If all students came to school in same uniform, same hairstyle then they can all be seen as equals but when you start adding other factors to identify and differentiate yourself E.g. through the use of hijabs then the kids will no longer be equal again.

I have seen cases where Christians compelled Tukish school in Abuja to build a church for their children inside the school. Were they forced to bring their children to their school too? Another one is Al'hikmah University where the Christians said they should change the name to english. Were they compelled to bring their children to their school too?

But the school should have set a regulations even before admitting students. If you know u won't allow hijab. Tell there parent at the point of registration .
