Police shooting fatalities should not be treated with ethnicity or racial bigotry it's a national crises it has nothing to do with racism or shii like that.

You think you could win this argument that blacks are not oppressed and marginalized ? It's is unbelievable you are actually debating this issue. In fact ,you can't hold this debate in an open America space....the whites will even distance themselves from you....Nigererians

Shut your your trap , you don't have the knowledge nor rights to speak on racial injustice in America because it's well documented all the atrocities the whites committed against the powerless black.

You don't know a gaddem thing about American history and your little data you posted on a single state show how pathetic you are. You realize you shot yourself in the foot and ran to post another article and changed your initial stance. You should have used your one state example.

You don't know how many blacks locked up over little minor offenses....just like a typical ignorant and deluded Nigeria you jump into something you are ignorant of.

It's funny how you pick and choose what suits you to quote..

Where you not the one telling us about how Blacks makes up 49% of Washington State?

And therefore have more killings in absolute terms?

Now you turn around to quote National figures about how Whites have more deaths..

Without bothering to tell us the percentage of the national population that are Whites and Blacks?

Funny..

All these one nah useless shalaye

Some 5367 fatal police shootings were reported by the Washington Post from 2015 to May 2020; missing details on race/ethnicity or age left a total of 4653 deaths for analysis.

Half the shooting fatalities were of Whites (51%), followed by Blacks (27%), Hispanics (19%), Asians (2%) and Native Americans (nearly 2%). Given the racial/ethnic proportions of the US population, the disproportionate killings of BIPOC point to a public health crisis, say the researchers.

This is a stat by Washington state police department
Washington is a black dominated city
49.0% of people living here are blacks
With 19600 Nigerian

Mathematically 51%( of the whites) of shooting fatalities of about 4653 deaths is 2373 compared to the 1256 (of the blacks ). So numerically it obvious there are more white death than blacks

Now on a more wider view on a more wider view throughout the whole country now ( cos Washington is just a state out of many states)

Average deaths per quarter were highest among Native Americans (1.74 pqpm), followed by Blacks (1.49 pqpm), Hispanics (0.74 pqpm), Whites (0.57 pqpm) and Asians (0.25 pqpm).

Native Americans were 3 times more likely to be shot dead than Whites, while Blacks were more than 2.5 times, and Hispanics 29% more likely; deaths among Asians were significantly lower than among Whites.

Now there happens to more native Americans death from shooting fatalities than the blacks

Note PQPM IS per quarter, per million.

Am not trying to say undermine the fact that blacks are victims of shooting fatality but not as much as you guys overhype.

Most Native Americans live in the reservation and these places are outside the government of united states jurisdictions.

I see you are soft pedaling after you realized how senseless was your arguments. At least , you learned something today....lmao

This argument makes no sense. More whites have been shot by cops simply due to them constituting the majority of the American population.

Just look at the numbers you posted. In one of the years, 113 blacks were killed while 201 whites were killed by police. Mind you, Black Americans are merely 13% of the US population.

Don't you see the disproportionality regarding Black deaths by cops in the figures you posted?

You need to tone it down with your disgust for foreign born players, For someone like you who lives abroad, you keep contradicting yourself, imagine tomorrow, your own child is denied an opportunity here in Nigeria for being born abroad, how would you feel?

I hate Amaju touring Europe, begging some mediocre players to come play for us, but the ones with quality & passion should always be allowed to represent us whenever there’s an opportunity
.

Minus Akpoguma, none of the foreign born players in this present team toyed with our emotions, they all came when they were invited.

You need to cut these guys some slacks, none of them choose their birth place, otherwise, don’t cry foul when such treatments is melted out to your offspring in the nearest future.

I think that is a Misconception. What do you consider begging to be

You should appreciate the socio cultural and economic dynamics are very different in the context of football in England and the Europe.

For many not all but a good number of our footballers it's a question of literally life and death. There is no other alternative to making it to in life, than to make it in Football.

Even the concept of "JAKPA" . Further highlights the phenomenon, university of graduates are wilfully lined up on the shores of Libya to play lottery with their lives on the perilous Mediterranean sea to get to Europe

An English Nigerian origin football player already doing well and on track in a good football academy in England , does not need the Nigerian national team to progress his career. That not withstanding many have a clear cut indentity and affinity with Nigeria. And want to play for Nigeria. Sometimes the conduct of the NFF officials has not been helpful.

On the other hand the players in Nigeria use the SE including the youth system predominantly to progress their careers to Europe. As a consequence , they are very desperate and they are willing to ABSOLUTELY do anything that NFF officials tell them to do. That will include slave contracts with the NFF officials preferred agents. From here Godfatherism was birthed in the NFF and has become a full grown adult.

I will ask you one question, do you honestly believe in it takes three years to make a change of allegiance with FIFA from England to Nigeria. Every other change of Allegiance has taken max 4 weeks, Zaha and Caulker come to mind players who already had senior England caps.

I can speculate in the negative because there is nothing positive about it.

Finally, hypothetically speaking , if our U17 players came to England and played a game and afterward were offered lucrative contracts at Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, etc But with the proviso that they must change allegiance to England, how many do you think will say No❓

Oh I should add Amaju does not your Europe to beg players, there are a lot more things he does that have nothing to do with football. I can assure you.

However, on account of his outstanding consistent top level performances, he decided to follow the money in Saudi who offered him £135k a week.

But here we very disrespectfully dismissed and denigrated our own Ighalo who is doing better than Vincent in the same league
