It's an advisement. Both men have come a long way and nothing ever can come in between the duo, not even a million of a knuckle heads. Pretty sure at the end of the day, both men would work for each other.
I strongly doubt it was a new strategy from your camp to start pulling down Tinubu. Of all your team on NL, I have noticed you're the only one odd out, displaying a crass attitude.
Laolu Akande has warned that no supporters of Osinbajo should insult/demean Tinubu. Neither have I seen Tinubu's camp bring down the VP.

If you continue on this foolishness, I'd contact a member of your camp and have you made a scape goat.

The Igbo of Southeastern Nigeria! Only God knows the elements He used to form them and the clay He used to mould them. Very distinct persons who know the answer to every question and the solution to every problem. They abuse like heathens and mock like Pharisees. Conceited and inordinately proud, no other people matter wherever they perceive they stand on a solid ground. They wail marginalisation and play the victim all the time. Tell me, what Nigerian would vote for a people who hold him in disdain? Ceding the presidency to the Igbo is the least of the problems of the Igbo in the present dispensation, but having the vote may be the superior problem. Wouldst to God that the Igbo should know the cliche, She Stoops to Conquer!

I don't play party politics I only play personality politics which is the best basis for recruiting competent, honest, detribalized, and disinterested leaders,Osinbajo and Zulum have exhibited these leadership qualities. We are not in for hypocritical and dishonest leader this time around, the disaster that is still far off can be easily averted,NIGERIANS CANNOT AFFORD ANOTHER DISASTER.

Osinbajo was an excellent lawyer, a good SAN and an erudite intellectual, but he will make a very bad president.

For one, he has never shown it in him that he can take on the evil powers that has ruined Nigeria and still ruining it. He has been in bed with the tormentors of his people.

I gave up on the man when he couldn't do anything even as the number 2 man in the country even as his own state was suffering terrorism supported by a section of this country with whom he is stroding the same corridors of power. Some of his townspeople are still living in Benin Republic while he sits in Abuja, doing nothing.

People on the ground see him as an infective person who will be standing helpless while the country burns, because when these present crop of criminals leave power, they will resort to more crimes and Osinbajo doesn't seem like the person to make the needed changes.

Let's feel sorry for the Christians who voted APC because they said this man was a senior pastor at RCCG. I mean, how heartless can a pastor be to watch churches in the North burnt to the ground and members kidnapped for ransom openly?
you made your point. Understand the his hands are tied, they is little he can do .. that position is like a spear part or
An errand boy to the president . technically he is not the 002 the chief of staff, secretary to the federal government and atoney general are More powerful than vp

Wait until he becomes President then you will see the stuff Osibanjo is made of. For now, a VP by your constitution is nothing but a spare tyre only used when the main tyre is faulty. But in 4 months Osibanjo acted as President keen observers noticed fundamental difference in governance in Nigeria. Osibanjo sold himself as a sound leader that understands how to fix the problem within that period. How his interim government got $1 USD that was hovering around #570 to around #370 showed some of us that he is just under rated spare tyre that ought to be the main tyre. He is sound on how to grow this nation and reclaim it from criminals I have no single doubt about .

Racoon:
VP Osinbajo is a brilliantly highly educated person but definitely not the kind of person that can steering the ship of state especially with all the terrorists and their sympathizers that surrounded the worst govt he ever subserve.

What Nigeria needs first is wholistic restructuring of the defective foundation of this failed entity in all strata. What court of appeal judge Robert Clark once suggested here is a starting point.

The NASS should be suspended, the remaining organ of govt should allow the people by their regions to determine how they wish to continue to exist or otherwise.

If that fails, then a combination of refined past military officers like Col.Umar Dangiwa(rtd)/Akinwunmi Adeshina or Ngozi Okonjo/Maj.Gen.Ishola Williams (Rtd) combo should be given a chance because all the old political brigade will only root for the statuo cuo to continue.
You don't seen to understand the Nigeria issue. With all this name you are brandishing it means you don't understand that all these are technocrats A-Z.
Osinbajo is a technocrat that been trained by the best of politicians Nigeria has produced makes the best candidate among the lots

Since quitting is the way to resolve problems. Won't you be the same to say he is a coward and can't stand persecutions. The best performers are those who take time to understudy situations or people and when the opportunity presents itself they're able to perform better. Wike and Amaechi case study.

No, the best performers remove themselves from situations where people are being murdered openly foe political reasons.

This then opens the door for full fledged mayhem. The system would have helped eliminate the few people who can at least stand for something. The infraction at the National Assembly would have gone as business as usual, if those kind of actions were not taken. Times and seasons, I once considered this notion of resignation but what good would that bring? The people you resign for would be the first to call you a weakling. Success isn't for those who jump ship at the first sight of trouble.

The country belongs to all of us Ogun state produced HE Obasanjo as a president for about 10 years with unprecedented level of probity,HE Yemi Osinbanjo will be a vice president for 8 years uninterrupted making a total of 18 years for ogun state only if HE Osinbanjo suceeded Mr President M.Buhari for another 8 years Ogun state will be ruling the country for 26 years when will other states have their turns.Though this sounds sentimental but everybody should reason.I'm not saying the vice president should not run but fairness, equity and justice.

What is happening before that is not happening now? Every plan of the North is being acted on the south, with Osinbajo as the face of reason in the centre of a murderous government.

They are still stealing public funds
They are still taking bribes and offering changes on the highways
They are still murdering minority tribesmen in the North
The castles are still destroying southern crops
Sunday Igboho and Nnamdi Kanu are still locked up
Their worst killers are being rehabilitated in the North

In fact, Osinbajo is politically useless to the south, the North seems to have bought his conscience.

If Yemi wants to be president, he has to go against his masters.

Condemn the rot in his administration, resign and join a new party. The first action will expose his hypocrisy, the second and third might gather him pity support.

Those are actions he should have taken years ago!

Fair point but let me play out a scenario. Another christian will come to replace him and will be made to say he had to resign because they found something on him. That will be the caveat to get the job and trust our people, they will jump at it. The same man who resigned now will begin the walk of shame with no one to believe his side of the story. History remembers him as the false man of God who had to be dishonorably discharged and the cycle goes on and on. The back stabbing in that business is epic, look at Kemi Adeosun. NYSC they said.

I want someone who can engage other world leaders at Economic Summits and the likes. A President who gets treated here, the medical tourism is enough, if they can get treatment in our hospitals, lets all die here. A President who doesn't need prepared speeches. A President with decent credentials at the least. Do you know the kinds of intel foreign entities have on our people and then you elect someone who they already flagged for several misdeeds? Some nations are reluctant to even sell us equipments and machinery to combat terrorism because they don't trust our leaders.

I wish Nigeria the best and us all.
