondering the kind of man that kept calling a 13 years old girl a LADY.It seems he is seeing something different from what we are seeing in a Minor.

He did it and tried to come up with different alibi incase he was caught. Making fake calls.Changing of clothes doesn't mean anything but the face and fingerprints.

He came up with buying 6 cars to make him look like a business man and spending 150,000 dollars on lawyers get empathy from people.

He refused to tell us what happened on the said day because he was afraid people will puncture his story.

We are all human beings, so it's natural for us to feel for him from the beginning of the story as a black person in a foreign land. But when someone feels he is a Don and has an organization to back him up and talked back at Jury and judge. He will definitely get the maximum sentence he deserves.

No need crying over spilled milk ! The true picture is glaring now.

ote author=Bonjovi13 post=85515167]I have read from the beginning of this thread to the end.
My summary. The guy is a not who he claims to be.
Reason:Someone asked him how to differentiate between real gold and fake gold...and between 22 karat and 24 karat.
He skirted around that question. The person repeated the question.
His answer revealed that he knows nothing about the gold business. For someone who claims to have been scammed with fake gold,he should know how to determine real or fake gold.
He said you use machine and a process called smelting.
Guys google the word "smelting".Its a long process that involves the use of fire to extract minerals.
Like what!!!
A buyer of gold should be able have the knowledge. The seller hands you a gram of gold...you should be able to know the value of what you have in your hands.
I am guessing thats what we all want to know.
Real genuine persons who have dealt with gold should and can tell us what to do.Practical things to do.
Like I heard they use magnets and all.
He is talking about smelting.
Guys Nigerians are too gullible. We always want to believe and hope that people are who they say they are and will keep their words and because we want to make money we are vulnerable.
Secondly for someone who started this whole thread with the aim of just telling his story to start promoting a seminar whether free or not rings alarm bells for me.

Thirdly read his story well. There are no details.Specific things that people can independently verify.

Someone called him out.Name people you know in Hongkong or China. No way.

For me I like to deal with people that have verifiable credentials.Everyone can spin a yarn on an anonymous site like this.Caveat Emptor!!![/quote]

The true allele system has been admitted as evidence in court in countless other cases including 2 federal cases and 2 international cases outside the US.

The true allele has also been developed to prove the innonce of persons and exonerate them from the crimes.

Most of these were trails and convictions that happened years before the true allele system was developed.

I checked the dude's previous posts on Facebook and coincidentally he wrote a post on December 3, 2015 on rape. You can check out the post. I dug dipper into the kind of person he portrayed online and some pointed out to his comparison of his songs sweeter than t**o. One dude highlighted some of his past comments on nairaland.com, unfortunately the mod removed some of those comments.

I seldom make comments on nairaland.com, I was fascinated by the the case and I examined the facts. I deduced very early enough he was likely to be the rapist. Facts don't lie and the OP thought he could whip up sentiment to Nigerians to help him.

It's not over for the OP, God is merciful and gracious. He can beg for mercy and forgiveness from God.

If impunity is never tolerated in our dear country, Nigeria would have been a great country.

And it's always cool for folks to examine all sides to a story before making their opinion known publicly.

If people could have read the story meticulously and use logic. All these online trolling and cursing innocent folks that took their time to read and examine the facts would have been needless.

You've got something upstairs.

Where I began to see through the op's rabble-rousing was when I made the submissions about his past dealings, telephone calls to pals from the jailhouse, and all...

His dodgy response to my comment there convinced me he knew that I knew what was going on. Only for some kinder to come spilling trash and attacking my comments because, for the most part, they fear to think outside of the box or look beyond their noses.

OP is heading for the appellate court, I deduce. My only prayer for him is not to be slammed with extra time.

One, for smuggling in an electronic device. He could go in for intending a jailbreak. A very grievous offence.

Two, for disparaging and attempting to call to question the character of both the judge, jury and the entire court system in an online forum from his cell.

Na God go help the guy.

His cockiness and slyness are unrivalled.

You have said it all, it's only God that can help the guy and that is if he realises that. God is merciful. My fear is that, knowing what Nigerians are capable of doing to help those in need or in trouble, and how far they can go to ensure people pay for their actions and inactions.

I remember how Nigerians donated cash in millions when they read the story of the amputee lady hawking sachet water in Lagos.

Same Nigerians went all the way out to ensure the app "Crowe" was removed from Google play store. I can't remember the name of the politician that was making inhuman assertions during the Twitter ban.

Many smart folks will understand my point.

It's so sad that someone who is supposed to feel remorse for raping a minor is here trying to prove innocence of a crime he actually committed.

@ Mr. Bah
You are indeed a heartless criminal.

This man literally said that he's a father of two... How could someone who's a father, do this to another's child, for God's sake?

No wonder you were given such a harsh sentence. You are well deserving of the sentences you got.

