Kudos, seems the Governor is serious in honouring the end of the year deadline for the completion of the rail project that has lasted for years. No thanks to the foolishness of Buhari who revoked the project during the Jakande days. Lagos is the only mega city without a fully functional inter city rail line.

We need progressive minds leading Nigeria just like Tinubu left a progressive legacy for Lagos State and we can see how subsequent governors of Lagos work hard to build on that.

I am Igbo but I stand with Tinubu for President

You were born and hustling in the southeast for so many years and couldn't make progress in life upon your parents prayers toward you. However, you left the southeast for southwest and northwest and suddenly your life begin to change for good. But all you could do is to start abusing and insulting your host governors and the people that accommodate you while abandoning your own governors, senators and reps who sent you outside as refugees.

You are nothing but an ingrate.

Yes it's high speed. They were built initially for the State of Wisconsin in the USA; but they didn't pay the manufacturer.

My friend who lives in that State works near that place and confirmed its high speed. USA standard, built originally for transport between the cities of Milwaukee and Madison ( state capital) in the State of Wisconsin.

Nice! Sanwo-Olu is doing a good job, but I don't understand why Lagos State government is still getting bonds meanwhile it's the richest state in Nigeria.

grin grin you still de ask? That's why I can't understand why some "educated" youths in nairaland celebrate IGR as an achievement

Other State Governors from South West, South South and North are busy developing their various States. But our IGBO Governors are doing the reverse. Abia State Governor has been building the only over head bridge in the State for over 6 years now.

Enugu is another State with failed infrastructure. No water in the entire State. 500ltrs of water cost 15k and this won't last a family of 3, three days. Anambra is another State where nothing is working. The only saving grace in Anambra is the new Airport Buhari recently built. Imo Governor and Ebony are the only Governors who are trying in the East.

Really great stuff, I for one cannot wait for the completion of the Lagos rail line project maybe it will finally bring sanity to Lagos roads.

But I have one question bothering me, why did the initial American State cancel the use of the train and engage in such deep court case over a useful train?
Anybody knows why?

Them no fit pay

Are these bullet trains? Are they for the Lagos red&blue metro?

If yes, they should have seats like that!
It should be spacious and the seats should be lined along the walls of the train unless this is the VIP section in the photos

Liars with their propaganda train. How do they want us to believe this is Nigeria? Pls check this pics. The rail tracks are even covered with granite sand. Who do they think they are deceiving?

It is Milwaukee, USA not Nigeria. They are still in the US checking out the trains.

I think your tale about your imaginary friend is quite childish
High speed is not about the Carriages/coaches and so it is clear you have no clue what you are talking about
