I have money to get married but I wan build small estate before marriage.

I wan marry at 40 .

Please I need good advice here. As our economy is too bad. I don't want to bring children that will come and suffer.
People are seriously advicing me to marry next year.
I already have land in a good location.

But some of my girlfriends are encouraging me to marry them before building anything.

My girlfriend said we can hustle together and build a better tomorrow.

I have like 3 girls who are willing to say yes next year.

Then while using the remainder five years to build your estate, go for younger babes in like first/second year level at universities.

Use them as side attractions and to hold body too: at least at that point in their life, they are not looking for anything serious just the occasional car rides, movies at the cinema, bi- monthly cash transfers and shawarma, so they won't pester you for any commitment.

Finally, when you're through with building your estate, you can now consider the late twenties babes for marriage. The good thing is that you're doing well financially so you'll always see somebody who'll marry you after all na Naija we dey.

Marriage is like an estate,the woman is the land,it could be a good strong land,swampy land,marshy land or even water logged land
Your in-laws are the location where u buy the land, whatever you will get from the land can already be determined by location you are buying from,in this case the attitude and behavior of your in-laws gives u an idea on how your wife will turn out.
Then u purchase the land,in this case u get married,then u begin to build.
And that is where u need money, professionals to guide you,and more money to embark on the building project.
Same thing in marriage,u need money, guidance,and more money to stabilize your marriage in the early stages.
Then the property begins to take shape,the mini flat,the 2 bedrooms, duplexes etc, same as marriage,the children begin to come in,the single birth, twins, triplets, quadruplets etc.
The only difference between your mini estate and your marriage is the benefits in the short and long run, while the estate will give you short benefits and if possible you sell after a while,marriage is for the long term,the benefits come in when u age and the children begin to repay all your investment.
My advise to you,you can get married and still continue to build your estate.
Just calculate the cost of 2 projects at a time.

I thought I am the only one.

Last month, I had about 4 girlfriends, I was observing them with the plan of going for the best.
Na the same story.

Fast forward to this month, I left all except one that is acting like Mario, she no wan go.

The reason for my decision is because I noticed their insincerity(their feelings are the beneficial/parasitic type i.e they are looking for ways to make me spend, invest heavily on them and they are also disturbing my ears with constant marriage talk) except one(the one who refused to leave).

Bro, develop yourself well before going into marriage. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise except if what you have or make can sustain you and your family comfortably and still have enough to carry on with your project.


PS: If I see a very² deserving lady, I can shorten the planned marriage time and do the needful asap.