@ Chatinent
You've done a good job so far, trying to help a fellow Nigerian, because you believed he could be innocent. I've seen how you tried to look into his case objectively, even when most evidences suggests he's guilty. God bless you, brother. It's time to rest this case, and focus your attention on other things.

@ Mr. Bah
My advise for you is to seek forgiveness both from God and the child you raped. Pretend to be remorseful for crying out loud.
That's if you want your soul at peace.

God bless everyone who has contributed on this thread so far.

Let Bah's case serve as a lesson to all the pedophiles following this thread.

You'd be amazed how many people would set up a gofundme to help Hushpuppi out of jail because he is being victimized for nothing or because he was only taking back what the "white man" took from their fore Father's.

Very anyhow mentality.

The next thing they'll call you is an envious hater who's bitter should you dare think away from their usual herdy ways.

May be they should read Proverbs 20 vs 17

"Bread gained by deceit is sweet to a man, but afterward his mouth will be full of gravel"

It's sad how the moral values of Nigerian have been eroded. Everything still points to leadership.

If u are referring to me I never attacked anyone. Which lady in his right mind will support a rapist? I only asked for more evidences so I can decide wether to get involved or not because countless times innocent people have been framed up like this, hence I choose to give the op the benefit of doubt.

The reason I said if he is guilty he should suffer for 600 years but if he is not those who want to destroy him will suffer as well.

Now that more fact are emerging the whole saga is becoming clearer.

COMMENTSFIGHTER:
you are sounding logical, An African suspect reportedly raped a child instead of the police to move into action and arrest him, he was rather invited for questioning for something else? Any nigerian who is criminal don't go to a police station no matter how hard you tried to trick and bait him. And after he committed the crime he was still living in the same neigborhood (he no relocate? ah no be nigerian ) it looks like he was being setup and the set up was highly sofisticated, well planned, well organized and perfectly executed. In this kind of setup anything /everything would be done and made to sound/appear true to justified preconceived conclusions

Oil dey your head my Brother.
You are a deep thinker, and this reminds me of one of JHC's novels that says "The Guilty Are Afraid"...

Why on earth would someone commit a crime, and still stay in the same apartment he was living in before?

Why e no japa? Especially since he had the means to?
America na big country na...he could have escaped to any of the other States or taken a direct flight back to Naija to cool off and gone back after the heat had died down.

Everybody knows this, except the naysayers, who, for reasons best known to them, have refused to see reason, but continue to doggedly condemn the guy, supporting the injustice meted out to him for something he knows absolutely nothing about.

I won't be surprised if some of them are part of the people that actually planned this setup against him in the first place, especially that vindictive and antagonistic woman that has been going up and down the thread vilifying him as if she's had some sort of beef for him before.

But I know say GOD pass them sha.
Just as HE would never allow the guilty to go unpunished, so also HE would will never allow the innocent be punished unjustly.

Let's all wait and see how this pans out in the end.

The truth is I have dug deep into this case and followed all the trails.

I even know that in 2015 Mr. bah legally changed his name from Adedoja Olaniyi Wilfred to Adedejo Olaniyi Bah which was published in the jan 26th issue of the nation newspaper.

I have explored all the angles people dropped here on this thread and followed all the trails to pick up anything I could.

Ogbeni...KEEP QUIET.!!!
And I say it again...SHUT UP..!!!

If everyone else is commenting on this thread, you should be an EXCEPTION.

Why
Because you're an ESCAPEE CONVICT too, who escaped from Europe to Nigeria before you could be locked behind bars in the Netherlands.

Why didn't stay behind to serve your sentence and turn a new leaf too, before coming here to play "SAINT"??

Or you think we don't know you or your other moniker here on NL where you spilled all the atrocities you committed while in Europe before escaping back here instead of being incarcerated for the crimes you actually committed over there with your goons?

I'd just implore you to stop playing "SAINT" here, and quit all your sanctimonious rantings on this thread because if you don't, I'll expose you too on this forum, and turn the lights on you.

And who knows what could come out of this?
Maybe your own case too could get back to the authorities in Netherlands and revisited, and they could end up getting you back there to serve your sentence as well.

Remember... the internet is a small place and the internet NEVER FORGETS.

Some people could also take up your case here and end up cooking up trouble for you.

The saying goes that he that LIVES IN A GLASSHOUSE MUST NOT THROW STONES.

Enough said.

You cannot japa out of a country within mere hours of an incident.

The incident was reported immediately, and a Lookout was given for the car the suspect was spotted on the surveillance cameras driving away.

Within hours (according to Mr bahs own statement on this thread just 2 hours), he was spotted driving a car that matched the description officer's were on the look out for which was the only reason he was stopped.

My guess was he was called to the station for questioning (logic dictates he would be asked about the car first) and then investigations followed.

It is always nice to stop the spread of false narratives.
