Just finished reading all the way from page one to this last page. Tbh, having just recently watched "when they see us" and "OJ vs the people" I'll say I have an understanding of how imperfect the American justice system is and I gave the OP the benefit of doubt when he and other commenters on the thread mentioned how racist the Georgia Justice system was. First, the OP led us on with a lie about paying for legal fees, then the six cars , he never told us that the victim had identified him in person before court, didnt tell us that the victim said the "person that did it" had an African accen, The OP didn't address the video that caught him chasing the girl, didn't tell us the mouth and virginal swab identified him and HE ASKED NOT TO USE THE EVIDENCE IN COURT. His evidence about the Khaki short as been proven to be very weak and the call records inadmissible. There's been so much emotions on this thread (which is typical of we Nigerians). But, If we examine this logically ..we'll see there are concrete questions you need to ask the OP too. Whether anyone of us here finds him guilty or innocent doesn't mean a thing . The Jury already convicted him. Moving forward, if you believe he's innocent as he claims , please try and read the whole transcript , take notes on evidences that you think were overlooked and build you case from there . DO SOMETHING , DON'T JUST ATTACK PEOPLE WITH CONTRARY OPINION ON THE THREAD. Why do I think the convicted man has "given up" his media pity-party about how he was unjustly sentenced? From all information available here, I think the convicted man is guilty as buttressed by the 12 men jury but he's trying to slip from the grip of justice based on technical grounds. Lastly, 70% of Nigerians do not care about the sources of one's wealth... it's evident how people were attacking those asking where the OP got money to buy 6 SUVs in a day. Ohh. OP saying he has travelled to 20 countries MAY very likely be a lie too he's just saying all that so that no one will see him for who he truly is- a liar and a scammer( I came to this conclusion based on his entries on his OYIBOGBOJU(sic) moniker). Fortunately, we didn't receive the lies well, so we wont be getting the rest of the 'evidence.' He knows the mind of the average Nigerian goes numb when someone mentions huge amounts of money. That's why people will still get scammed by street scammers claiming they have $150k locked up somewhere and need N100k to wash it. They would claim they were hypnotised, but the reality is that their greed instantly takes over their reasoning. He said in one post that he's been to 15 countries, then he didnt think we were impressed enough so he increased it to 20 countries. It would soon reach 50 countries. He says he's educated and this well travelled yet he claims he was framed because he was ignorant 'of the law and his constitutional rights.' Accent still so thick that investigators had trouble understanding him, and written communication just bleh. Some of you have done a swell job of uncovering and exposing his real character. Mr Rah is an internationally recognised sexual offender. This man is a sociopath and a liar I guess that's why his family didn't bother to get involved in his case. I read where he stated that he hasn't had any fallout with the law travelling around 15 countries. Mr Rah, sorry, you slipped from Tokyo but sorry you won't be slipping away from Amerika's grip. His assumption is that change of name will not expose him. He is a sexual predator. But you are a bad guy , in 2013, you smeared a woman with sperm, in 2017, you raped a 13 year old. No wonder he claims a phone call "at the time of rape" was his alibi, he thinks America is a third world country. I sympathize with the many victims you may have assaulted worldwide. I couldn't help but notice the striking resemblance when I first saw the pictures... and I shouted "hmmmmm". I didn't wait to see the name of the offender, I knew outrightly it was him.
