With the recent happenings, every Anambrarian should guard Anambra jealously and lift the spirit of Anambra any where any time. It is very obvious we have enemies within and outside who wants to see Anambra crumble.
Criminals and touts needs to be sent parking out of our state. The image of Anambra should be very important to every Anambrarian henceforth.
Invaders and destroyers shouldn’t tell us what to do in our fatherland.
Lastly, the economic growth of the heartlands (Onitsha/Nnewi) of Anambra should not be allowed to wither. Those are part of the Anambra pride.

This is cool. They should clear off those grasses there or better still construct a small monument at that spot or rather cover it up entirely with cement

This is a very interesting debate topic, minus the non oil sector, Anambra state will be absolutely more Viable than Rivers but Rivers State economy is gradually shifting from oil and gas. [s]Rivers economy is actually stronger than you think[/s], however Rivers State to a very good extent depends on Onitsha for imports, most goods from Lagos go straight to Onitsha then from Onitsha to other places including Rivers State, Rivers State is also heavily dependent on Aba, the richest population in Rivers State are from South east zone, south East also constitute the Highest population just after The Rivers State Igbos, ndi Anambra in particular will always do their shopping in Onitsha and they constitute a huge part of Rivers State commerce that's why goods will always move from Onitha to Rivers. It's going to be hard to decipher the dominant Economy in this area, states seem to be dependent on each other. The only reason we're not seeing this dependency is because of Oil and gas and Rivers State has plenty of that, as the state further moves away from oil and gas, things will become clearer. But as it is Rivers State is more Industrial, I think Anambra is more commercial but overall Rivers should have it, the entire Rivers State is laced with oil, when I say entire I mean edge to edge

Absolutely There’s nothing there, remove the already drying up shores and the college of bunkering.

Anambra is competing with Lagos

Well the last time I checked my state of origin (rivers ) and state of residence (Lagos ) where doing better than anambra in all major economic indices . In aviation both Lagos and phc airports are one of the three self-sufficient airports in Nigeria so I wonder what will make me hate that of anambra as you are assuming.
And there’s also no where in my post where I advised the CEO of Airpeace. If posting facts is a symptom of poverty to you so be it . I have never seen write ups that represent the kind of bitterness and hatred shown on this post over the past few months but then that won’t stop me from posting what I believe is right . If
You don’t like it continue calling me names.
This is not true.
As Anambra indigene that has resided in Port Harcourt I can boldly tell you that Anambra is doing much better than Rivers in terms of commerce, industry, education, healthcare, stable water, more urbanised.
I am really not convinced you're from Rivers and the reason is not far fetched, every Rivers indigene is aware that Rivers depends on Onitsha and to and extent Aba for commerce. Most stores in Port Harcourt are extension of the ones in Onitsha, most goods are sent from Onitsha and Aba.
Lagos is the gateway and commercial center of Nigeria, Anambra is the commercial capital of the East while Kano is that of the North, this is fact!

Boy, I love the gatehouse!!

All they need now is to get the person that did the landscaping around the water treatment house to do landscaping for the entire airport, the gatehouse, and the median of the main access road.

That airport main access road will eventually turn out to be the most beautiful sought-after location in the entire Anambra state if they ensure only qualified categories of building will be approved along that road.

Nwanne you maybe right in some points. But take note that IPOB played into the hands of the so called fulani terrorists.

Ipob had before now made some silly unintelligent comments that can easily make anyone believe they are the people doing all these. It is clear going by all the destructions they have done in Imo and Abia where they run their headquarters...
Ipob should reorganize and reform themselves. Most igbos already believe IPOB is doing all these, that's if they are not the ones.

So because nnamdi kanu is from Abia State you think we are into IPOB keep deceiving yourself...
The people carrying out ugm in Abia state are actually IMOLITE

There's nothing like wolf, IPOB is dominated by people from Imo and Abia, they are the ones doing all these in igboland. They have conquered Imo and Abia, now moving towards other states but they won't succeed in Anambra

So it has gotten to the level of you Nigerians acting film for us on Nairaland like you do on our streets these days.

Offline, you Shameless Nigerians play actor and boss films where herdsmen act as Unknown Gunmen while the other terrorist act as soldiers shooting them.

Now you two monkeys, are here to act Ngwá vs Anambra film.

The Northern baboon is claiming Ngwá while the Ile Ibinu monkey is claiming Anambra.

Lol. You Nigerians are simply simple and unreasonable grin

In an imperfect country like Nigeria some tribes have been treated more unfairly than others. For instance the igbos : Buhari's government has not been fair to them but I love the courage of the average igbo man who strives to succeed irrespective of the challenges faced. Unfortunately some people within (APC members) will work with the buhari's government to thwart the successes made like we saw on saturday. Pressuring NCAA to deny air peace landing at the anambra airport was a new low. If they had problems with the security (as they claim) at the minimum they should have allowed the aircraft to arrive with passengers from abuja and lagos then depart empty.
All the same I am confident that the airport will be open for commercial use before Christmas. They can't do worse than they did on saturday
